Eyelin provided awesome service for our family this Sunday! Checked in frequently if my family needed anything and was very friendly

The food was prefect today and the salad bar was always full. The highlight was the great customer service by our waitress Genevieve.

The service is top notch, the quality of food is excellent and the atmosphere is very comfortable and inviting! I loved it so much, I wanted to order another entree just to stay there! Simply the best Sizzler in California. After visiting many Sizzlers many years ago, I found a lot of them to be dirty, have bad service, and undercooked food. With this gem we happened to see while visiting Great Wolf Lodge, we decided to give it a try based on its outer appearance and it did not disappoint. The food was very good, service was great and the place was clean! Special shout out to Rosy for her excellent and personal service to me and my family. Brought the kiddos out for dinner for doing such a good job with school and house chores. They definitely love this place even more their cheese bread lol. We came in good timing not too crowded and busy so the timing of placing our good to getting seated and getting our food was a very decent time. The salad bar was stacked so much to choose from . We were greeted by our server Jocelyn she was very attentive and happy go lucky she made sure we got our refills taken care of refilling our cheese bread lol and was always coming by to check on us. Nice service, and helpful host Eyelin. However, fish was over fried for fish N' chips. Also fruit was sour specifically pineapple and strawberries. Still a nice place to come for burgers, and fries. Plus the salad bar. read more

First, hadn't been to a Sizzers in decades! Had the impression that nothing had changed much in all those years. Was I wrong! Food was excellent. Had the burgundy beef tips and they were perfect. My wife had the staple Malibu chicken and it was also delicious. The salad and soup bar was never empty. It had tons of choices. The service was great from the beginning with the cashier who made all the choices clear right to our server Chloe who was very attentive and helpful. The ambiance was also great. The restaurant as a whole was spotless and appearance like new even though it was ten years old! If you haven't been for awhile give it a try. You won't regret it! read more

Unfortunately, I am leaving negative review due the poor first impression of the staff and disregard of other guests in the restaurant. I came today on this amazing Easter Sunday with my son and husband. As I was observing the cashiers in line, I notice the tone in one of them switch when quickly telling another cashier to do something. I could not understand what they had said fully but it was definitely rude mannered. I minded my business because I was unsure of the context of the communication. Once we got to order, we were at the cashier's booth that I believed was speaking ill-mannered to the other. Her name I believe was Joey. She was polite to us and helped us order, but then the phone rang while we were finishing up ordering. It barely begins to ring, and she snaps at the other cashier while they are mid order with another guest and says, "answer the phone!" cutting off the two's conversation. The two visibly looked uncomfortable by the change in behavior before picking up the phone. I should have said something at the chance and felt guilty by not doing so. Witnessing that makes me question the staff allowing workers to treat other workers that way, in front of guests! read more
