New location for Seasons 52. It's located by the Colonnades in the Sawgrass Mills Mall. Parking at Sawgrass can be trying to say the least so keep that in mind. The restaurant has a nice modern neutral palette decor. There is a good size bar, indoor, (covered) outdoor and private room seating. The service was friendly and attentive. Came for happy hour and ordered many bites and libations to try. Other then the flatbreads the happy hour bites are served tapas style/size. This was my first time eating here. I was pleasantly surprised to see how good the service was. I started with a crab cake. It was awesome! It was all crab, no or almost no filler in it. The put side wasn't overly breaded either. It was serverd with a little salad and a little of sauce. Every thing tasted so good. Next I shared the chopped Greek salad with the feta and pepperocini's on the side. It was very fresh and had a very tasty dressing. My daughter had a mushroom and pepperoni flat bread pizza. I can tell you if it was good, because she didn't leave a single peice for me to try. My wife got a couple of appetizer for her meal avacado toast and baby grilled artichokes. I don't know about the avacado toast, but the artichokes were out of this world good. Our friend who is a very picky eater, decided to try the sea bass with a mushroom risotto. He absolutely loved it. For me I had the sirloin steak with little assorted potatoes. Other then I think the portion was bit small for, it was just as good as everything we eat. I have eaten at several other Seasons 52 locations and this one did not measure up. We sat in a brightly lit room off to the side that overlooked....the outside of the mall. There were pictures of vegetables on the wall. I felt like we were in a Denny's. The larger room was a little better. It was dimly lit but still did not match the easy, elegant decor of the Fort Lauderdale and Boca locations. It did not help that it was Mother's Day and there were a zillion kids running around. Most of the food was disappointing. The flatbreads were fine. We also tried the Roasted Cauliflower. Other than being a big hunk of cauliflower, there was not much to it. It needed to be roasted or grilled more and the sauce was blah. 14 year old and I shared two dishes. We couldn't decide if the Chilean Sea Bass was over or under cooked. It was too flaky, without the smooth rich texture properly prepared sea bass should have. We both thought the rice that accompanied the fish was tasty. The Scallops also tasted off. They did not taste sizzling fresh. What was worse in the dish was the risotto. It tasted like the worst watered down rice. One of the brighter spots of our meal was the Trout that 15 year old ordered. It was not the best trout I have had, but it was the best item we ordered. Contrary to some other reviews, there were no service issues. Even though Mother's Day was busy, the dishes came out at a good pace. I've been to seasons 52 plenty of times but this is my first time going to this particular location. I had reservations but unfortunately i arrived late due to traffic. Thankfully when i arrived, they still was able to seat us right away. Shortly after getting seated, we were greeted by a wonderful waitress. I'm really upset with myself that i can't remember her name (I'm terrible with remembering names). She was so thoughtful. She asked us if we had any plans after dinner and wanted to know if we had any time constraints. She says she always asks that to be mindful if someone has somewhere to be afterwards. I thought that was very efficient. We did happen to make this early reservation because we had a show to attend. So she made sure our food came out quickly but at the same time she didn't make us feel rushed. My favorite thing about Seasons 52 is that they're mindful of calorie servings. Everything on their menu is less than 595 calories. That's great when trying to have a calorie deficit like myself. I went with the wood grilled filet and it comes with Yukon mash and green beans. My steak was cooked beautifully and my waitress made sure that i cut into to see if it's to my liking. My date had the sea bass and ate every last bite. read more

Seasons 52 Happy Hour. I am confident that this will be the new premier happy hour spot in Sawgrass. My server was JOHN and if he is any indication of the service that is here, you won't be disappointed. If you are a first timer, my suggestion would be to try any of the flat breads. They are enough for two and absolutely delicious. They have a $12 glass of wine and flatbread that is addictive. The beauty about Seasons 52 is they have a seasonal menu. So don't fall too far in love with anything because odds are it will change... for the better. Beer selection is currently limited. Wish they had some locals like their neighbors Match Box. Still, if you like wine, this place is like Disney world. So I came here specifically for Happy Hour and I wasn't disappointed. OMG... tried all the $5 small plates and they were all fantastic. So fantastic in fact that my taste buds had an argument about which was the best: Seared handline Ahi Tuna... FIRE! Seared Chicken Yakatori Skewers... I've been waiting for his restaurant to ole. For a while at sawgrass as the closest one to my house before this one opening is in east Fort Lauderdale. We got together with my work team and they seated us right away. Self-Parking is a little tough as it was a Friday afternoon as it is located in the mall; however, seasons52 has a Valet spot at the restaurant so no wait if you're willing to pay $13 for that convenience. I did. I tried this time the lobster flatbread, it was very good and it came fast. (Only tip to the restaurant Need to add more lobster next time!) I accompanied this with a Stella Artois. The only reason why I'm giving four stars is because the wait every time I was ordering a drink or menu was very long. I sat down and waited around 20 minutes for the server to come so I can order a beer. Other than that the service was great. read more

