    All American Smash Burger
    Elijah A.

The service was amazing and I loved the ambiance, with the group seating. As they serve you after you sit, however I had a lot of gripes with the food quality. Everything "Looked" delicious and as you'd expect with the prices but after eating. (For reference) I ordered the all American smash burger and it was over seasoned, the meat felt internally oily and rubbery. I also got the Red White and Blue Waffle and it tasted flat, and felt old despite me knowing they made it fresh. Maybe this was just a bad experience but honestly it's enough for me to say never come here.

It's been years since I have been to Se7en Bites and I honestly don't know how I forgot how amazing it is. Service is top tier and you can taste how much is made in house. We went on a weekday which was quiet and nice. I know on the weekends it's insane with a line out the door. I do think while it's delish it is pretty pricey. $50 for breakfast for two people.

Worth waiting in line to get in here

Going back recently for breakfast was a great reminder of how delicious the food is here. Had a couple or friends grab a spot in line around 8:30, a bit prior to opening time which is 9 a.m. on Saturdays. Once my party of 8 entered, we approached the counter separately to place our orders. The young man working the register was full of pep. He clearly had his coffee. I envy his morning person mentality. Food arrived in good timing. Not everything at once, but no major lags. Every bite (which totaled more than 7) was full of flavor. Those grits are perfection. No need for salt or pepper. They are impeccably seasoned. My hashbrown cakes with pimento cheese also had me luxuriating over each morsel. Blissful flavor. My main entrée was also soooo good. Our trays were bussed appropriately and all staff was amiable. My only improvement would be the state of the restroom. Only an hour into being open and the trash can was overflowing. A sprucing up of paint for the walls would also go a long way. Not enough of a deterrent to affect my rating, though. The food made up for that one negative aspect.

Man oh man! I have never left hungry from here! I usually take some home because I can never finish my food. Not because I'm not crazy about it but because they serve more then enough! Which is actually fine with me because that only means that i am able to have 7 bites more then once in a week . The service is always excellent! It's like a team effort to take care of the customers all the staff work together. The environment is fairly fast paced. Everyone working there walking around cleaning, serving food and being attentive to those who ask for something. Definitely a really good place to have a bit to eat with friends, family or just your honey. I know I'm always looking forward to eating there.

The sausage gravy with thyme on top of a buttermilk biscuit with a couple of slices of bacon and an egg was an awesome breakfast. Went early afternoon on a Sunday. Maybe less than a ten minute wait. Great customer service from all . The host, the cashier and the servers. Didn't have of the pastries this visit. They did look awesome as they are out on display

Finally tried Se7en Bites after hearing about it for years. We got a few things to share. The smash burger was really good, super flavorful and messy in the best way. The fried green tomato and pimento cheese worked really well together. The quiche of the day (bacon, cheddar, chive) was decent. It's made with more of a phyllo-style crust, so it was really flaky, but I personally missed that classic buttery pie crust. The Minnie Pearl was my favorite by far. The chicken was crispy, the waffle had that slight sweetness, and everything together just worked. Probably one of the better chicken and waffles I've had in Orlando. It has a casual, cozy, neighborhood feel. It's not very big, so it can get a little busy, but it adds to that local spot vibe. Service was friendly and straightforward. Nothing over the top, but everything came out in a reasonable time and the staff was welcoming. They also have a bakery case with everything made in-house. We went later in the day so some things were already sold out, so I'd come earlier next time. Overall, I get why people like it. Solid spot, just come early.

I love Se7enBites!! The food here is incredible, if you haven't been yet, what are you waiting for?!? I absolutely love the fried green tomatoes, I get them every time! Everyone is also so incredibly friendly and happy to help however they can! You order your food at the counter and then get to pick a table. The inside design is very simple but it's nice. They bring your food out to you when it's ready, and you never wait long for your food! It can get busy here so be prepared for that! And I also love that inside there's a sweet treat counter if you want dessert when you're done! Can't wait to go back!

We went for brunch and there was a line out the door but it went fast! They do a great job at keeping the restaurant flowing and not too crowded. The food is so good! The biscuits are to die for and the cinnamon rolls are the best in Orlando! The restaurant has a small town and mom & pop feel. Everyone was super welcoming and I will definitely be coming back!

Se7en Bites is such a good southern breakfast spot! I ordered the Minnie Pearl, a chicken and waffle sandwich with a fried egg. It was absolutely worth it. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, the waffle was soft with the perfect sweetness, and everything together was the perfect sweet and savory combo. The food came out fresh and delicious.

