Combination pizza with sliced zucchini added.

We came here after a hectic day and wanted to decompress with comfort food. Skipolini's hit the spot for us! We had a combination pizza with sliced zucchini added. The pizza was delicious, with very fresh ingredients and a crust that was not too thick or bready topped with our favorite ingredients on it. I was pleased that it was not too salty. Skipolini's is the home of the legendary labor inducing Prego pizza. Go on the website if you would like to hear the story. The service was very attentive and friendly. I will definitely come back when I'm craving more pizza.

This would be a repeat place for me if I lived in Walnut Creek. The interior is large, and there's outdoor seating too. While the tables and chairs are a little on the old side, service is fantastic and speedy. You can tell from the picture that we chose the Prego Pizza for its magical powers and while it didn't fully do the trick, it was still nice to get a huge combo pizza. They definitely don't skimp on any ingredients, and the pizzas are made to order. We had a good time and would definitely return.

Prego Pizza! Ordered for pickup and was on time This pizza had a lot of toppings, so much meat and I appreciated the extra onions and garlic. It's the kind of pizza you'd eat with a fork and knife because the center kind of breaks down, which is fine by me, if rather have the pizza loaded. Overall it was a hearty tasty pizza, however there were some spots that were intermittently super salty , so the slices weren't very consistent in terms of taste I'm still pregnant (39+6) and it didn't induce labor these past few days for me but it's a fun idea! Back to walking I go

We went here for dinner to try the preggo pizza. We were seated pretty quickly for a party of 8, the staff were nice and accommodating. This place is pretty big with a large outdoor seating in the back. We got the spinach dip and soup of the day as appetizers. We got the preggo pizza and the margarita pizza. Both were really good. I'd recommend coming here.

It's a family tradition of ours to come here when we are pregnant for the prego pizza. I had this pizza with both of my pregnancies. With my first I did go in to labor 2 days after. With my 2nd I didn't go into labor until a week later. It's just fun to go and celebrate the baby and eat delicious prego pizza. The prego pizza has so many toppings and is so delicious! I also love the house salad! It has beets, garbanzo beans, onions and your choice of dressing. Kids also get to build their own pizza. My kids chose to make their own with cheese and olives. They love making their own creation! The inside is very calm, warm and inviting. The parking is a bit of a hassle. There isn't a lot of street parking and there is a parking garage around the corner. We can't wait to come back!

Put to the test and passed.

Okay.... my wife was late for her due date so we decided to check this legendary preggo pizza. There is no science behind this but it freaking worked! Day: Breakfast with wife. Morning hike. Preggo pizza for lunch Walk. Light dinner Walk 3AM. Here comes baby. The pizza itself was pretty darn good. My two year old really liked it and so did my wife. Again, I'm sure there needs to be more data to come to a scientific conclusion that one would accept. But it freaking worked! Thanks Skipolini's!

Unfortunately the rain caused a plumbing issue resulting in sewage back up and bathrooms and half of the seating were closed. Thus, the reason for the low ambiance score. The food was very good, everything was fresh and the combination of flavors were perfectly flavored. I ordered the chicken avocado bowl with Romain and quinoa as a base. You can pick your own and I subbed crunchy rice vs. tortilla chips. I loved my bowl and wistfully look back to try some of the other bowls I saw other patrons order. This is a fast casual spot, you place your order while going down a line to select ingredients. At the end your salad or bowl is tossed and ready to eat. I loved it and recommend without reservation.

I specifically requested a bowl for dine in because I strongly dislike eating out of the compostable cardboard containers. They affect the taste and overall dining experience for me. When I asked for a bowl, I was told none were available. The problem was that I could clearly see bowls in the restaurant. I was told they were "dirty" and unavailable. I also observed bowls being used for wrap preparation. I pointed out that there were other bowls visible, including plastic and porcelain bowls, but Store Manager Julia repeatedly cited "store policy" and offered no solution whatsoever. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of effort to accommodate a loyal customer. No attempt to wash a bowl. No alternative suggestion. No effort to find a manager-level solution. Just a flat "no." As a result, my wife ate her salad, my daughter ate her wrap, and I sat there watching because I refused to eat from the cardboard container. I've happily supported Sweetgreen for over 15 years, but after today's experience, that relationship is over. Other fast-casual restaurants like MIXT and Tender Greens have no issue providing proper dine-in bowls and plates when customers request them. The issue wasn't the bowl. It was the attitude, the unwillingness to help, and a manager who seemed more interested in hiding behind policy than solving a customer problem. After 15 years as a customer, I expected better. UPDATE: Sweetgreen responded with a generic, copy-and-paste apology that did not address any of the questions raised in this review. Specifically: * Does Sweetgreen provide dine in bowls or not? * Why are dine in bowls prominently featured in Sweetgreen's advertising and app if customers cannot use them? * Why was no attempt made to wash a bowl or otherwise accommodate a dine in customer? * Was Store Manager Julia correctly applying Sweetgreen policy, or was this simply poor customer service? I am still waiting for an answer.

