    Enjoying cheesecake with biscoff topping!
    Aarti B.

Creamy cheesecake with crunchy Biscoff cinnamon topping hit the spot! The cheesecake was small enough to conquer with my daughter and the Biscoff topping (upcharge) really elevated the flavor (I wish they gave a little bit more!). This location is more bustling than the other location in Tysons II Galleria as there is usually a 5-10 wait in line and then another 5-10 min to get the cheesecake. It's packed inside, but can usually grab a table. Will come back to try the soft serve and lattes next time!

LOVE Shotted!! Even though I'm so lactose intolerant, I am always ordering their Spanish latte lol I get it iced, I get it hot, and sometimes I grab a delicious dessert to go with it! The coffee is absolutely delicious no matter which one you choose and everyone who works there is super friendly. They have a great rewards program too so once you sign up, you can earn different rewards like free coffees or desserts. I was so excited when they opened their bigger location after being downstairs by the Barnes and Noble.

My favorite thing about this coffee shop was the ambiance! I personally loved the modern decor, and the store was filled when I went in. There are tons of cute and yummy looking pastries - sadly I could not get one because they have no gluten free options. Big suggestion that I have for this shop/chain! Our service was fine - the line was really long and the wait was a bit long as well. I could tell they were doing their best, though!

    Cappuccino and a sample donut

Reluctant to give this establishment four stars but it really is good and would have been five had there been a more positive experience. Never been here before but had questions about the menu. Cashier couldn't have been less friendly or willing to answer questions we had. Croissant was incredible, pistachio latte was delicious, but the cappuccino was more like a latte. It was filled to the top with milk and I don't see how ordering a latte would have been any different. The lack of patience and understanding occurred after we made the initial order and had the samples. The donuts were so good I decided to order some to-go to bring back to California. I have been looking for a pistachio creme dessert for so so so long and was excited to find this location, of all random places I happened to be. I asked if I could buy a little side of the pistachio creme and the cashier told me to go to Costco!!!! What?! Isn't the goal to promote your product and get other people to enjoy it? I told her we unfortunately don't have pistachio creme at my local Costco then she told me to order online. I was like oh do you sell your creme online? She said no we make it here. Okkkkkkaaaayyyy well I like your creme and would love to buy a side of it (menu says they charge $1.50 for it on ice cream, so I wanted a little sample like that and was willing to pay). Somebody else finally jumped in and said yeah we can do it for you. Then I asked how the donuts travel and she was irritated with my questions. I just paid and left. I'm hoping they hold up well so my significant other can taste them. They were so good! If the customer service improves I will gladly come back here and adjust my rating to 5 stars. Until then, please be nicer and have more patience for your patrons!

I've never been to this place and not had to wait to find seats. Always busy, always packed. Drinks are fun but too sweet for me. Nice assortment of pastries as well. We're definitely come back

DRINKS We ordered a chai latte, and it was a little bit on the sweet side. It's not something I would get again, considering that they have more popular coffee options and considering that the chai tasted similar to what I could get from the grocery store (e.g. Tazo). I also couldn't justify getting the drink again with its price over eight dollars. AMBIANCE The inside is very clean and modern. They kept a lot of the interior design from when La Madeline was there. It's a great place to catch up with friends or grab a quick cup of coffee or a bite to eat in the bakery. SERVICE The line was long inside the store, but the staff really keep the line moving, considering that this is their second location within Tysons Mall.

The first time I tried Shotted coffee was when they first operated out of a small stall in Tyson's Corner near one of the exits and with little foot traffic in the area. After tasting the coffee I knew it was one of the best if not the best coffee in the DMV area. I am happy to see that they have grown since. Their Pistachio Coffee is their best seller. So I decided to try their newest location at Tyson's Corner Mall today and this is my honest feedback: Despite the long line they were able to attend to the customers in quite a respectable time. I understand that it was a busy weekend but it was unsettling to see cleaning liquid right beside the milk on the barista station right beside the counter. The coffee still tasted superb but I just couldn't help but feel disappointed by the sight of the Cleaning Liquid right beside the Milk...