Visiting from California and had to give this place a try. My husband and I walked in and McKenzie was there to greet us. She was absolutely amazing! She explained the menu and gave us recommendations and unfortunately how to tell us that the pot pies were sold out (understandably so since we arrived an hour before closing). Keep in mind the kitchen closes 15 minutes before the restaurant does*** My husband and I decided to split the Minnie Pearl, which is their amazing take on chicken and waffles. However, I definitely think their grits were the star of the show! I believe they were a cheddar cheese and chive grit, and they were absolutely amazing! The meal was very tasty and my only complaint or thing to nitpick would be that I would've preferred the waffle to be made to order. But everything tasted great and I would love to try more things on the menu. Another shout out again to McKenzie for just being absolutely amazing and everyone I spoke with at the restaurant was so nice!

Found this place on yelp. After a little more googling, decided to come in and try it out. Atmosphere was unique. It gives off a relaxing vibe. Most of the staff was friendly. The flow was very structured to handle busier times. Food descriptions were very well written. The menu had me excited and anticipating and salivating for the food. My excitement began to wear off after sitting at my table for 30 minutes and watching people who came in 20 minutes after us, get their food promptly. We stopped one of the staff who kept walking by and asked them about our food order. She brushed it off about tickets and the orders before us being worked on. I tried to explain nicely that the people getting their food were people who came in after us but she brushed it off and never checked the kitchen for us. Another worker walked by which was very helpful. He went to the kitchen and found there was an issue with our ticket not making it into the kitchen. He apologized, brought us cookies and made sure the food came out properly. Onto the food. Not sure what diners and dives felt. While the place was neat and the menu was exciting, the flavor was lacking. The hamburger was not seasoned. The hash brown casserole was bland. The grits were just meh. I will say that the ranch coated fries were decent though. Overall it was just an ok experience albeit the bland flavor and the one server lacking detail . I'd probably not rush to go back again.

I finally got to put on my coworkers to Se7enBites! I've been coming here over the years for breakfast and lunch and everything is always so fresh and good. We came in for lunch on a Thursday around noon and there was no line. You should note this restaurant is closed Monday-Wednesday. We were greeted by friendly staff. I ordered a Southern Cobb salad with fried chicken and ranch dressing and a diet coke. We grabbed the end of one of the long tables in the dining area. Food came out pretty quick. My salad was large and very good. All the veggies were crisp and the chicken was cooked great. I really enjoyed my lunch and I know the others girls said they did too. Staff is good about coming around, checking in, and getting refills. Our group stopped over the the bakery area in the back. I had to snag an oatmeal cream pie! The perfect sweet treat for later. Thank you Se7enBites for another great meal and experience!

Stopped in for breakfast and was blown away by the entire experience. We were greeted immediately with no wait and given a warm welcome. Lots of daily specials, and a regular menu as well. The specials menu was full of amazing choices, but we both zeroed in on the "Colonel Marmalade in the Dining Room with the Knife." What is that, you ask? A masterpiece of a biscuit stacked with pimento cheese, buttermilk fried chicken, smothered in sausage gravy, topped with a perfect over-medium egg, and finished with a dollop of orange blossom marmalade. It's served with a side of cheddar chive grits. The portions are generous, and every component was flawless. The chicken had an incredible crust, the biscuit was flaky and buttery, and the touch of marmalade created the perfect sweet-and-savory bite. The grits were creamy, savory, and totally crave-worthy. I don't even typically like breakfast, but this was easily one of the best meals I've ever eaten. The service matched the quality of the food. After ordering, you get a number and seat yourself. Our food and drinks came out incredibly quickly. The floor is well-staffed with a team that is consistently friendly and attentive, quickly clearing plates so your table never feels crowded. On your way to the tables, you pass a gorgeous bakery counter with seasonal selections and staples displayed under glass. I couldn't resist and picked up some desserts to go: a mini crack pie, a homemade oatmeal creme pie, and an orange scone. I can't wait to dig into them later! This place is a must-try. I am already dreaming about my next visit to try more of the menu.