The food was just as good as expected, but the overall experience was disappointing. We waited over 30 minutes for our order, even though it didn't seem especially busy and there didn't appear to be any sense of urgency from the staff. When our food was finally ready, no one brought it out or called it to our table, so it ended up sitting while we waited. On top of that, many of the tables were dirty, making it difficult to find a clean place to sit. The food quality is still great, but the slow service and lack of attention to the dining area made this visit much less enjoyable than the other Gott's locations I've been to.

As I entered, I eyed Cholita Linda, and since we had already eaten at the place near us, I knew what we wanted and would enjoy for our late lunch or early dinner... a Cubano! For those who might not know, a traditional Cubano sandwich is made with Cuban bread (a white bread loaf with a thin, crispy crust and a soft, airy inside. Usually, a moist palmetto leaf is placed on top of the dough before baking to create its signature split), Mojo-marinated roasted pork (slow-roasted in a marinade made of sour orange juice, garlic, oregano, and cumin), glazed ham (sweet, deli-style sliced ham), Swiss cheese, dill pickles, and yellow mustard. Of course, here in the US, the recipe is adjusted based on the location and available ingredients, but the core stays the same, which makes for a delicious sandwich. Cholita Linda's Cubano is made with pulled pork shoulder, black forest ham, mustard, pickles, aioli, and Swiss cheese on grilled French bread. Trust me when I tell you that it is a delicious version! Anyway, this location is very well managed and maintained. The staff are friendly and the place is clean and nicely kept. They have tables inside and outside the mall. On a warm day, you might prefer to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air while you eat.

We had originally reserved outdoor seating since that's all that was available (and it's covered), but we were pleasantly surprised when we were able to grab seats at the counter. Sitting at the counter ended up being part of the experience. Watching the chefs and kitchen staff work together to keep up with a packed dining room was impressive. The restaurant was buzzing, the bar was full, and the World Cup was on, creating a fun, energetic atmosphere. It can get a little loud, but that's all part of the experience. Our server, Jorge, was fantastic. Since it was our first visit, he walked us through the menu, answered our questions, and made recommendations that did not disappoint. We started with the complimentary bread service, which included sourdough, focaccia, and crispy breadsticks, all served with individual ramekins of creamy butter topped with flaky sea salt. Such a simple touch, but absolutely delicious. The Kid ordered the Famous Burger, and now I understand why it's famous. It's huge, served on grilled sourdough, and the grilled onions mixed into the burger make it incredibly juicy and flavorful. I ordered the Fried Prawns with French Fries, and they were perfectly seasoned with a light, crispy coating. The portions here are generous, so come hungry. To drink, The Kid enjoyed the Dole Whip Mocktail, and I had a Modelo. Between the food, Jorge's outstanding service, and the lively atmosphere, I can definitely see why Original Joe's is so popular. We already have a list for our next visit--the zucchini fries, calamari, and lasagna all looked amazing as they passed by our seats. One final touch I loved was the vintage-style postcard of Joe that guests can keep or mail to someone. It's a fun little detail that adds to the restaurant's classic charm.

I have nothing to say about the service because it was wonderful Marissa or Melissa I'm so sorry it was so loud so I had a hard time hearing your name you were amazing as was everyone else helping you. I had planned on ordering the same exact thing I usually do which I would be the zucchini fries, crab cake, scallops over risotto, and the veal Marsala. Today I convinced my boyfriend that we should try one new dish we were pleasantly surprised by the prime rib dip and utterly disappointed about our scallops. I came back to rave about your take of the pina colada non alcoholic beverage it was soooo good and refreshing. I always get the crab cake and the zucchini fries which are always a hit! Both sauces to accompany the dishes pair so well!! Both fresh and bright to complement the fried elements. We decided on trying a new dish and the prime rib dip with the cheese and caramelized onions with an upgrade to truffle fries bomb. It came with ketchup, some horseradish, and another creamy sauce which was yummy and tasted bright. I really came to write about how sad I was to receive my scallops over risotto which couldn't even be called risotto. I always order this at every location and this would be my second time here and it did not deliver like it did the previous times. It was clumpy rice with a little bit of cheese at best. What a bummer to pay almost $50 for a few scallops when I know they make this dish phenomenally. My other complaint is how come the dip wasn't packed to go with my prime rib dip sandwich? I was sad the horseradish didn't come home with us but without the dip is almost criminal. Same for our zucchini fries that elevates the fries so much!!!
