Overall not good imo. The space is large, so there is a lot of room to do work, and the staff were lovely. It was pretty clean and super busy when we came over the weekend. I thought the coffee and espresso tasted really bland. It didn't stand up to the flavors of the seasonal drinks we tried at all. As a result, both were too sweet. Also, the salted caramel in my cold brew didn't taste caramel-y. It was odd. The Italian sandwich was okay, but my grilled cheese was boring, soggy, and overall below average, especially for $9. The coffee is overall good, but sometimes tastes watered down/has too much milk so I usually add an extra shot. My alternative is chai or matcha, but the few times I've gotten both of these, the powder was visibly clumped together and not mixed into the drink very well. I've also gotten a couple of hot drinks that were not very hot. Pastries are good--they have a selection of croissants, muffins, and even sandwiches that you can get heated up. For kids or the people who don't want coffee or tea, they also have smoothies and different flavored lemonades. And they always offer a seasonal menu if you wanna try something new. Employees are all young, nice, and friendly. I'll give 3 stars for the service and ambiance. I'm always here to study because of the location, good prices, and later hours (open til 7), but if you want higher quality drinks, you might look somewhere else. And if you can't study or work with a lot of noise, this place does get loud sometimes--their music is always set at a high volume, the coffee roaster is often on, and I've even had to sit next to a kid's birthday party. They also have very few outlets to use for charging (the only ones are next to the couches). read more

The drinks were alright, but the worker behind the counter was so rude that it set the tone of the whole experience. They got one part of the order wrong, and forgot the other. The toast barely had any jam, and it was too syrupy. If you're in the area and don't care about good service, then ok, but I wouldn't go out of my way to return. read more

I just found my favorite coffee place! Stopped in around 9 a.m. on a Friday. I didn't even have to wait in line, though I could tell by the nearly-full indoor seating area that it's a popular cafe. I ordered a medium latte and a generous piece of pumpkin bread, both served up quickly, in under 5 minutes. The cashier was friendly, the latte was one of the best I've had, reasonably priced, and the amazing pumpkin bread was delish. Since it was a cool morning, I chose to sit on the outdoor patio and was pleasantly entertained by the great classic oldies on the speakers. What an excellent start to my morning. We were staying at a nearby resort and were trying different coffee shops daily. When we walked into this one, there was a long line so we knew it was going to be good! It was a Thursday, mid-morning. The line to order drinks was a longer wait than to actually get our drinks. We got an iced lavender latte and a cold brew. This is a great little place to get coffee. I came on a Sunday morning around 11 am and it was busy. There were a couple baristas working away who made my flat white quickly. A hidden gem in north Phoenix! I can't believe I have lived so close and only recently stopped by for the first time. It's the corner unit of a plaza and pretty big inside. Various areas to sit and eat or hang out. We visited around Christmas so they had their winter holiday menu and every single drink sounded amazing. I got the Black Forest iced coffee which was chocolate and cherry and I literally have not stopped thinking about it for a month. My husband ordered the strawberry banana smoothie and that was tasty. There were lots of drink options and a few light bites for purchase. Such a cute little place with great drinks! One of my favorite coffee shops in the valley now! read more

Still brand new. Located at the corner end of the plaza. You'll spot the wings on the door but no signage yet. My favorite season with all the fall favorites and pumpkin spice. I asked for the most popular and it was The Cinderella but I ended up with my usual, Pistachio Rose. Had the perfect blend of nutty and flora flavors. I got the medium size which came with three shots. Kept me wired the entire drive back to San Diego. Always a cute little shop to spend some time with my friends. Definitely one of the better spots in North Phoenix, and the staff is always super friendly. I am partial to their blueberry scones, which are sometimes a bit stale, but are delicious in literally any case so I buy them anyway, and they pair excellently with their very, very good coffee. My own gripe is that they have delicious seasonal specials, and you used to be able to check what the menu was online, but recently they redid their website and the menu is nowhere to be found. Its not that big of a deal, and gives me an excuse to go there (which I do not need) but I have found it hard when ordering for a group for people who are not familiar to pick their poison. However, I love turning people onto here in any case! read more

It's a nice local spot to relax and get away from your family for a minute The food is pretty good for a cafe like this though i would appreciate more healthy options like a veggie hummus plate or some salads. HOWEVER the coffee is not up to my (possibly high standards). The only thing i can order reliably is a cappuccino which i love but if i order an americano, they give me a cold brew. If i order an iced black coffee, they give me a cold brew. The lattes taste like milk even with an extra shot. The baked good are delicious WHEN fresh. My last scone was so dry, and stale. The low score comes from two separate incidents. When I ask for coffee to be ground a certain way, the employee questions it with who I think might be an owner, he gives her a different direction. The coffee is useless in for my method of coffee maker due to their ignorance of this particular coffee maker. I don't expect everyone to know everything, but would appreciate if they just did what I asked for without a confrontation. Lastly, this assumed owner throws F bombs like he is in a locker room. I am not sure if he is trying to be "hip" with his young, female employees, but it is off putting. This morning the cafe had a fair amount of young kids.