Checked out Shotted Specialty Coffee at 1961 Chain Bridge Rd, Second Floor, McLean, VA. It was a decent experience overall, but there are a few areas where they could improve. Vegetarian Friendly: Yes, most of the menu is vegetarian, so there are plenty of options for non-meat eaters. It's nice to have a spot where you don't have to worry about finding something veggie-friendly. Decor: The place looks classy and modern, but it kind of feels a little unfinished. It could definitely use more warmth and personality. Adding some cultural pieces or other decor could really fill out the space and make it more inviting. Right now, it feels a bit too sterile and could benefit from a cozier atmosphere. Food Breakdown: I tried the Toffee Dates Pudding. Food Highlights: The Pudding was amazing. The flavors were rich and perfectly balanced, making it the highlight of my visit. I'd come back just for this dessert. But I will say was disappointed by the presentation because the picture on the menu and the final result looks very different. Portion Size: The portion size was good. It left me stuffed, which is always a plus when you're indulging in a dessert. Service: Solid service. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. Price: Sadly, the price was way too high for just one dessert. But, considering this is in Tysons and Shotted's reputation, I get why they charge that much. It's just not something I'd want to spend on regularly. Would I go Back: I would go back because the dessert was great and it's a chill spot to hang out with a friend, instead of just going to their grab and go location downstairs. However, because of the high prices, I'd save it for semi-special occasions rather than going often. It's a nice place to relax and catch up with someone, but not somewhere I'd visit on a regular basis due to the cost. And because of the decor situation I wouldn't give this place more than a 3 star. But they just opened so I know they have alot of room fro growth which I am excited to see.

Was in town and dropped by to get some coffee. I wasn't brave enough today to try a different latte than my usual. Lol Maybe next time. So I ordered my favorite Pistachio Latte. I happily walked around the mall while enjoying it!!! Next time, I'll try something different.

WOW. Honestly the best latte I've had in awhile. The pistachio cream at the bottom is so thick and delicious.

It's always packed here, which is a good sign, right? The interior is modern and inviting. I usually enjoy their pistachio latte, but this time I tried the red velvet latte. To my surprise, it wasn't overly sweet and balanced perfectly, and I could taste the espresso well. Definitely worth a try!

I heard rave reviews of Shotted's pistachio latte and had to give them a try when I visited Tyson's. Luckily there wasn't a line when I visited and I got my drink within minutes. The latte definitely lived up to the hype, loved the coffee flavor and the added pistachio syrup at the bottom. It didn't need any additional sweetener or milk. Everything was the right proportion. Will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

There's some parking available right outside, and despite living in McLean for several years, I hadn't realized there's actually a food hall in the building. That alone makes it a decent option for teleworking or a casual stop. As for the food--it reminded me quite a bit of Paris Baguette. Cakes seemed slightly more expensive, while pastries were more in line price-wise. I tried a jalapeño cheese croissant, a garlic butter bun, spinach egg bites, and a tiramisu iced coffee. The croissant was just okay, but the garlic butter bun stood out--nicely balanced between salty and sweet, and definitely the highlight. The egg bites were comparable to Starbucks; honestly, it's hard to say which is better, but Starbucks might have the edge in both portion size and price. The tiramisu iced coffee leaned too sweet--my partner especially felt it was a bit overdone. Ambiance was pleasant, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Would I come back? Probably to try the cakes. Otherwise, it's not a place I'd rush back to--but still worth checking out once.

I'm so glad I did. Their matcha is top tier. I ordered two regular matchas with regular sugar, one blueberry matcha with regular sugar, a regular iced coffee, four cupcakes (strawberry shortcake and mango), and a sesame egg tart. Now before y'all start judging me, these were not all for me . My back is getting big, I don't need all that to add to it lol. Everything was packaged securely and presented beautifully. What impressed me even more was the customer service. Orders are placed on a kiosk that sits a little away from the staff, so I honestly didn't think anyone was paying much attention to who ordered what. Imagine my surprise when one of the staff members walked my order directly to me with a kind and friendly smile instead of leaving it in the pickup area. That level of attention is impressive. Do you know how hard it is to make customers feel seen with minimal human interaction? Kudos to the team for pulling that off. Now, while I wanted to give five stars, there was one small miss. The cupcakes were a bit dry, and the mango filling wasn't quite my favorite. However, the sesame egg tart was hitting on every level. My only regret was not buying more of them and somehow convincing someone to hand over the recipe lol. Parking was easy and located right out front. I will definitely be back to try more items. My team loved everything I brought back, so I don't think they're going to let me get away with not bringing them more next time.
