Service is mostly good, but we did have to ask a couple of times for some different things like water or extra basil or a knife to cut the spring roll into smaller bits for my kids. Came here at 5pm right after work. I live half a mile away and this is prob the closest pho shop to me that I eat at about once every two weeks. I ordered a meatball pho, but this time I ordered the xtra large size. When the bowl came out I added my toppings and sauces. When I used my chopsticks to mix I noticed that the vermicelli portion was small as if I ordered the regular size. I showed my female server how much noodles were in the bowl and asked her if this is the xtra large size and why is there barely any noodles. She said that she'll ask and another male server came over and I showed him the same thing to him. I told him I ordered the large size for a reason and he pretty much says that's the portion they give for xtra large. Save yourself some money and do not order the large size bowl. You're pretty much getting a regular portion just with extra broth. Sorry guys I ain't ever coming back. Customer service is terrible..over what? Vermicelli is dirt cheap. read more

Good prices, mediocre pho. I've been to this location several times over the past few months and my food has gotten consistently worse. The noodles are often in a giant clump and come out gluey. This place just opened up a month or two ago and their food is pretty good. When i went in for their grand opening their meat was a little dry but they fixed that right up this time around. The workers were very nice to us, refilling our water without us asking, and their service was great. I got their noodles and their variety of nuts and greens made their food taste really good. I would come here again to eat their calamari but all of their food tase wonderful. Put a huge smile on my face. read more

Walked across the street from the hospital, found this spot. Awesome. Pho was delicious , waiter was friendly and service was super fast. I got my food within 5 mins of ordering. Pho broth was good, a bit sink water taste but with condiments it's fine. They even gave me che dessert! Will def come again if I'm in the area again read more

We ordered a few different dishes for take out over the weekend to feed our staff and overall experience seemed very pleasant. The ordered was compiled and when it was ready the staff were nice enough to help carry it to the car. We did end up having two dishes out of the whole order that were not what we ordered but it was still delicious. I recommend it for a good and delicious food. Thank you. read more

Not sure if this was a remodel or new business as there was another Vietnamese restaurant in the exact spot here before but it definitely improved as I live nearby and now have been to both. Solid food and a wide range of traditional dishes at very fair prices. read more
