Sizzler has a special place in my heart. As a kid, it was where my immigrant family used to go for "nice" dinners. I have fond memories of the seemingly endless salad bar. Although many Sizzler locations have either greatly declined or closed down completely, this particular location is the best one I've been to in the past decade. My entree arrived hot, the cheese toast perfectly grilled, and the salad bar items refilled often. One of the attendants noticed me returning repeatedly to see if the chicken wings had been replenished and offered to let me know once they were done cooking. Sure enough, she found my table once they were done so I could eat to my heart's content.

Came for the salad bar and had a pleasant experience! Tons of salad options and toppings like cheese, croutons, sunflower seeds, chickpeas, ranch and blue cheese dressing. The soups were ok. I had the broccoli cheddar soup and i've definitely had better. I don't recommend the clam chowder. The complimentary cheese bread is good, but tastes a bit like oil. At the end of my meal, I hit the dessert bar and got some chocolate ice cream and brownies. The brownies were great, and deserve 5 stars themselves. The interior is a little bit outdated but that's just part of the Sizzler experience. Staff were kind and friendly! I'd give 3.8 stars if I could.

I enjoy coming here for lunch right when it opens to avoid the rush and that's also when everything is fully stocked, clean, and fresh. I always just get the unlimited salad bar which is $16.99 for lunch which I think is a great AYCE deal. There's an assortment of DIY salad options or premade salads, soups, DIY taco, fried chicken, and more. The fried chicken is always a hot commodity and tends to run out fast so be sure to always kept an eye out for them lol. It's not the best fried chicken, but it still is nicely fried and is a good pairing with salad for that extra crunch. At the end of my meal, I like ending it and walking out with a vanilla soft serve.

I haven't been to sizzler in decades but this is my mom's favorite place. We stopped here at lunch. Ordered salmon and burger plus the salad bar. My salmon was cooked perfectly it my husband's burger was too salty. I was very impressed with their salad bar. They had 5 kinds of lettuce to choose from, healthy chickpeas, sunflower seeds and a bunch of veggies. There was also a taco bar, chicken wings and soup. Had I known that the salad bar had so much variety and freshly stocked, I would have just stuck to the salad. This is a "no frills" restaurant but the salad bar was excellent and the service was great. I would come back here again. Lots of parking.

Great food salad ! And Amazing service by Madeline !

Amazing fresh food and freshly clean salads ! Be sure to come before 12! It starts to get busy ! My first time in sizzlers, I was surprised by the small yet packed salad bar offering a variety of fresh goods for both keto and vegan! And non vegetarians! Likewise, I was also impressed by their cheap menu options for the entire family! Great place to bring kinds and elders! Our server, Madeline, was not only kind and friendly but she had the best smile! Super spot on with our order and she definitely shows character by being able to memorize multiple table orders at once ! Honelsty, she made both my day and my crews day with the multiple cheese bread toast refills. She should definitely get a raise!

Sizzler brings back a real sense of nostalgia for me as this is where my family and I would come to celebrate birthdays when I was growing up. The restaurant has not changed one bit from the early 2000s. There is plenty of parking around the perimeter of the restaurant. My family and I (7 people total) came on a Saturday evening to celebrate my sister's birthday for old times sake. We arrived at 5:30PM and there was a large party of 10+ in front of us. You place your order at the counter, the cashier gives you the salad bar plates (if applicable) and cups, and then find your own table and seat. It was a bit chaotic finding somewhere to sit as the large party in front of us was also looking for a table at the same time. We ended up finding a 8-top towards the exit of the restaurant. We had to clean up after the patrons that sat there before us as the waitress was no where to be found. There was only one waitress waiting on the entire restaurant. Props to her for keeping her cool throughout the night. This is Sizzler - set your expectations accordingly and don't expect white glove service. I ordered the 12 oz. New York Strip ($22.99) and added the unlimited salad bar for $8.29. The unlimited salad bar alone is $16.99/adult so I feel like it's a fairly priced add-on. The salad station was fresh enough and kept relatively clean. I only made one trip to the salad bar as there was nothing in particular that was calling me back for seconds. There always seemed to be someone waiting around for the clam chowder so they must not fill that one regularly. I'm not a cream based soup gal so I cannot tell you if it was good or not. They still have the hot bar with the build-your-own taco station, spaghetti, and the fried chicken wings. The chicken wings and tacos were favorite as a kid and I'm glad they've kept the hot bar.

