I always have good service the guys there are really nice the food is good and its not expensive i love their $5 teriyaki bowl perfect size for price and quality . the food takes a while to come out though and there bubble teas aren't all that they're a frozen texture kind of icy so not smoothie like at all.... Very underwhelming food. It's an okay price for what you get but nothing here is what I would call great. I don't think I would ever go back given there are so many other great asian restaraunts in the area. I got the curry beef and the curry was significantly watered down to the point it was more water than curry and there was barely any flavor in it. And then my partner got the sweet and sour chicken, the chicken was okay but it seemed like it was probably frozen at one time, didn't taste like fresh chicken at all and the sauce for it again had almost no flavor. We both got the hot and sour soup and it had an odd consistency and tasted more like salt and pepper than hot and sour soup, even the vegetable spring rolls didn't have much of a taste and the veggies inside were basically an odd mush. read more

I would never go to a place like this because it is totally mall, food court food with the free samples and all, but groupon can be the devil. We had 3 entrees, egg drop soup and an egg roll. Nothing was great but for the price I shouldn't have been surprised. Lo mein was good. Lemon chicken was all fried and no chicken. Lemon sauce, egg roll and egg drop was ok. I ordered from this location for the first time ever. The prices are amazing and delivery was so fast! I really never know what I'm going get when I order from Asian American restaurants so I ordered about four different things since I had a few people to feed, that way we could all get a bit of everything. The chicken lo mein is amazing, you can taste so many different flavors and the noodles were browned to perfection. The teriyaki chicken was pretty yummy too. I wasn't crazy about the cheese rangoons because they didn't have much flavor; neither did the egg drop soup. I also decided to try the chicken pad thai (mild) and it looks like chicken pad thai except it is bright orange and it doesn't really taste like any other chicken pad thai I have tried before. For my kids who don't like Asian cuisine I got the nuggets and the fries and the nuggets were tempura fried and they loved them. I tasted the fries as well and they were surprisingly delicious. Another thing we ordered was the beef and broccoli and I believe someone forgot to put the sauce on it but they provided a lot of different sauces on the side so we kind of just made do. All in all, I'll definitely be ordering from here again and I have a pretty good idea of exactly what I will be ordering next time. read more

I always looking for great Chinese in SA. I bumped into this place for quick and cheap bite. I always access the quality of restaurant from their beef dish. I got the peppers steak and it was well seasoned with ginger and other Chinese ingredients. I also got the sweet and sour soup and it needed more sour taste. Their spring roll was perfectly crispy and tasty. I also got the chicken teriyaki with lomein for kids meal. The chicken was well seasoned and noodle has a good bite. All of the online ordering options are very easy to use and give you multiple choices on your entree and starter. I ended up getting the garlic chicken with lo mein and it is excellent!! I also go this with the hot and sour soup. The reason Reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the hot and sour soup was ok. I'm used to hot and sour soup having some kind of spicy notes to it and this did not have any spice. I also got a crab Rangoon and they fell kind of short. We went to this amazing place because I wanted Chinese food and in Laredo, everything is horrible for Chinese choices. We came here after saying goodbye to my father in law because he had recently had brain surgery and is doing well after that. Being a native to Laredo and never leaving the city much. I wanted to look around San Antonio but we were hungry. We ordered our food and ate there which we don't dine in at all because of the pandemic. We got our appetizer, our soup and our main food. I thought it was so little but it turned out to be so much more than my eyes were letting on. I watched as the kitchen was working like a well oiled machine. The food came out so hot temperature wise that it burned my mouth which I liked. Usually what most Chinese eateries do is cook a lot of food and let it die on the steam table. Yeah they had their soups and the sides but the main entrees were fresh. I loved the wok hay flavor of the lo mein noodles and the fried rice actually was cooked and had flavor unlike the places in Laredo. The food was so good that we ordered to go and took it back to Laredo. Of course it wasn't as best as it was inside the restaurant but it was levels above what we have here. I even bought the shirt and hat they sell there. That's how much I loved the place, I wish I could have filled in the vacancy sign they have for cooks but unfortunately I don't live in San Antonio. The solution: WE had to call the restaurant to get credit (which usually never happens). No offer from the delivery guy to go and get it and bring it back. No discount, nothing. Delicious! I almost gave less stars because the restroom has a very bad mildew smell, despite being very clean. I even looked in the trash can to try and figure out where the smell came from, thinking maybe an old mop head or wet rag, but nothing! I also don't like the pressure of tipping when this is one of those places you order at the counter even if you are dining in. I placed my order to go after the restroom scared me from dining in, and the cashier still presented me with the option of tipping. I paid my way through college working for tips, so I am generous in this department, just don't like feeling like it is being asked for, especially if I am not being waited on. I am still giving 4 stars because the food was that good! It was actually five stars good, but I am taking a star away for the smell and tipping thing.
