They were charging me about $19 something plus. (A customer who was picking up a small hat dry cleaned paid about $20.) I told the lady there I will think about it with the plan of never ever going back. I proceeded to Sparkle Cleaners and they charge me $9 something (see picture of receipt). Sparkle is a lot bigger and more organized. The workers there are very friendly and helpful. Thanks you, Ladies at Sparkle.

On a Sat morning once, the store did open a little later than posted on Yelp (like 10-15 minutes) and there was 2-3 other customers waiting as well. ps - i used to be able to find the store location on yelp and the map feature, but it seems to be harder to find, when searching "dry cleaning" or "dry cleaners". you can find it on Google Maps. just a fyi for the store owners

Upon arrival, I was met by Ann, who helped me with my alterations. She is amazing! I brought in a dress that needed a few alterations plus same day pick-up, and she delivered! I dropped off my dress yesterday morning, went to brunch, ran some errands, and my dress was ready for pick-up before the store closed at 4pm. I also dropped off my wedding dress, along with other dresses/skirts and can't wait to pick those up. Also, Ann did not try to upsell me and was honest when she thought the alterations would cost more than the dress, which I appreciated. Will be coming back again and again!

The turnaround is quick, and everything comes back beautifully pressed. I've also had alterations, hems, and even custom zipper work on bags done -- all completed to my standards. I haven't needed to bring in blankets or leather or suede jackets yet, but for nearly all my clothing needs, they're my go‑to. David and his team worked on it for days and tried three different times to remove the stain, while keeping communication with me, making sure I understood the risks of further treatment, and sending progress photos. It wasn't until the second time I went that they explained what had happened. This is a risk in the way that the business is run, I get it. What bothers me is how they handled the situation. I needed to follow up with them. They didn't offer any compensation for the delay (or loss of item). Even after I provided them my information, it was up to me to follow up with them. It your business is to be the middle person for someone else's work, then I think customer service should be your top priority. Feels like they have lost their way here.

Sadly, once we removed the bed from the bag, I felt confused that perhaps the wrong item had been picked up. It looked nearly identical to when we'd first brought it to NextGen, but with quite a few more strands of (different lengths) of hair stuck to it throughout. Secondly, almost every quilted square of the bed had faux filling bunched up in a variety of balls--I had originally purchased the square patterned bed to avoid this problem once cleaned. :( I wanted to bring my item back immediately, however, my health at the time did not allow it. I gave two stars for the kind atmosphere. P.s. I am attaching a very faded receipt, with the word, "wait" written at the top, because I felt it so important to write a review. Especially if it helps future costly mishaps occur.

I tried them on in the store, we agreed on the alterations, and I handed them over in perfect condition. When I picked them up a week later, they were folded in a clear plastic bag exactly how the tailor had given them to me. I didn't remove them until I got home--and that's when I found a massive pink stain across the fabric that 100% wasn't there before. I know this because I tried the pants on in front of a mirror with the tailor, and we both would've noticed something that obvious. I returned to the shop, politely asking for an explanation and hoping she would take responsibility and offer to dry clean them. Instead, she immediately started yelling at me--blaming me for the stain, getting aggressive, and refusing to listen. She then brought over a man (possibly her husband) who joined in, also yelling and pointing fingers in my face. It was completely unprofessional, hostile, and honestly, a little scary. To make things worse, it seemed like the pants were folded in a way that intentionally hid the stain, which makes me feel like this wasn't an honest mistake. Bottom line: they ruined my pants and treated me like garbage when I asked for help. Avoid this place at all costs.
