Noodle Steet's signature spicy noodle with beef shank is not for the faint of heart. Even as someone who enjoys spicy food, this bowl is spicy enough to make my nose run! The broth is sooo rich and delicious! My base is always go with the thick cut noodle, which is thicker than your typical noodle and has a wonderfully chewy texture. One of the highlights is watching the chef hand-cut the noodles right in front of you with a knife, adding a bit of an INFORMAL dinner-and-a-show to the experience. The service is quick and efficient...the servers stops by often to replenish your water and drops off napkins extra napkins without being asked. Love the service. All in all the portions are generous, the flavors are bold, and if you're craving authentic noodles then swing over to Noodle Street!

Got the dry seafood noodles, beef stew noodles and deep fried dumplings. The dumplings were alright, it's basically deep fried wonton with pork and shrimp. My usual dry seafood noodles was scrumptious and side soup was packed with lots of seafood. I typically add a load of red vinegar to give a good tang. The beef stew was also really good and meat was tender except the tendon, there's 3 level of spicy however level 1 mild is still very spicy especially for people who don't usually eat spicy.

However the crispy chicken was excellent and a go-to for kids. The kid loved the drinks here such as the strawberry yakuit and the strawberry matcha iced drink. The restaurant seems always busy. The service was attentive but expect longer wait times and response when it is busy. Restaurant was clean and decorative. We absolutely recommend this place.

She was attentive, warm, and genuinely great with my daughter. The one hiccup came when my daughter wanted to swap a meat option for steamed veggies in her pho. Daisy let us know the kitchen doesn't accommodate menu customizations, so we got creative and ordered everything on the side. It worked out, though it ended up costing about the same as a kids' pho for what amounted to a simple substitution. Outside of that, the experience was excellent, the restaurant was clean, the service was top-notch, and the menu had a solid variety to choose from. The lack of flexibility with customization is the only reason I'm not giving five stars, but I'd still recommend Mama Hong's without hesitation.
