Hello Banning, California. You are fortunate to have a Sizzler in your city. My husband and I visited for an early dinner on Friday at 3:30pm, and it was the perfect time. Although it was fairly busy, the employees worked efficiently to accommodate all customers, and the establishment was remarkably clean. I noticed an older gentleman taking pride in his work, cleaning and polishing tables. I ordered the steak and lobster dinner, which was delicious and fresh. The lobster was not rubbery and had a good taste, even without butter. Our server, Nayeli, who appeared to be a manager, was exceptional. She greeted everyone, refilled drinks, and checked on us several times, making our dining experience exceptional. Nayeli's performance warrants consideration for a management role. Kudos to all employees for their outstanding service. I look forward to visiting again. read more

It's dirty. The carpet stench & filthiness of this restaurant makes me question the food. I went once, will never dine there again!

Food was decent. Fish and chips not worth it. Could barely eat the salty and hard cold fries. The fish and chips were so small. And I didn't find a single lemon after seeing it under the fries. Tar tar sauce not great. Saving grace was the cheese roast. The pasta was not cooked right. Service was mediocre. The girl said she would be back with my cheese toast and drink them like ten minutes or more pass and it's a different guy. She only comes to tell me that she's switching and I still see her on the floor after. It was weird they ask if you want cash to tip your waiter. Not sure if they can't tip on a card. But like it's expected when they do the bare minimum. There was once I waited and just got up to ask for a refill and extra plate. read more

Erin was our server today she was amazing we were a party of nine and we never ran out of drinks. She was getting us our salad bar plates quicker than we could finish what was on our plates. My dad never ran out of his endless shrimp she was just on top of everything. We never had to ask her for anything. Took the family for a bite to eat, sizzler is a great place for a decent steak and lobster that won't break your bank. Restaurant is always clean and salad bar is always replenished. My recommendation this is a no go. The only pretty good thing was a salad bar, but that cost a lot by itself the shrimp and chicken and all that stuff in the steak were not that good to me. There were subpar the staff the waitress wasn't that nice and they didn't have a great selection of beer. They only have three or four beers. My recommendation is you could find better places for better prices for five people we spent over $160 the place is clean, but the food looks nothing like the pictures. The lady at the salad counter was keeping it up really well that was the best part of the place, but I wouldn't come to Sizzler's just for salad bar at the price by itself. The location was clean and appeared to be recently remodeled. Plenty of seating and even had several TVs for our viewing pleasure. We were a large party of 9 and all had the salad bar.
