While staying in Boca Raton, we had a hankering for some Italian food. It was packed for a Thursday night but we took a high top and we're seated immediately. We ordered arancini as an app. They were crunchy and creamy all at once. A nice, soft, cheesy, inside, warm rice and a filling of meat and cheese. Sherry had Rigatoni ala Nonna - a hearty red sauce with eggplant. So good. I had Cervellata & Broccoli Rabe over rigatoni. Cervellata is a small tubed Italian sausage coiled in a circle. Again, so good. The sausage was delicious and the rabe perfectly cooked. Our waiter Nick was great - friendly and attentive. It was a very nice, very tasty night! read more

Great salad, wings and entrees. We didn't try the pizza but the wings were way better than that "A" place. Salad was fresh and had lots of ingredients. Entrees (chicken and eggplant) parm were very good. Good prices and service. Big crowd on a Monday night and no reservations, but our party of 7 only waited about 10 minutes. Sicilian oven is one of my go-to lunch spots in town. Not many people know about their lunch specials and to me it's one of the best deals around. I have enjoyed their eggplant and it has become my go-to dish. I also like their vinaigrette dressing which comes with the side lunch salad. They offer curbside pickup, have tables inside and out. Our time and food at Sicilian oven was delightful. Our server Nic was simply amazing. My sisters and I were in Boca Raton celebrating our birthdays. We looked online for the best Italian restaurants, and we found Sicilian oven. It was our first time visiting Sicilian oven and it definitely won't be our last thanks to Nic. The food was amazing, yes, but service is really important. Nic made sure that he checked on us often enough to never leave us needing anything, but was never imposing on us. We ordered the Sicilian salad, the arugula salad, and the pasta e fagioli soup to start. The arugula salad was a 9/10, the soup was 10/10. The Sicilian salad was 1,000,000/10 it is truly out of this world and you should try it. Your life will change after trying it for dinner, we had the vodka pasta with shrimp and the four cheese pizza with mushrooms (we added the mushrooms and balsamic glaze). The portions are generous, and the service is amazing and obviously the food is to die for. Thank you Nic for your amazing service and amazing first impression of Sicilian oven. Had our first experience at this particular Sicilian Oven location when we went there for lunch two days ago. Between the two of us, we enjoyed a small wood fired pizza, which was delicious, and the Sicilian salad, which is a personal favorite. Topping off our wonderful lunch was our equally wonderful server, Hunter! With our puppy in tow, we had to dine on the patio in spite of the heat, and she was quick to make sure he had a bowl of cold water as soon as we were seated. We were visiting my son and family from Seattle and asked him for a recommendation for a great lunch place while he worked. His first response was Sicilian Oven. He was not wrong. We were met at the door by our wonderful server Logan who was amazing. He told us all about the menu and great lunch specials. We had a Caesar salad with the best pizza we've had in a long time. We've had many great meals at Sicilian Oven locations in Pompano and Aventura locations. They are to be congratulated for their consistency at the locations we have dined. We have enjoyed lunches, dinners and Happy Hours, all with super friendly service and great food. You must try their Sicilian Salad, filled with all sorts of goodies. Their meat balls, eggplant dishes and sandwiches are all wonderful! A small pizza, plain or with your favorite selected toppings are very delicious. Did a call ahead in early afternoon as we had a group of seven.spoke to an employee who gave me the manager - I asked about a 7:30 reservation. She said waitlist. Told her the last time they said it wouldn't be long is on waitlist - it was 80 minutes. When we arrived at restaurant they said an hour. Needless to say I will never go back in season although we live here yearlong and have patronized this place a couple of times a month since it opened. They misled me again. Beware. Been there a many times in the past and it's been good or average but the last two times I went I asked to them to go light on the sauce for my eggplant Parm and it was drowned in sauce anyway. Also, the salad is drowned in salad dressing. I won't be going back for a long time. read more

