Matt & Val did such an amazing job cleaning my carpets. They were able to come on a Sunday which was such a relief due to my work schedule. I recently adopted a puppy who had been naughty on my carpets. They were able to get every stain out and the odor was completely gone. My carpets were completely dry in 4 hours!!!! I can't write a review good enough to express how satisfied I am. I high recommend them to anyone wanting their carpets to be restored to new. Thank you Matt & Val, may your business be prosperous. 9/15/18.... I had my carpets cleaned again with this company again completely satisfied. They were cleaned on the 13th but the 14th I noticed a few areas that were not so clean. So I called the company and that afternoon the owner came out and completely cleaned all my carpet again. I just wanted the areas but he did it all and no complaints from me about that. Now my carpets are immaculate and smell so fresh. I won't use another carpet cleaning company. Matt was awesome! Did the job on short notice (12 hours) and did amazing work. Moving out and needed the carpets done in our 5 bedroom home. Matt was here at 8 sharp and got the whole house done in under 2 hours. Carpets look better than when we moved in! All stains and high traffic areas (like the stairs) look brand new! read more

These guys did a great job cleaning my carpets and tile. Very fair price for all of the work they did too!!! They vacuumed my carpets for me first, which was amazing because my vacuum is garbage lol Matthew was extremely helpful and friendly. I was able to text him back and forth.....I hate talking on the phone, so that was a plus for me too. The day he did the quote, he offered to actually do the work the same day! I was in a dire need to have my tile and grout cleaned in a large rental house for my walk through to ensure I would get my deposit back. The kicker was I needed same day service. I called Scrub Hub and talked to Jim at about 7:30am on on a Friday Asked if he could meet me after work to give me a quote and to see if the $99 for 150 SF would apply. I didn't want to spend a fortune on a rental but wanted it done right. He met me at 5:15 as planned. Said he could do it and it was completed and looking amazing by 5:45. I will absolutely call him for my OWN house which I just moved into. Follow up: Our ridiculous landlords asked for more cleaning or they would charges us $600 - $800. I called Jim again. Got scrubhub carpet cleaning service today 10/24, good attitude from Jim. Carpet cleaner smells good, unfortunately it did not took the dirt and I did not feel the hot steam. My home vacuum cleaner does better cleaning than this commercial one. After Jim done with cleaning, I ended up doing another round of cleaning with my home steam vacuum. My regular carpet cleaner was not available this weekend, so went with scrubhub. For same cost, my regular carpet cleaner apply the soap/clean lotion entire house carpet to let dirt moisture, then does the steam cleaning which is really hot steam and you could feel it and see the carpet clean difference before and after...something scrubhub can try out.. read more

I was really surprised when I read all these fabulous 5 star reviews that I received such a terrible job. I paid 180 dollars for 6 sq ft of carpet to get the "premium deep cleaning" I have an area that is bad from my puppy. He sounded so optimistic and you can still feel the urine and see the urine on the carpet. He rushed through. He missed spots and had to come back. My one area is still horrible. I will unfortunately never use these guys again. read more

First time using this company i had made an appointment at 11 the guy didnt show up until almost 2 to clean my carpets i had to wait 3 hours! when i would call i was on hold for a long while. Unfortunately he rushed through cleaning the carpets, that they didnt turn out the best. My carpets had mostly everyday walk through stains and one small pet stain.. nothing major.. i ended up paying $180 for a service that was rushed and waiting 3 hours on top of that. read more

He gave a good estimate over the phone. Upon arrival he advised that I had Urine all over my carpet. He gave me different pricey options which I couldn't do. However, he made it sound like that it will be a lot of hard labor on the options he gave. Because of that I agreed to the last option he had (Some type of tropical clean) I ended up paying double the estimate amount. My carpets doesn't even look like they were shampooed. When I told him that I wasn't happy, he said the carpets are low grade. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend this guy to any of my family. read more