Haven't been to sizzler in years. Gave it a try since in the area and it was not bad. Better than great America food at least. The ribeye was charred perfectly and it was medium rare just as requested. The seasoning was ok. The cheese toast was delicious and unlimited but just think how much calories and unhealthy it was with all the better they use. But it was definitely worth getting a few slices . The bake potato was disappointing as it's pretty plain. I expected bacon bits like a normal steak place. But can't complain for the price. But at least you get sour cream, butter, and green onion for the potato.

Sizzler is quite the experience. I'd never been but I'd always been curious. I was confused about the situation with the salad bar and how unlimited it was. I really enjoyed the garlic toasts that were offered by our waiter after we sat. He also offered another salad plate which we didn't end up using; one round was enough. I got a small 6 oz steak medium rare which was more medium well and over seasoned for my taste, but I wouldn't expect differently from Sizzler. I quite enjoyed my side of baked potato, which was you'd expect. I wouldn't say the food was exactly delicious, but we didn't come here for that; we came for the experience. The service from the cashier to our server was really great and probably the highlight.

Now this place brings back memories and I didn't know they still exited in the Bay Area! Came in on a Saturday night and didn't expect much from this place, but it was PACKED! Waited about 30 min for a place to sit and Sizzler did a fairly good job at having someone at the front of the line looking out for open tables to try and help move the line along. I started off with the unlimited salad bar and hot bar. The salad was fresh and they did a good job at restocking the items that were running low. It also featured fresh fruit and some pasta salads along with already dressed salads (like a caesar). The hot bar was amazing with the chicken wings and potatoes wedges, but the taco bar was something that could have been better... wet/dry meat and the wheels were broken. My steak was amazing (I upgraded to the strip, but should have ordered it med instead of med/well) and the unlimited shrimp was the star of the show... perfectly cooked and the cocktail sauce was on point. The service was prompt once we sat down and the server was so nice and attentive. I will be back for sure! The dessert bar was also nice (sorry I didn't get a pic), but it featured Croft serve (vanilla and chocolate) along with toppings like sprinkles, Oreo pieces, and cones. They also had mini churros! Overall this place hasn't changed much and the ambiance is just how I remembered it from 25 years ago which is nostalgic.

Food is great and tasty, it's American food with salad bar. The server or waitress is not enough because they are 1 or 2 people so they left behind to refill the water or taking out the dirty dishes The inside space not too big and if there is big party the waitress will make it and hard to walking behind the tables.

Worst rib eye steak I've had in the Bay Area. Felt as if knawing on cardboard itself. Stay away from there ribeye or steak for that matter.

ARE WE IN SILICON VALLEY? 4.5…read more One might never know this restaurant exists, tucked away near a Google business park just off Highway 101. You could stumble upon it through Yelp (as we did), discover it while staying at the adjacent Treehouse Hotel, or simply hear about it through word of mouth. The parking situation is an interesting one. After turning into the driveway from Mathilda Avenue, you have two options: turn right for valet parking or left into the Google parking lot. There are plenty of spaces available, though parking there is technically at your own risk. The restaurant told us they had not heard of anyone being ticketed or towed. We first dined here shortly after it opened in 2025 and were immediately impressed by the beautiful grounds. The hotel's eco-conscious gift shop, housed in a glass greenhouse and featuring a colorful vintage VW Bug, is a charming touch. The short walk to the restaurant feels especially relaxing on a warm, sunny day. This has become one of our favorite places to bring friends or host girls' lunches. With three distinct seating options: the dining room, bar, and patio, there's an atmosphere to suit just about any occasion, whether you're dining as a couple or gathering with a larger group. I would recommend visiting during lunch or dinner service and skipping the in-between hours. During that time, only the bar area is open and the menu is more limited. To fully experience what Valley Goat has to offer, lunch or dinner is the way to go. Despite the name, the only goat dish on the menu at the time of this review is the Goat Empanadas. My friend was initially hesitant to order them, but David, our wonderful server, and I encouraged her to give them a try. She was glad she did. There was no gamey flavor whatsoever; the meat tasted more like beef, and the accompanying sauce was excellent. Over several visits, we've enjoyed everything we've ordered and are delighted to have a restaurant of this caliber in our Bay Area backyard. Chef and co-owner Stephanie Izard, winner of Season 4 of Top Chef and an Iron Chef title, owns a total of nine restaurants, primarily in the Chicago area, along with locations in Los Angeles and one at Orlando International Airport. Since we enjoy traveling for great food, we'll definitely be adding some of her other restaurants to our list.