We've now been to at least 4 Sicilian Oven restaurant locations. Our most frequented one is in Lighthouse Point (Pompano Beach FL) where we've had some good meals. We were in the Boca area and decided to try this one. Happy to report that they are consistently good -- both in service and food. In addition, they have their signature lunch specials, too. Lunch special are really a bargain when you consider the quality of the food along with the low cost and the quantity. I don't think I've ever not had some leftovers -- and it seemed that on this location portions are even larger! I got their "signature" salad -- the Sicilian. It comes with all sorts of goodies including candied walnuts, chick peas, black and green olives, roasted red peppers, shaved cheese, tomatoes and of course lettuce. Everything is in this delicious salad dressing, too. Did I leave something out? And I decided to add grilled chicken for a few dollars more. When the salad was delivered to the table, I actually said "wow! -- as it was such a huge bowl. And yes, I thoroughly enjoyed every bite I could manage and took half home. My husband had their lunch soup and salad. For his soup he chose the traditional pasta and beans (pasta fagioli as in "fazool") and was asked if he wanted prosciutto or not in it. He opted for not. The :soup was served steaming hot; had lots of beans; and was very filling. He really liked it. His side house salad was good as well. So now we have an additional location to come back to again in the future when we're looking for Pizza or salad or a panini or .... a great lunch special. read more

When the restaurant opened a few years ago, the owner came by my office at lunchtime with menus and salads. What a great idea and it worked! The salads were great and the restaurant is our local go to pizza place. Super crisp coal fired pizzas and great coal fired wings. Sicilian Salad is large enough to share and has crisp veggies, olives, candied walnuts, roasted peppers, parmigiana and nice dressing.during Covid Great deals now during Covid. Super easy takeout and pick up and they run specials every week. This weeks deal is 10 pre-made dinners for $60....can't beat that. read more

Got to go from this restaurant last night. The truffle fries were stale and inedible as you can see the topping are below on the plate not any on the actual fries. 0/10. The cauliflower crust pizza was good but made 4 smalll pieces of chicken on it - should be more evenly distributed as well as more -6/10. My boyfriend got the Nonna pizza and gave it a 6.5/10. The wings were very good and I would give them 10/10. I'd suggest sticking with dine in so if the fries are old or if they don't put enough of a topping you can have them fix it. read more

First let me give a shout out to Tommy and Marisa' the best! I've been searching for so long and finally I found my place! This is hands down the best Italian restaurant around! Their food is amazing! I never thought I'd ever order a chicken parm again, yet theirs looked great so I did! It was not only amazing! But I have a tiny stomach! I ordered it, plus a garden salad (sm) , crostini's , and spaghetti and ate for 4 days' I was worried but the chicken heated up perfectly in a toaster oven didn't get dry at all! I have since ordered, a Sicilian salad, penne with vodka sauce, and meatballs! It's only the beginning! I want to add that I ordered on uber eats, but was able to call up and edit my order? I was helped by Marissa who's amazing! When I received my order I was so blown away!' She went above and beyond, calling to thank her I had the pleasure to speak to Tommy the owner! Between the two I felt like I was home, and I can't wait til I have the chance to meet them! Had an awful experience at Sicilian Oven in Boca Raton today because of Marissa, our server. She was rude, dismissive, and acted like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. Her attitude completely ruined the meal and made the entire visit unpleasant. I understand if people are having a bad day, but she shouldn't have took it out on us. Also, the large is kind of small, even for brick oven. We both agreed that the broccoli rabe was slightly undercooked but with overcooked garlic, still edible and the few pieces if hot cherry peppers were a nice touch. Again, my wife loved the Sicilian Salad whereas I found it to be very fresh but still basically standard. They do have a hot oil available on the table that deliciously spices thins up. The place seems vey new and is kept very clean, but the chairs are awful- hard uncontoured wood. Maybe I need to eat less pizza! Anyhow, an overall good experience; happy wife, happy life... but I wish their beer list was at least half as good as their wine. My wife came home one day after having lunch at Sicilian Oven and told me that she had the best salad ever with dressing so good that you could drink it. Months later, I ended up at another Sicilian Oven and was told that the salad and dressing were incredible. They were. I took some home not remembering that this was the place my wife spoke of a few months earlier. A few months later and we have our own Sicilian Oven in west Delray Beach. This is our new go-to place. I have had the salad at least ten times and the shrimp in butter sauce entre is outstanding. My kids love the pizza and chicken parm. I highly recommend this place. Where I come from, a large pie is a large pie. Not a pie that they call large but is really a personal pizza. Everyone raves about their pizza so I went to check it out. Paying $25+ for that pie is ridiculous and their justification is that they cut it into 8 slices. I can cut a donut into 8 pieces. That's not a selling point. But the worst part is that the crust was soggy and no matter how much I tried to make it crispier, it still sagged. So I am still on the hunt for pizza that reminds me of New York. read more