The grout was dark and no matter how much I cleaned, I could never get it to look better. Decided to check Yelp for companies around here with good ratings. Was able to make an appt easily with Evin to get a price quote. Our project took two full days. I was impressed at how diligently Derek and Kirk worked; it looked exhausting! Not inexpensive but you definitely get what you pay for. (Check out our before/after photos) Derek and Kirk worked tirelessly on our kitchen floors and on the second day, Derek spent all day on our two upstairs showers. The process for making the grout look brand new is very laborious and time-consuming but the finished product looks awesome! These guys were lying on the floor, pretty much with a fine-toothed comb, scrubbing the grout and applying sealant, etc. Topnotch work! Kirk was very knowledgeable and helpful. I learned the wet Swiffer is about the worst thing you can use on your tile! Derek was also very skilled and friendly. My only issues with GroutPro are these: * Prepare to wait. I was expecting to get a price quote immediately after the consultation, maybe 1-2 days later? However, after waiting 2 business days and then the weekend, I started wondering if maybe Kirk forgot about us. Then finally on the following Monday, we got the email quote. I guess I was excited about starting the project and couldn't wait! Fast forward to after our project---things were great and we were actually thinking of having GroutPro do more work. Texted the owner for a price quote and thought I'd get it within a week, but since it's been over a month, I'm thinking he forgot about us. So giving customers price quotes faster, as well as following up would be an area that GroutPro could improve on. * The hose that was used for cleaning our tile went from their van into our house. Not sure why they placed the hose on our lawn instead of the driveway but it ended up making some unsightly impressions in our front yard. I didn't really notice them until our neighbors pointed the marks out, thinking someone had ridden dirt bikes all over our grass. Turns out it was from the GroutPro hose. Other than that, we are super happy with our kitchen floors now. The tile and grout looks so much cleaner and brighter. Would recommend GroutPro to anyone looking to regrout their floors or showers. I had Sonic home services come clean my sectional couch (and my living room carpet), which, mind you, was really dirty. Not only did they make me feel comfortable sitting on my own couch again, they made it smell nice, worked fast and thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure my couch and living room carpet was nice and clean. They also removed a smell from the previous tenants that the last TWO carpet cleaning companies failed to remove, even when I purchased the 'upgraded' deep cleaning. This is a definite showcase of you get what you pay for. If you want a half hearted cleaning, don't call these guys, because they won't do a sloppy job. If you want to get what you pay for, call Sonic Home Services. Top of the line equipment, image, results, and price. Will definitely call again when I need my carpet cleaned. We had this company clean our carpets and our tile floors. First, let me just say that we have had our carpets cleaned several times by other companies, and our carpets always took forever to dry and after a couple of months the stains always came back. We have pets, and some areas of the carpet were pretty bad. But Sonic cleaned them and they dried super fast, and the STAINS NEVER CAME BACK! It's been over 6 months and still they look great! Our Travertine tile floors came out AMAZING! It's crazy what a difference it made! Also, they were prompt, easy to deal with and very fairly priced! I highly recommend this company. Val and Matt provided us with great service! Even though my husband and I couldn't be home when they cleaned our first and second story gutters, one of them called us with every obstacle they encountered and provided us with options before they proceeded. Apparently our gutters were very difficult, but they spent all day working on them and doing the job right. They are also reasonably priced. We used their services 2 months ago and they stand by their 100% guarantee. After this last rainstorm, there was one trouble spot that was still backing up and pouring water outside of the down spout. I bought an 8x10 area rug at RC Willey, on clearance, that was one of their floor samples. I have no clue how long people were walking on it (months?) but when it was delivered, I found that it was filthy. Yesterday, I asked several companies for estimates. Matt got back to me quickly, was friendly, had a reasonable estimate and came today to clean it. I am more than pleased with the results. The dirt came out way better than I expected! As good as it gets. I don't buy services on price alone. I buy experience. I very much appreciate the candid assessment of the cleaning challenge I had for my area rugs and upholstery. I was informed of my alternatives and accepted the recommended advise. I learned something. The price was excellent and the service operator, Josh Doty, rocked..! These guys are awesome! One of my employee's spilled printer ink on the carpet. EVERY carpet company told me they would not even try due to there is NO WAY it would come out. These guys took a chance and they got ALL of the ink out in no time!! My landlord and I were very very impressed with the fact that it came out so fast and it did not change the color of the carpet, the carpet looked brand new! I will DEFINATELY be using this company from now on for all my cleaning needs. read more

These guys Val and Matthew have been amazing!!! They did my carpet today and really helped me out. I would highly recommend their services and would use them again in a heartbeat. We have had other cleaners in our past who tried to sale us this or that. These guys tell you options but they accept your choices. They are straight forward and hard workers which is the best. If you are looking for inexpensive yet thorough carpet cleaning these are your guys! They were very efficient and didn't play around with their prices. They were able to reach my apartment located on the third floor :) They gave me options of packages I could choose and then got right to work. Vad and Mathew did an amazing job cleaning our apartment. Our place was a disaster before Vad and Mathew cleaned up our apartment. Our apartment was not only filled stains from dirt but also from pet urine. THEY EVEN MADE OUR APARTMENT SMELLING LIKE NEW! Their service and quality is excellent as well. Matt from ScrubHub was amazing. He gave us a window of arrival time of two hours and I'm thinking great it will be at the later time like most companies and that was not the case he arrived right at the beginning time. WOW! great job, carpets came out amazing, and the customer service was excellent. Not only did I get my carpets cleaned I got a great education on the cleaning process. Even got a chance to try out the Water Claw! Will definitely be having them continue doing my carpeting needs. read more
