It was nothing special, just your standard french toast with panko breading, but still yummy. We went here on a Sunday morning around 1030ish and while it was a bit busy, definitely wasn't overcrowded and they had no problem with seating us promptly. There's plenty of parking as well, so that wasn't an issue. I'll definitely plan on coming back if I'm ever in the Redding area and wanting breakfast/brunch.

My wife had the biscuits and gravy She said nothing to ride home about, but it was good so I consider that a win. This is an extremely patriotic restaurant and they pay homage to veterans. When the po' boy came out, we thought it was burnt! We didn't know the catfish will be blackened by default. We thought it will be fried since it is a po' boy.
