The ca chien was SO good, they deep fry it so it's so crunchy. There are a lot of bones, especially smaller ones, but as a fish enjoyed that didn't bother me. The canh chua was very flavorful and had a decent amount of fish in it. The ca kho to was good, even two days later. I visit relatives in Houston and this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. That changed the last time I was there about six weeks ago. I will never set foot in there again. Not only was the food horrible and over cooked the service was the worst. I also lost my appetite when I watched a homeless man walk up to the trash can in front of my table and pull leftovers out and eat it. Are people in Houston so heartless they can watch that and feel nothing. Sinh Sinh is one of my go-to spots for Asian food in Houston and this place always gets it right! They have a wide variety of foods on their menu to satisfy everyone's taste buds. We had a group of four people and ordered their Peking duck, bo luc lac, beef with pan fried rice noodle, and snow pea leaves with garlic. Food comes out fairly quickly and was more than enough to feed the four of us. The Peking duck was cooked well and the meat was tender. The skin on the duck was perfectly crisp and was delectable with the warm bao buns. The beef with pan fried noodles were also really good but a bit oily for my liking. I did like how the noodles weren't too fried and made it easier to eat since they weren't all stuck together. The bo luc lac was also very tender and they don't skimp on the portions here.
