This place has been the talk of town since it recently opened. I came in very early on a Sunday morning to beat the crowds and was surprised at how quickly I was able to get in and out. I had the iced latte and decided to also try a French toast bagel with their seasonal peanut crunch spread. The latte was great and balanced. The bagel was decent and toasted to my preference. The peanut crunch spread was more like regular crunch peanut butter vs a cream cheese spread to me. Enjoyed the bagel, but I think I would opt for a different spread next time on my bagel. read more

The most bland everything bagel I've had in my life. Edible but not good. You're better off getting Einstein Bagels or bagels from the grocery store. Their tip/signature screen was upside down. I asked the cashier and he said it's a "new system" and couldn't fix it. Lowest tip option was 18% (that I could tell, considering I had to read it upside down). No clue what the negative reviews are talking about. Granted I visited after a night out at Jekyll and Ro and wanted to pick up bagels to save for breakfast the next morning so there was no wait. As a former NY'er, these are Long Island bagels and they taste amazing. Please note the bagels you get from LI are different from Brooklyn or Manhattan. Just disappointed I went there three times this was my third time and my final time the bagels are average they're not the bagels I am used to I was born and raised in the Bronx New York so I know what a good bagel is I think it's overpriced $3 for one bagel with nothing on it I'm looking forward to h&h opening up on Dale mabry I was also told today after my rewards card was filled up that they weren't honoring it anymore so I got nothing for free and they actually asked me if I want to sign up on a new program and I politely declined.. I was also asked twice if I wanted my six bagels toasted and I said no. Just sliced so I had to wait because they toasted the six bagels and they had to redo it.... I was excited to try this place as there are not many bagel places in tampa. I saw that the reviews were average but I wanted to give it a try. I went on a Sunday morning at 11:30. You'd think they would have a full staff equipped to handle the rush you'd expect at this time, however there were only 4 employees. Ordering went pretty quick. When my friend and I arrived, there were 4 groups ahead of us. After we ordered, we realized the place was PACKED with people waiting. While waiting for our order, we looked over behind the counter and saw a stream of about 15 tickets not even hung up on the line! It ended up taking 35 minutes for our bagels to come out when all we got were 2 bagels with cream cheese. To make it worse, the bagel was subpar at best. Both were a little burnt and the cream cheese wasn't even spread over the whole bagel. Not really the "NY bagel" you'd expect. It was also kinda pricy, over $6 for a small bagel. Overall, I am disappointed with my experience and I don't anticipate returning. It is not worth the wait or price. read more
