This place delivers big where it matters: hot, made-to-order food and friendly service that makes you feel welcome right away. I walked in fully intending to go with a classic burger... but sometimes you've got to listen to the people. On their way out, a couple told us it was their first visit too and highly recommended the French Dip and the daily special. That was all I needed--I made the audible. What We Ordered: * French Dip with au jus and fries * Chili Cheeseburger with fries The Food: The French Dip was the star for me--tender beef, plenty of melted cheese, and that au jus brought it all together. Solid, no-frills comfort food done right. The chili cheeseburger was messy (in a good way) and packed with flavor. Fries were crispy and did their job. Everything came out hot, fresh, and exactly how you want it. The Vibe: Casual, laid-back, and exactly what you'd expect from a local comfort food joint. Nothing fancy--but that's not why you're here. Service: Very friendly across the board. You can tell they care about the experience, and that goes a long way. Final Thoughts: This is one of those places where you already know you'll be back before you leave. Next visit, I'm going all-in on the burger lineup--and after seeing that dessert case, I may need to save room. If you're in Edmond and craving comfort food, put this one on your list.

A little greasy but I like and expect that :) the fries are of the coated variety, but they came very crisp and hot and were good! I would have the fish and chips again in a heart beat. The Ruben was solid, I am unusual to many in that I don't like a lot of smoke in my meat. It was a little too smokey for me, but I know for some that will be a selling point. The meat was super flavorful and sooooooo tender! It was fantastic in spite of all the smoke lol. The rye is a milder lighter rye, so factor that into your palate as well. The appeared to have done a great job draining the kraut too because my sandwich did not become soggy like many a Ruben before! Solid choice, give it a try. There are a majillion-bjillion-and-one TV's in this place. For a Pub that makes sense, and in Oklahoma it's tough to find any restaurant without t.v.'s it seems.. But if you are looking for that atmosphere they have you covered (it's a draw back for me but so common I don't knock anyone down for it really, especially here where it's expected). The restaurant was super clean and nice, music wasn't so loud you couldn't hear your table partner speak and all that so that was good. Our server was also super nice and kept us updated on our orders pending arrival (which was timely). When seated you are immediately given a cold jug of water by the hostess which is a really nice touch in this 100+degree weather! And if you are a Stonecloud Neon Sunshine beer lover like my hubby... it's on TAP! (the only way to drink it). Pub W seems to be a solid choice and I would absolutely put it in our restaurant rotation for now. We don't really have the budget to go out all the time, so, putting it on the list of solids is a big deal in this family. They had a large beverage menu if you up for imbibing. One day I will go back and try something as quite a few options sounded intriguing. (but I rarely imbibe). Enjoy :)

No management on scene, no hostess, one server, two bartenders and a restaurant at 50% capacity on Mother's Day at 1 p.m. From walking in to having our orders taken, 30 minutes. 45 minutes later our order of roasted vegetable salad, steak eggs Benedict, and sourdough toast arrived. Salad was very well burnt but my mom was trying to be nice and didn't want to walk out. Eggs Benedict came out with two eggs boiled through, a hollandaise sauce with a sour smell and cold steak. I didn't eat it and no one seemed to notice, had it removed from my bill easy enough, but again zero F's given and no management showed daylight. Wife's toast actually arrived 5 minutes after the 'rest' of the food and the only thing hot and delicious. Toast here is $11, so there's that. No one cares here. From the health violations and poor food safety I saw in the kitchen, the multiple tables I witnessed sending back food to the multiple parties puzzled as to why they weren't being sat or once they were entirely ignored... it was so wildly bad I was embarrassed for everyone else having the same experience. Service was fairly slow on both visits, and my drink sat empty for much of each meal. That said, during my second visit, once our server got caught up with her other tables, she became much more attentive and made sure everything else was taken care of. Overall, the food can be hit or miss depending on what you order, but the beef stroganoff alone is worth trying. If the service became more consistent, I'd have a much easier time recommending this place.

Prices are definitely up a bit compared to a few years ago, but when you fill up on chips and all the appetizers they bring, you can take half your food home and have a fantastic breakfast the next day. My only disappointment is they no longer send home a free set up to go- bring back the free set up, please! It was a great way to make date night feel less guilty by bringing the kids chips and salsa when we get back, haha. Service is really always great and the environment is exactly what you'd expect for a Tex-Mex joint. We've been coming to Ted's for over 30 years and it is our go to place for celebrations, date nights, or a random lunch date.

As a long-time fan of Signature Grill, I can't help but sing its praises. The owner, also the head chef, consistently dazzles with culinary delights that keep me coming back year after year. Jessica's warm hospitality at the front of the house adds an extra layer of charm to the dining experience. When in season, the halibut is a must-try, bursting with freshness and flavor. The mushrooms, BLT salad, and risotto are also personal favorites, each dish crafted to perfection. And let's not forget about their legendary brandy ice - thick, boozy, and insanely delicious, it's truly in a league of its own.