The waitress was nice enough to do the sesame styled salmon to replace the cedar plank salmon and it was cooked just the way I like my salmon. We were seated inside of another room so just note if you ever wanted to do some sort of big dinner or family event, this restaurant has the space. On to the food. I do wish the menu was bigger with more options but I made due with what was on it. It's good to know it seems as though they change their menu seasonally. Our waiter name was Bruno and he was AMAZING. He provided great service and ensured the birthday girl was having a good time. For our appetizers we as a table ordered quite a bit of things. I tried the Korean BBQ Skewers which was tasty. I also tried the Lump Crab and Shrimp Stuffed Mushroom. That was my first time ever having mushrooms and I liked it. I also tried the Pesto Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella flatbread and that was probably my favorite bite of the night. Very flavorful. My main entree was the Wood Grilled Dry Rubbed Pork Chop I changed both of my sides so I actually got wild rice and mash potatoes. It was a juicy piece of meat. I have no complaints. This was the absolute best restaurant we could've chosen for our anniversary! From the moment we got there, it felt like we were getting VIP service, from free desserts and champagne, to everyone walking by wishing us a happy anniversary and taking our photo, it left us feeling overjoyed. My fiance ordered the lamb medium and he got it 35 min later and it was well done he sent it back waited another 25 min and guess what it came out well done AGAIN! Haven't been to this Seasons 52 since they first opened and I must say, for a Darden restaurant, I was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. Came for my dad's birthday with the fam and made a reservation in advance. Our server (hate that I forgot her name) was absolutely wonderful. We ordered the ahi tuna appetizer to share which was delicious and refreshing. I got a cedar plank salmon with asparagus and the truffle risotto which was divine. I know they portion the sides out to respect calories, however I could have eaten an entire bowl of the risotto by myself. We then ordered a few of the dessert cups to share which our server came out with a candle for the birthday boy. They're so decadent and delicious - my favorite is definitely the key lime and the raspberry cannoli one. All of our food was served perfectly cooked, hot and within a reasonable amount of time. Overall, this was a truly great experience. Beautiful restaurant and absolutely wonderful service. Highly recommend a stop in. read more

Made reservations to celebrate my mothers birthday this past weekend. The host was nice enough to put a happy birthday sign and a card for my mom. It had been about 10 years since I last went to a Seasons 52 and I remembered enjoying it. When we first got seated we had to request to move (no fault of the restaurant), but it was extremely noisy at our table in the bar area, and the child sitting next to us had their feet kicked up on the seat playing a loud tv show (again, not blaming the restaurant for that one, but just be aware it gets busy and loud). Once we moved outside the ambiance was exponentially more pleasant. The drinks were good. We had the rose lemonade and the sangria flight which was really good. Everything we ordered was delicious. Started with the crab stuffed mushrooms, then got the rainbow trout and grilled scallops. My mom was in love with the crab polenta. This restaurant is located at the Sawgrass mall by the designer outlet section. The are a little far off where you can get parking by the actual restaurant if the mall isn't crazy busy. I started with the Cesar's salad it was a nice size portion. Then I got the shrimp flatbread with goat cheese, peppers, and pineapple. I had a dinner date night with my daughter. We were at the mall and decided to stop by here for a nice dinner. I'm a fan of Bahama Breeze and it's been a long time since I've been to Seasons 52. From what I remember, I liked it and had good experiences. Everything was fairly good but the food was just ok for me. Let me start by saying the staff is very attentive and incredibly friendly. Our hostess was a nice and had a friendly smile upon entering the restaurant. We got lucky and scored Jorge for our server, he made the overall experience A+. Jorge was very accommodating, knowledgeable fo the menu and had a good sense of humor. I ordered coffee, they ran out of milk. The half & half tasted funny with my coffee. I drank it black with sugar which was totally fine. We wanted the Korean Style Short Ribs, they ran out. We were there at 8pm and they close at 9pm so I understand it's the end of the night and they can run out of