I ordered the Mongolian Beef Meal, with a side of steamed dumplings, the meal included fried rice, soup and an appetizer, so I got the wonton soup and an egg roll. Their menu is very misleading, I thought the beef was going to be spicy, it wasn't spicy at all and there was way too many onions. Also, they gave me one egg roll that was burnt. Pretty disappointed overall. I ordered general Tso's, a combo fried rice, and a combo lo-mein. MY chicken was pretty clearly just cooked chicken with a very light layer of sauce and not fried at all. It arrived pretty congealed and gummy. The lo-mein was pretty average overall. The combo friend rice was pretty good although I could have done without the shrimp tails. With so many options I don't know that I'll order from here again. And if youre wanting delivery give yourself a big time window ours took a solid hour. read more

Just had a horrible experience trying to order from this location. We were attempting to place an order for delivery and the gentleman on the phone was incredibly rude. The person taking the call kept asking me to hurry up and saying that he was busy or would answer in very short sentences without fully answering any question. When i asked what the specials were he would say to look them up online. ANY question asked about the menu was met with this individual saying look it up online all the while he continually kept asking me to HURRY UP. I've ordered from this location before and NEVER had this experience. When my husband called back to ask why the ill treatment the SAME individual completely denied the whole thing laughing and claiming he never said any of that. My husband called him out on it as he was sitting right next to me during the phone call and he laughed it off giving the poor excuse of "Well we are short a driver and you hear the other phones ringing?" Normally we are happy with this restaurant but this is not the first time we are treated rudely. There are plenty of other restaurants competitively priced and that offer way better customer service and professionalism at better prices. The website of this restaurant claims that the best ingredients will continue to bring customers back time and again. But the basic business model of good customer service was forgotten. read more

Place was a mess with boxes in booths for no sitting & not sure booths were ever sanitized. Cost $14. Got home to enjoy. Tried soups & they tasted like watered down tea. Rice had no taste. My husband had to have emergency eye surgery. He wanted chinese. Sizzling wok was right in front the hotel. We had it delivered. Very large portions for little amount of money. the food was in Air tight containers that could go in the freezer, microwave. The food was hot and very well prepared. The beef lo mein had enugh beef in it that you were getting a piece of beef with almost every bite. The meals made 2 meals each for us. I highly recommend this place. We decided to pick up lunch here. My boyfriend went to pick it up while i was at work. He went before 2:20 which on the menu they put in the bag says their lunch menu should have been still active till 3pm. We ordered lemon chicken lunch special with sweet and sour sauce on the side. The egg drop soup with green onions and crispy noodles. We also got a small order of lo mein. They charged us for the dinner plate and it didnt have fried rice. They also charged us for the egg drop soup where if they would have given us the lunch plate the egg drop soup and lo mein would have come with it. Plus they didnt give us an eggroll. So instead of paying $6.75 plus tax for my obviously small meal i paid $15!!! They ripped us off big time! So in total we only had lemon chicken, lo mein, egg drop soup. They didnt even remember to put in sweet and sour sauce. Dont get me wrong my lunch was delicious but i will never go back. I could say , that the place got the flavors right and it does taste good, even adjusted the spiciness to make it mild as I requested , but my lemon chicken looked a lot in the beginning, ended up with more onions and the chicken as fillers. But when I tried ordering the kids meal #42 sweet and sour chicken with rice I asked to add some shrimp and I was told no-she said I should get the shrimp fried rice dinner I told her the dinner portion would be too much. She said well do you want the kids meal in a rushing me type of manner I asked for a minute so I can decide she asked me to move out of the way so she can take the next persons order. Egg Rolls- perfectly fried and tasted yummy Wonton soup-loved it, very flavorful broth Kung Pao Shrimp- the hubby said it was perfect, he ordered it extra spicy and they didn't hold back. General Tso- not bad, I will try something else next time, it was a little too soft and dry for my liking. I got medium spice because I'm sensitive to spice but still like more than a mild kick and there was no spice at all really. I got fried rice and him steamed and both were good. This place has become my boyfriend and I's favorite (Americanized) Chinese place. Meals include an entree (noodle dishes, such as pad thai are not included as meals); a choice of egg drop or hot and sour soup; choice of egg roll, spring roll, or cream cheese rangoon (rangoons come with sweet and sour sauce); and choice of fried rice, white rice, or lo mein. The service is quick and the food is tasty. I usually go with either the beef and mushroom or beef and broccoli; my boyfriend circulates between sesame chicken and orange chicken. We both choose fried rice, egg drop soup, and cream cheese rangoons. The portions are large and I often am able to take leftovers home; food heats up well in a microwave. I would say that 9 times out 10, the food comes out hot and fresh. Occasionally, if we go during an off time (not a popular lunch or dinner time), our side options may be a little on the cooler side since they're already prepared. That's not enough to deter us. We have not had another boba tea since my initial review, but food-wise - plus its proximity to our apartment - we'll continue to be frequent visitors! read more
