I would like to say that last night while I was dinning with my family my server Sílvia, did an amazing job! serving my family and I. We were a party of six. Great hospitality, made us feel very welcomed but most of all she was very attended to our needs. I went in today with my family of 5 and my daughter asked do they serve grilled cheese she was told yes on the kids menu. She begins to order then the cashier asked her how old she is. She responds 11 and was then told she can't have a grilled cheese because she's 11. So I then asked what if I wanted to order one myself and was told I wouldn't be able to get one. I was not offer to pay additional for an adult size grilled cheese or anything but that we wouldn't be able to receive that particular item off the menu. Which makes no sense if you make it I should be able to buy it. It was 330ish and it was an older white lady at the register mind you I come here all the time with my 18 year old brother who has autism and order him the grilled cheese meal and never ever was told that he could not get that. So now I'm inclined to believe that just because my brother has a disability nobody said anything about it but now that my 11 year old daughter wants one she can't. This is beyond me!!!! read more

I usually eat dinner after 8 P.M., and I don't go to Sizzler because I don't like to go there in the last hour, as I don't want to risk being the last one there and keeping them open because of me. But tonight, I finally got out earlier so I could eat at Sizzler. I wonder how much business they're losing when they don't stay open until 10 P.M. on weekdays and Friday and Saturdays until 11 P.M., as most other restaurants do. . I went for my usual Steak and Malibu Chicken, but once I got there, I decided to order something different for a change. I saw the Barbecued Pulled Pork sandwich, and that looked good enough to eat! It came with a choice of potatoes: French Fries, Baked, or Mashed, so I ordered Baked Potato with all the trimmings. I also ordered a side salad, thinking that I would get my usual senior citizen's discount. It was not free, though, because apparently, they have a special senior citizen's menu, and Barbecued Pulled Pork Sandwich is not on it, so my drink and side salad were not free, as they would have, had I ordered the Steak and Malibu Chicken. . My sandwich, baked potato, garlic bread, and side salad were very good. The sandwich was better than I thought, mouth-watering delicious, with plenty of barbecue sauce on it and plenty of meat. I was enjoying every bite. The salad was a nice size, not skimpy at all. I asked for Ranch Dressing, with a side of Barbecue Sauce, and mixed them to make Barbecue Ranch Dressing, to compliment the barbecued sandwich. It made the entire meal taste that much more delicious. . My waitress, Jessica, was exceptional. There was a problem with my receipt, but when I showed it to her and asked her why the menu said one price, but the receipt showed another, she laughed and asked why does it? Then she borrowed my receipt and tackled it immediately and the manager came to my table with a refund. I was impressed. Jessica came a few times, as she should, and asked how my meal was. The manager even came a couple times. I didn't have to ask Jessica for a refill. When she noticed my glass was less than half-full, she picked it up and asked what I was drinking. Then she had it back in no time flat. She was really on the ball. I was so impressed with the service, I gave her a dollar more of a tip than I usually give. . I enjoyed my dinner at Sizzlers. The service is great. I would recomment this restaurant for its great food and service. read more

This place was closed for almost two months. We went back on opening day. New lighting , nice salad bar . You pick what you want and they have someone toss it for you like a signature salad. There is a good variety of food on the salad bar that you don't have to order any plates unless you want a steak or seafood. The steak was cooked to perfection. I only had salad bar which had chicken, spaghetti,taco bar and my favorite is crab salad .3 kinds of soup and premixed salads or make your own. Then they have a make your own sundae. My family and I have been coming to this Sizzler for years and it's always been a go-to spot. But after this recent remodel, I have to say our experience there was SPECTACULAR!!! My boyfriend and I went last night for dinner, and we wanted to check out the new updates. As soon as we got there Nancy approached us, shook our hands, and asked us if we needed help. She was so sweet! We also noticed that since the person manning the salad making station has left, someone who looked like a manager jumped in, no questions asked to help someone. He was super kind to us as well and checked to see if we needed anything. Our waitress, Ayln, was one of the most attentive waitresses I have ever had as well. So pleasant and efficient, we just loved her. And on top of that, the food was amazing!!! We had the steak (which was perfectly cooked) and the salad bar which was all so satisfying. I would give this place 10 stars if I could! We will DEFINITELY be returning and I can't wait to bring the rest of my family here to experience this awesome spot. read more

This is my favorite restaurant to go eat at . When your company remodeled it some of my favorite salads were taken away. There is not as many variables salad like before. So happy they finally opened!!!! We anxiously waited for them to reopen and I have to say it was worth the wait. Not only does the place look amazing but as always the food didn't dissapoint. We have been coming here since I was about 12 years old so it's been ages :). Wow, I can't believe the overall hate on this place. I went here for my sister's birthday dinner the other night and it was jammed packed. We got seated and promptly got our food and even though it was busy, our service was speedy and awesome. I enjoyed my steak and salad bar with a nice cold beer. After, I had the bread pudding which was ridiculously good! So much there was a line to get some. I'm definitely a fan and will go back to this location. read more

If your looking for a good place to have a great salad in a quiet atmosphere then this is a great spot, salad bar is load with quality fixings and add ons. Ate at this Sizzler last night and was happy with the food but the prices for the Salad Bar are getting way too high. $29.00 for 2. I can see if we had a steak, chicken, shrimp or some other dinner PLUS a salad but we only had the Senior Salad Bar. I will say you remodeled this location and it is nice. There is a problem with cell phone service in there also. Two times we've been there, there hasn't been any service along the street side window tables no matter which table we sat at. Maybe there needs to be some antennas put up on the roof? Our server Marcos was very helpful and pleasant and really seemed to care about how we were doing and kept us supplied with clean dishes. read more

They're food taste great, you never have to wait long. I love their salad bar. The employees are very nice and friendly. But I didn't appreciate the girl at the cashier asking me if I wanted the senior price. Most seniors know they are seniors and if they want the senior price I'm sure they will ask for it. It was an ego killer. I felt bad about myself after that. But by the time I got home I was fine and got over it, but thought about how another woman may not be so fine being called a senior.
