Tried this place for the first time yesterday and I ordered a shawarma platter and my date ordered the shawarma wrap. We also got a hookah with a pineapple head and mixed berry tobacco. The food was yummy but I felt like the chicken was a bit dry. The hummus and garlic sauce were on point. The service was great and the waiters were attentive and polite. Seems like ppl do a lot of takeout from here but it's a nice place to go to and sit on the patio for hookah. I would go again. read more

I'll start off by giving you the good facts: Gyro: very good. Chicken shawarma sandwich: very good, but good too is to opt for the same bread they use for the gyro. It's a lot fluffier and just all around better taste. Beef shawarma: same as the chicken. Shawarma hummus: my absolute favorite. Mixed grill plate: good but depends on the time of day you order it. Could be dry, could be spot on. My only concern in regards to the food would be The pita bread. It's definitely out of a plastic bag and not fresh, fluffy and hot like it is from more authentic shawarma places. They use it on the shawarma sandwiches which is why I say opt for the bread they use on the gyros. It's a small sitting space inside, but nice patio with hooka which is great on a beautiful day. Always a new server when we go and that's quite often. The owner seems like he micro manages too much and I've seen him be quite harsh to his employees on more than one occasion. All in all, we love this place for its good eats! read more

I've had better shawarma. I was disappointed. Nothing is fresh. We had chicken & beef shawarma and they were so dry. They need to put more sauce in their sandwiches. The pita bread is prepackaged so it was hard and dry. I saw freezer full of food. So nothing is really fresh. I saw a panini press. They pressed the sandwiches. The hummus was okay. Not very flavorful. Nothing special. Drinks are all bottled. Water costs $2. The only thing I liked was their fries. It was hot and crispy. This little place has only been open for a couple of months and it is petite in size but such a great little lunch place. Their food is good and atmosphere is very casual. I came here on a late night during the week which was surprising to me that it was still open. They have outdoor seating where it is covered for those cold windy days. If your in the mood for hookah they also have flavored options for that. This is a great lunch place or even for days that you need a spot to study. They have WiFi and many drink options as well. The staff is very friendly. They are still in the process of completing their menu and some things inside, I think once that happens it will hopefully thrive. My friend who HATES fruity actually said that's it's "not bad, it's actually KINDA GOOD!" The flavor is subtle and hits smoothly. There's plenty of outdoor and indoor seating so people are basically free to sit wherever. They have this great covered patio equipped with fans and mosquito nets. The wifey and I we're hungry and we both wanted to smoke some hookah. I decided to Yelp some hookah restaurants in our area and low and behold Shawarma Grill popped up. It was super close to where we currently live so we checked it out. I just want to say first off, the staff was really nice and welcoming. Second, the food was awesome! It's a really great spot in the neighborhood too. So great, the following week we ordered food for delivery. The rain was horrible that week but the delivery was prompt and the delivery person was super nice! The food and the customer service was awesome, consistent and I felt like I was eating at the restaurant again! It was a late afternoon so that helped too with being able to understand. I went with the suggested beef shawarma, it was very tasty. Delicious. Nicely prepared with the right amount of sauce. Figuring out that I do enjoy hot food he also asked to give hot sauce on the side which he mentioned they make right on premises. After some nice conversation and food, I decided to also get the chicken shawarma Togo which comes with the garlic sauce in this case and the suggested salad. It had some crispness and spiciness which I like and wasn't too much because I'm not a big fan of spicy food, but I like some heat in my food. I'm a foreign and I struggle trying to find food that please my taste here in US because the food here commonly has some sweet flavor on it. I didn't taste any kind of sweetness on my sandwich and I love it. I also ordered hommos which was good but I just prefer when tastes a bit sour.
