This is probably the worst car wash I've ever been to if I could give it zero stars, I would. Just a heads up to be careful with Shine Brite Car Wash on Orchard. They play fast and loose with your credit card. I signed up for a monthly plan with them for $27 a month, only to check my statement and find out they were actually charging $40 a month. I asked for a refund and they said No because they increased prices the first month after I signed up. They didn't tell me in any way. And I actually have receipts showing the $27. And when I asked for more information, the guy at the desk told me that none of the information in his computer was correct and the owner's computer had totally different information. Won't use them again. Too bad because it's a decent wash (not great though). But there are a lot of other good options around here. Jiffy Lube and Thunder Wash to name a few good ones. read more

It gets the job done. I spent an hour detailing the interior of my car after getting my car washed. I opted for the shampoo & dry for mats, but I didn't have a good chance to talk to the attendant about it and I got so wrapped up in cleaning the interior I forgot about taking the mats in / just did them myself. The car's clean. The vacuums, again, get the job done. There were several times the hoses separated from the vacuuming source and I had to place them back. Aside from that, it's good in a pinch. I would give zero stars if there was the option. This place used to be a very good car wash several years ago. It has been in decline and is now worthless. Today was the last time I will ever use it. Paid $27 for their best wash which supposedly includes everything. It provided nothing but water and not even much of that. I was worried my paint would be scratched! Tire shine didn't work either. Parked and talked to the punk working there who said he was the manager. He admitted there are broken parts and it wouldn't be fixed for another week but incredibly kept the business open despite this. Wouldn't provide a refund or even the opportunity to come back AFTER IT IS FIXED! Don't know who owns this place but your business has been run into the ground. This is hands down the best car wash in the area! Each member of our family is on their monthly plan that gives you a bunch of washes at a huge discount. You can sign up for it at the pay station and they give you a sticker inside your car. After that is placed, you can pull into any pay station and the gate opens up automatically which is very convenient. Other than that our cars always come out shiny and dry. Plus the staff is super helpful and friendly. Free vacuums too. Check this place out. read more

Worse yet, all 4 car wheels and rims were completely filthy after I pulled out, as if they got completely missed. Be cautious using their pay ahead program and beware of their horrible customer service. We went there on Nov 8th and purchased a $20 wash. As we pulled around, what we assumed to be the manager was out there selling their pay ahead program where they place a sticker in your window and the next time through you simply pull up and the gate opens and away you go. So we agreed and paid another $19.99 for the next wash (yes, a penny savings). Note both transactions were using the same debit card. Needless to say, our return visit wasn't nearly as easy. We pulled up to the kiosk and the gate wouldn't open. So we tried another, nothing. I pulled over and went inside and asked why the reader wasn't working. The attendant, a very nice kid, looked up our name, looked up the card number yet couldn't find anything. So I showed him my banking app and the two transactions charged to my account. Not convinced, he contacted his manager and after waiting back outside for nearly 30 minutes the attendant comes out with his manager on the phone. The manager basically asked all the same questions, and eventually said he couldn't let us through. In fact it seemed he was accusing us of trying to steal a car wash. After the nearly hour long incident we were turned away. Not once did we hear 'sorry for the inconvenience'. So I guess we're out our $20. BEWARE. read more

This might be the worst run car wash I have ever encountered. They charge for using a debit card, which is completely ridiculous. They charge extra for tire shine on the middle of the road package, every other car wash in the area has it included. Terrible. Took my small SUV through and the entire back was still dirty so I went and talked to the attendant on duty. She said, "yeah it doesn't do a good job with SUVs, I can run it through again and spray the back for you." Well, thanks for the customer service, but how do you put it a brand new car was in 2018 and not account for SUVs. So I took my car there and the tire shine didn't work. I also don't like that there are no interior services. Last, but definitely not least, the prices are outrageous. I can get 10x the quality of car wash for the same price at a Delta Sonic. This car wash is the worst I've ever been to. Super expensive and car does not get clean. I paid for the midgrade package, $12 and the entire rocker panel on both sides was still filthy. I went back to tell the manager that the wash was terrible and she "I doubt it". I showed hey the vehicle and was tools that the wash is designed to get the lower pay off the car and needed to buy the wheel package. I was able to run it through a second time and still not clean. Raised prices and lowered quality!!!! It is appealing with all of the technology when your pick the wash you would like. It is fully automated and fairly new. I have gone here a few times and each time seems to get a little worse. Today there was no attendant to spray the back of the car and tires like they usually do. Plenty of soap suds and plenty of water, brushes do a decent job of getting the dirt off. The drying procedure needs some work, each time I leave the tunnel the car is less dry. I've been using this car wash for some time and it always does a good job cleaning my van. It gets the hard to reach spots that other washes seem to miss and has never damaged any part of the vehicle. The vacuums are powerful and pickup most all debris. It is a little more expensive than other basic washes in the area but the optional services, wheel wash, tire shine, etc. do a nice job and are worth the cost. read more
