Would an iPhone SIM fit an Android phone and work? That was my question. Several other shops simply said "Yes, it should" well I'm not going to spend 200$ on "it should" another shop suggest I try it on a friend's android! LOL Mohammad at Cell Plus picked up my call and like a breath of fresh air simply said "Come on in, Lets try it!" YAY!!! I needed to send a parcel internationally and the post office wanted to charge me more than $200.00 I found "Cell Plus" in a little shopping mall on Devonshire. His business is a mixture of cellphones AND postal services. Was a little difficult to find, as I was looking for Postal Services, not Cellphones. Mohammed explained that he is not allowed to put a sign in the window regarding his Postal Services. He looked at a couple of different options for my parcel and was able to lower the price to less than $170.00. He printed out the tracking number and told me when I should look for it. He could tell me when it should be delivered too. Very helpful! read more

If I could I'd rate 0 STARS . Worst customer service I have ever got , I tried shipping something important and the owner gave me the worst attitude and made me feel uncomfortable. I couldn't understand his language he was talking bad about me with someone else there , they were speaking their own language thankfully the customer that walked in understood what they were saying and translated to me, he was screaming in my face and I felt very disrespected , he didn't have a face mask and was coughing like crazy and I felt so disgusted . I'm sorry I hate giving bad reviews because nothing like this happens to me , but everyone deserves to know what kind of establishment he is running . I won't be back . I rather not . Warning! Avoid. Mohammed wanted me to write him glowing reviews. I did. Then I discovered all the overcharging and problems. This experience cost me a lot of money. Mohammed seemed very kind and eager to help. However, he sold me a plan that does not exist! I was charged activation fee for my AT&T tablet which MetroPCS cannot provide service for. Despite him calling AT&T and CHARGING ME for service for the tablet, the tablet remained on AT&T, who charged me $20. I was paying TWO carriers at the same time. Later in the month I wasted almost FOUR HOURS on the phone to both MetroPCS & AT&T representatives. AT&T said I should try to get MetroPCS to pay the $20 tablet fee. Good luck there. Metro would not refund the activation fee or "plan fee" -- for a non-existent plan-- for the tablet. Mohammed sold me a plan for three "devices" -- they only have plans for phones. My AT&T tablet could NEVER be included in a MetroPCS plan, but I got charged about $60 for one anyway, including activation. Charged fees for a plan that does not even exist. Paid for MetroPCS service on my tablet that I did NOT receive, while AT&T continued billing me for the same service, even though Mohammed had allegedly dropped them for me and switched me to MetroPCS. I reckon Iost about $80 plus four hours on the phone with customer service. UNHAPPY. Very unhappy. read more

WOW WOW WOW. I must say this place is Heaven. I needed to FEDEX something. Not only do they print it for you professionally. So that you don't have to write it. They also save it info in the computer for next time. In addition to that. They asked who our cell phone providers are and they offered a 4 line deal. At T Mobile for $25 per phone. I went from paying $460 per month to $100 plus tax per month for a total of 4 lines. All UNLIMITED CALLING TEXT AND INTERNET. WOW !! they also have a P.O. BOX's available. Amazing people here.