My husband began with the French Vegetable Soup, which he described as magnificent, followed by the Short Rib Sliders, which were tender, flavorful, and expertly prepared. For dessert, we indulged in the Peach Cobbler à la Mode, topped with vanilla bean ice cream. It was decadent, comforting, and the perfect ending to the meal. To top it all off, we enjoyed a frothy cappuccino served with a rock candy sugar stick--a beautiful finishing touch. The food, presentation, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. There were plenty of fun activities for the kids and there was an all-you-can-eat buffet for the kids with fried chicken and shrimp, macaroni and cheese, fries, and red velvet cupcakes. $25 is a deal if your child would chow down on shrimp, but it might not be a great deal if your child is usually full after four bites. Our server was absolutely fantastic, friendly and very attentive. We started off the dinner with some fantastic deviled eggs and a lemon cello cocktail. I ordered the shrimp and grits and was really disappointed with the tiny, overcooked shrimp and crawfish that accompanied the slightly bland grits. The shrimp on the kids buffet was at least four times larger than the sad little shrimp in my dish. I think the sausage was cut into smaller chunks just so it wouldn't be so obvious how small the shrimp was. My husband didn't love his heirloom tomato salad and said the Wagyu appetizer was disgusting. Dessert was mediocre. The macarons that accompanied my crème brûlée were stale and chewy. The hummus appetizer was excellent and was easily the highlight of the meal. It was flavorful and served with pita, cucumbers, carrots, and red peppers. The food presentation overall was attractive and showed promise. The most serious issue occurred when my son ordered a refill of his virgin mojito and was served a drink containing alcohol. He immediately noticed something was wrong after taking a sip and handed it to me. I tasted it as well and confirmed that it contained alcohol. Serving alcohol in a child's drink is a significant mistake and should never happen. We also ordered the steak frites based on a recommendation and were told it was exceptional. Unfortunately, the steak was extremely tough and chewy, making it difficult to eat and far from what was described. It was one of the strangest, most beautiful experiences I've ever had at a restaurant. For a moment, it felt like Dad was sitting at the table with us. To taste something so familiar, something I hadn't experienced in over twenty years, was surreal. That's not a compliment I hand out lightly. So we each had that For this visit, we started with the rock shrimp tacos, and they absolutely did not disappoint. They packed a nice little kick without overwhelming the dish, and we practically inhaled them. Of course, we had to finish the meal the same way we did last time: with churros. Somehow they were even better than we remembered. Crispy, warm, perfectly sweet, exactly the kind of dessert that makes you argue over who gets the last bite. My boyfriend ordered two Old Fashioneds, and I had two Cosmos. Both were delicious and definitely generous on the pour. I was a little concerned when we arrived for our 8:00 p.m. reservation because the place was PACKED for a Thursday night. We ended up waiting a bit past our reservation time. The hostess suggested we grab a drink at the bar, but that area was just as crowded, so we hung out in the lobby instead. The wait ended up being completely worth it because we were seated at the exact table I was secretly hoping for: the most perfect little corner window booth, straight out of a movie scene. It was the ideal setting for our last night of vacation. And then there was our server, Anton. Anton could teach a master class on waiting tables. He was efficient, funny, attentive without hovering, knowledgeable without being pretentious, and genuinely seemed to enjoy what he was doing. In a world where great service sometimes feels like a lost art, Anton was an absolute delight. The Ravenous Pig delivered once again: phenomenal food, excellent cocktails, memorable service, and one of those meals you'll still be talking about long after you've gone home. We can't wait for our next trip to Orlando and our next visit back.

The snapper collar tacos were the star of the show. Easily enough to share between two people, with fresh fish and really good homemade corn tortillas. The fish of the day was also excellent and the fresh ciabatta with garlic butter was hard to stop eating. The cauliflower appetizer missed the mark a bit for me, the pieces were a little too big and came out slightly undercooked. The chicken salad was just alright, nothing bad but nothing memorable either. Parking can be a little tough in the area, but the complimentary valet makes it much easier. I love that they have a quicker option out back with the beer garden, you can't go wrong!

We ordered Chicken Satay appetizer ($11.75) three skewers of grilled chicken with peanut sauce to dip into, Chroma Sliders ($16.25) white cheddar, bacon jam and chroma sauce, Chopped Salad ($13.75), and Seared Tuna + Crispy Rice ($20.25). We also shared Bread Pudding with a salted caramel sauce and gelato for dessert and it was incredible. Everything was well prepared and flavorful. These are smaller portions and just enough for the three of us. Service was really good and professional more like what you would expect at finer dining restaurants. The outside patio was nice as there was a breeze and each table had fly prevention fans on the tabletop which was excellent. They have a decent sized menu and they do offer some larger entrees to share which we will have to return to experience. This is a definite recommend and a place we will return to. Beautiful area that this restaurant is located in within the Lake Nona Med Center. Outside the restaurant in the courtyard there were several vendors set up selling things for Mother's Day. This itself was a beautiful area to spend time in. Free parking via garage.