stuff. No biggie. I ordered the pork tenderloin, they didn't have any steak knives available. Again, end of night and it was probably a busy day. Jorge eventually brought me a steak knife. All was well again. Lol. But through all this, I wasn't upset or pissy. Jorge made it a funny thing and it was an ongoing joke throughout the night that they were running out of things. All good. We ordered the tomato cheddar soup, crab cake, wood grilled pork tenderloin, s'mores dessert parfait. The soup was honestly our favorite. The soup came out piping hot and so much flavor. It was perfect. The crab cake had good texture with the panko breading. It could be served with a bit more sauce as that gives it more flavor. The pork tenderloin sounded yummy as we were debating between that and the shrimp & grits. We ended up getting the pork tenderloin to share. It was underwhelming. The pork looked dry and tasted dry, it was also warm and didn't taste like it was actually "fresh" off the grill. The shallot au jus sauce was weird to me and I didn't love it. The sweet potato mash and spiced cauliflower were both good but also didn't taste very "fresh" or hot like they just made it. We still ate it and it was decent, just not amazing or very memorable. Kinda wished we opted for the shrimp & grits instead. My daughter's favorite was the dessert presentation. I will say I love this about Seasons 52, the small dessert portions. This allows you to try a bit of everything. One of my favorite things to do. My daughter chose the S'Mores parfait. She loved it but I thought it was rich and too thick for my tasting. The manager stopped by our table to check on us and ask about our dinner. She was very sweet and was attentive to my daughter too. I love the ambiance, friendly staff and menu options. Came for brunch with my boyfriend for the first time but sadly they didn't have any brunch, just a lunch menu. We ordered the avocado toast and Korean ribs as an appetizer which was amazing I highly recommend them. I came here the day after Valentines because I wanted to avoid the craziness. I liked the feeling when you walk in, it feels warm and cozy. I made reservation and was seated immediately. The waiter was nice and let us know that they have 52 wines and a cocktail menu also. For starters we got the Tar Tar and the Short Ribs. The tar tar was my favorite because it had so much avocado at the bottom. It was like mixing raw tuna with pico de gallo and guacamole. The short ribs were packed full of flavor but garnished heavily. All that garnish looks nice, but the real prize is with the first bite. For the entree I enjoyed the Salmon in which I substituted my sides with sweet potato and broccoli. My girl got the Pork Tenderloin and I must say that it was cooked to perfection. It wasn't dry at all with sweet potatoes and green beans on the side. Definitely a good choice for a healthy yet affordable date. I'll be back because they have great tasting wine. My family and I came to Seasons 52 to celebrate my cousin's birthday. I love the decor of the restaurant, and the dim lighting that gave a nice evening atmosphere. The hosts/hostesses were very nice and professional. They greeted us as we walked in, and our table that we made a reservation for was ready. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted by our waiter who was very friendly, kind, and funny. He took out order very quickly and got all our orders correct; which is always a plus for me especially when we are a big party dining in. I ordered the lump crab cake and Caesar salad as an appetizer. OMG the crab cake was magnificent! It was flaky on the outside, but very creamy and filled with a lot of crab on the inside. For my entrée I ordered the cedar plank salmon that came with green bees and marble potatoes. My salmon was very moist and flavorful, and I loved how my green bees were cooked just right (not too soft and not too crunchy). I just wished the menu could be a expanded more with more entrees. Beautiful new restaurant at Sawgrass Mills. We walked in without a reservation and were seated immediately. The thing I noticed first was how dark it is inside. The atmosphere is great but we could hardly read the menu. It took awhile for our waiter to come to the table to greet us and take our drink order. Long enough that we were able to figure out drinks, appetizer and what we wanted for dinner before he even arrived. We ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, shrimp and grits, hand rolled lasagna and Kona crusted lamb loin. Drinks and appetizer came pretty quick once he took our order but everything else was a wait. Need a refill? Wait. A box? Wait. Want to order dessert? Wait. He was very nice but we waited for way to long. The food was excellent which is why they get four stars. The spinach and artichoke dip wasn't your usual dip. It wasn't all creamy and cheesy but more of a chunky dip with chunks of artichoke and tomato. The hand rolled lasagna had butternut ricotta, kale, mushrooms and pieces of butternut squash in a very good sauce. The lamb loin was also very good and a nice portion. The shrimp and grits were excellent. They had cheddar grits with bacon and chorizo and lots of shrimp. We also ordered a side of mac and cheese and truffle honey brussels sprouts. Again both were very good. For dessert we got the pecan pie, pumpkin pie and raspberry cannoli minis. All delicious.
