I we t here for lunch and it was good! I got a shrimp poboy. The sauce and bread were delicious the shrimp as well. It was a refreshing salad on the side. It was a beautiful plate. 1st time to try Slapfish and had the Lobster bisque and traditional lobster roll. Food was good but did feel the lobster roll had more roll then lobster filling which was disappointing based on other places I have had this dish. Also had the coleslaw as a side which was not your typical mayo based type coleslaw. It was different not in a bad way just different. read more

Excellent seafood! Lobster tots not what I expected the inside was like a lobster salad not like a hush puppy or conch fritter inside. Mediterranean grilled shrimp salad was excellent for my daughter and I had the ultimate fish taco and ended up making 2 at home . I expected greatness. Meh, the lobster roll was "acceptable" but I was ready for an unbelievable food experience- I guess $40 for a sandwich, fries, a glass of water, tax, tip and a side salad doesn't go far these days. I have been to the one in Noblesville numerous times and this one is just as good. Their cloister roll was jam PACKED with seafood (for just $17!) Their fries were crispy and well seasoned. Love Slapfish in Westfield, Indiana!! So good you'll want to slap your Mama! The check-in cashier/waitstaff was so knowledgeable about the fish on the menu--I thought she had flown to Maine or Seattle to get the lobster/large crabs herself.... and the condiments were on point! I took Angela and she even took a picture for her Kokomo /Arcadia friends who have dietary parameters.... gluten. no sugar, non-dairy, etc.... Just enjoyed a wonderful meal at Slapfish Here in Fishers, but have also gone to the one on Mass Ave. Both very good! Lobster bisque and clam chowder are delicious along with the seared Ahi poke bowl. We've also tried the lobster Mac and cheese and lobster grilled cheese. So lobster and cheese, can't go wrong there. Chef's kiss. Def need to try the blackened grouper. Hard to find reasonably priced seafood in Indiana , even an oyster bar! These restaurants fit the bill. Ordered some takeout from Slapfish and was really impressed. The packaging helped maintain the integrity of the food. Started with some lobster deviled eggs which were solid. The whipped egg was tangy and a little red peppery. The chunk of lobster on top was nice. There was also a little bacon which was not needed but appreciated. Also had the crab cakes which were thin and large, not too bready, a little sweet and was accompanied by a lovely little salad. Overall, very good. Next time I will dine in to try it out. read more

My very first time here. I have seem it been open for a month or so, and I really want to try them out so my brother and his gf visit from out of town. So we decided to come here for lunch. 1. The decorations and the setup are very pleasant. I love all the walls, arts, and canvas on the walls! 2. Went in and went up to the counter. There was a girl there. Just look at us. Didn't even open her mouth and say hi or anything, I say hi to her and ask, "How are you?" She still didn't seem to be happy or answering me properly. That was a disappointment. Then, to the order, I ordered my twin boys, and she stood there. SHe didn't even give me a min and say, " Is there anything else..... and clearly we 3 grown adults still haven't ordered anything yet! And so I went on order my food and ... there she goes again, asking the same question again in a rush.... and this is lunchtime. There wasn't anyone behind...... The food is great but the services are not so great. To be honest, it is completely a disappointment it for me. Shew - SO SO SO SO GOOD My husband and I love seafood...so we have high expectations. This spot is incredible!!! For Indiana, the seafood is fresh and the flavor combos are perfection! We ordered the lobster tots - the texture is lovely and the sauce was something that needs to be bottled. Next up was 2 east coast raw oysters and 2 west coast. They came with 3 sauces and fresh lemon. So so good!!! The grand finale was the power bowl - staaaaaaappppp. We will be ordering this again. All the flavors and fresh ingredients. My pickup time was 4:14 p.m., and I arrived on time. I stood at the front for about 10 minutes while multiple employees walked past without acknowledging me. One employee at the bar looked at me several times but never spoke or let anyone know I was waiting. During that time, another customer walked in and was immediately asked if he needed assistance. I also noticed another couple come in and wait without being greeted. The manager did apologize and offered complimentary appetizers, which I appreciated, but the overall customer service left such a poor impression that I don't plan to return. The food was good, but good food doesn't make up for being ignored. While I was waiting, another couple came in and wasn't greeted either. They assumed it was self-seating, sat down for a while without anyone acknowledging them, and eventually left. I recently had the opportunity to dine at Slapfish in Fisher, and while there were some aspects of my experience that I enjoyed, there were also a few disappointments. This was my first time visiting this location, and I couldn't help but notice that the menu was different from the one at the Noblesville location. As someone who has frequented the Noblesville spot, I was looking forward to ordering some of my favorite dishes, only to find that they were not available. One highlight of my visit was the one dollar west coast oysters, available from 4 to 6 PM. This was a great deal, and the oysters were fresh and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed this part of my meal and would definitely come back for the oysters alone. However, my salad left much to be desired. The flavors were bland, and the ingredients lacked freshness. It was a disappointing dish that did not live up to my expectations. I was hoping for a vibrant and flavorful salad, but unfortunately, it fell short. The service at Slapfish was friendly and attentive, and the staff was knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance of the restaurant was casual and inviting, with a laid-back coastal vibe. It was a comfortable place to dine, and the atmosphere added to the overall experience. In terms of value, the one dollar oysters were a great deal, but the salad was overpriced for the quality and taste.