The service was quite slow throughout the evening. We ordered the goat empanadas, wood-fired Mary's chicken, sprouted cauliflower, eggplant, and sticky pork shank. What surprised me most was how similar everything tasted. From the appetizers to the main dishes, the flavors seemed repetitive and lacked distinction. Each dish looked appealing, but none really stood out. Overall, the food felt uninspired, and I didn't get the sense that much care had gone into developing unique flavors for the menu. Given the many 5-star reviews, I was expecting much more and left feeling disappointed. The ambiance is lovely, but I would not return for the food. Don't be misled by the photos, they were far more impressive than the actual dining experience.

Living with multiple food allergies can make eating out stressful and, at times, discouraging. Many restaurants try their best, but it's rare to encounter someone who goes as far above and beyond as Jason did. From the very beginning, Jason took my allergies seriously. Rather than treating them as a simple modification request, he took the time to understand my specific concerns and personally communicated with the chef to ensure every precaution was taken. What impressed me most was that he didn't just ask once and move on--he followed up multiple times throughout the process, making sure every item I received was prepared as safely as possible. His level of attention and care gave me confidence that my health and safety truly mattered. Jason's kindness was evident in every interaction. He patiently answered questions, verified ingredients, and double-checked preparation methods. Instead of making me feel like my allergies were an inconvenience, he made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. That level of empathy means more than people without food allergies may realize. The extra precautions taken in the kitchen were remarkable. Jason coordinated with the chef to ensure separate cooking methods were used whenever necessary and that steps were taken to minimize any risk of cross-contact. My food was packaged separately and clearly distinguished from the rest of the order, which immediately showed me how much thought had gone into keeping my meal safe. Even more touching were the notes left on the packaging specifically for me. Those small details demonstrated a level of personal care that is incredibly rare in the restaurant industry. Because of my allergies, my meal options were understandably limited. I ordered a plain burger with sautéed green beans, while my friends enjoyed several different burgers from the menu. Although my meal was simple, it was prepared perfectly. The burger was cooked exactly as requested, allowing the quality of the meat to stand on its own, and the green beans were fresh, tender, and flavorful. Most importantly, I was able to enjoy a restaurant meal with confidence instead of anxiety. My friends thoroughly enjoyed their burgers as well, commenting on the flavor, quality, and preparation. It was wonderful that everyone at the table could have a great dining experience, despite having very different dietary needs. What touched me most from this visit isn't just the food--it's the care. Jason's willingness to communicate with the chef, verify ingredients, package items separately, use special preparation methods, and personally check in throughout the process transformed what could have been a stressful experience into an enjoyable one. For those of us with food allergies, being able to order food safely is something we never take for granted. Jason made that possible. Exceptional customer service is often defined as exceeding expectations, and Jason exceeded mine at every step. His professionalism, compassion, attention to detail, and genuine concern for guest safety are truly commendable. I am incredibly grateful for the effort he put into accommodating my allergies and ensuring I could enjoy a meal without worry. Experiences like this create loyal customers, and Jason is a perfect example of how kindness and care can make a lasting impact.

It was my first day quitting cigarettes cold turkey after 25 years, so I wasn't about to risk my shake experience with a possible dud. The strawberry shake hit the spot, or as the youngins say "It hits." The burger and fries were delicious too, or as the youngsters say "Mad fire bro."
