TRUFFLE MUSHROOM SMASH with Nashville SCORCHIN HOT FRIES. CHICKEN SMASH BURGER with TOTS.

Second time being here and I'm yet again welcomed by Al with positivity, professionalism, and friendly service. The food is always fresh and delicious! It's such a chill place to be for any occasion. Al is so awesome, she even told my husband happy birthday, how sweet is that?! Long review short, Al is amazing with her customer service. She really does go above and beyond to take care of her customers. Always has a smile too!!

Burger had good caramelized onions, bacon lettuce and tomato. This was too much for a flat burger.

I'm giving it a 4 star because the woman up front went way above and beyond! Their sign on the door was asking for cooks. I have no idea how the ONLY woman at the register was taking orders, taking food to people's tables in the restaurant only by remembering their face, calling out to go orders, and cleaning up. Talk about working hard. I commend her for keeping up with everything. The burger was OK at best. There is nothing to write home about. Seasoned well. The average smashed burger. I thought it was a bit chewy. I prefer my burger thick and a bit under done. The smashtots were way overpriced and came out on a tasty way too big for how many you get. Half the tots didn't taste like I got anything in them either. They were dry and flavorless. By the time I got a single patty burger, tots, and a drink, it was $17+. That's a lot for a burger joint. First and probably the last time I'll visit Smash Burger. It's not my kind of burger joint.

Service was great and the location is big...so plenty of space to sit and eat your food comfortably. We ordered a kid's cheeseburger & the truffle burger. Both delicious. Everything was delicious and freshly made.

Sometimes you just wonder where businesses today find their employees. These are the people who couldn't find a job before COVID. But now with everyone either out sick or they've moved, these new employees have proven a point, they're not qualified to hold a job of any kind. I came in to place an order to go. The restaurant was empty, maybe 5 patrons eating. Natasha took my order that took 25 minutes to complete. Burger, fries and a drink. From what I could tell, they screwed up my burger and had to make it again. Of course by now, my fries are ice cold. The burger was good, but after this long of a wait, it was not worth stopping here. It looked like the B Team was given the keys to the shop today and they had no clue what to do with them. It's so sad with COVID and all, but there has to be better people to hire than who they've settled for. I'll never be back, it's as simple as that.

They don't have Smashburger by us, or any of the wonderful options in the Treasure Valley Area, so when I visit, I try a lot of restaurants. It took the server a few minutes to attend to us, but we had never been before and she may have thought we were just deciding on menu items. She was very nice and helpful. Burgers are smashing-really great for the price. Only a bit more than McDonalds or Burger King, but this is a whole lot better. Lots of options-bacon, lettuce, truffles, you have a great variety. We ate with a vegetarian friend and she was able to order an Avacado Black Bean Burger, which is a great option for vegetarians. They also have a lot of sides to chose from that are vegetarian safe. A heads up for anyone who needs to use the bathrooms...there are single bathroom rooms. One men and one woman. So if it's busy you might have to wait to use the bathroom. Overall, I would highly recommend Smash Burger as an option for anyone. They have some healthy options, and it's really good. It isn't just another burger place.

Friendly service. We had a girls day out, chose Smmashburger. The dining area was clean and well lit. The background music was a little to loud and compeated with the conversation, they could use some acustical tiles to help. The bathroom was reasonably clean. Our burgers tasted as good as they looked and we're a good value.

Yummy burgers, fries & salads! If ordering fries (regular or sweet potato) consider the "smash" version which has a tasty hint of rosemary.

Once here in Idaho, I wasn't as inclined to visit due to my fear that it wouldn't taste the same and the Idaho-shaming of visiting any location. However, I had an overwhelming desire for "animal style" well done fries and after a lot of begging, convinced my husband to come (this was not an easy task). We arrived around 4:30 pm and the dining room was roughly 1/2 full with a robust wrap in drive-thru. We were greeted by a friendly cashier who quickly took our order, then repeated it back perfectly. The kitchen was in a fervor, bustling to satisfy all the orders (really, a hard working team). We obtained our drink cups and the large, typical drink station was nicely stocked with a nice array of soft drinks to choose from. The odd thing to me is that whenever I've eaten at any other location in the past, I think the longest I've ever waited for my meal has been maybe 9 minutes, tops. No matter the time of day or night. We waited 23 minutes for our meals. It seemed that drive-thru is priority, then to-go, then dine-in. The animal style fries were pretty good, though I'm used to it being slathered with more sauce. Thankfully, I was able to get a few sauce packets and gleefully doused to my delight. However, the bun of my burger was so over toasted! The buns were actually hard and crunchy. I'm not used to that. The burger tasted like before but it was dry and overcooked as well. The lettuce, onions, tomatoes and cheese were very fresh and flavorful. My husband had the same experience with his burger as I did. Tables were not wiped down and the condiment station was out of almost everything when we got there. They didn't refill all the cups, chilis, etc. until right before we left. I really wanted to love my visit, but after this experience, and all the convincing to entice my husband there with this result, it's unlikely we will be back.

But coming through Nampa on a way back from a river trip, we were weary road warriors in need of something healthy and fresh to eat after living on the river eating things out of cans & salty snack food. Zullee's menu fit the bill. We had two teenagers with us, and they found delicious skewers and zesty hummus, veggies and rice to eat. My husband and I got the delicious and crisp chicken shawarma bowls with plenty of cold, crisp Romaine, crunchy cabbage and shredded carrot on top of a spicy and delicious hummus and rice base. This was a giant bowl of fresh grub that would've cost 18 or 20 bucks in Portland Oregon. And it was $15. Quite insane. And highly recommended. Especially since the service was super fast and remarkably friendly.

It was about 1:45 pm on a Friday, and the place was fairly crowded. We were sat at a small booth for two, not my favorite table, but understandable that they would want to save their tables and booths for four for larger parties. It's very loud, hard to talk, so in tha sense the small booth we were in, set apart from the main seating area, was better for my wife and I to talk. Our server was Yulia, and she was delightful. Very nice, efficient, and attentive. Great service! We both had the classic burger, mine with the sharp cheddar it comes with, my wife sans cheese. 100% Wagyu beef, and cooked very nicely at medium. The bun was large and soft, very tasty and great texture. The fries were delicious; crispy and well seasoned, just great. They have a fry sauce that tasted like it had a bit of horseradish. I really liked it. Prices are very reasonable. In fact, I just had a burger at a nice restaurant in downtown Boise last week that had a smaller patty and bun, and cost $3 more. We will definitely be back to Holy Cow.

I've read a lot of reviews on Yelp and I can't say that I've ever experienced poor or rude service, but there have been several inconsistencies from receiving overcooked burgers, undercooked fries or having to wipe down our table to eat. That said, these issues happen, sometimes more often than others, but not enough times to ward off future visits. There was a small line to order when we arrived, so we ordered through the kiosk without issue. This actually prompted others to order through the kiosk as well. After ordering, we walked up to the register to get our drink cups and were quickly greeted by a smiling, lovely employee who promptly gave me our cups. I ordered the new Parmesan chicken club, which unfortunately does not come in a combo...so I ordered the 50/50 (fries and onion rings) and my husband had the charburger with cheese combo. Our food came out quickly and looked stunning! The cheese was melted around the grilled chicken, the bacon was crispy, ingredients were fresh and the bread was toasted to perfection. My only disappointment is that the 50/50 is almost $5 as a side....and I felt like there wasn't enough fries and only 4 small onion rings. Fries were mostly undercooked as well. However, the sandwich was absolutely delicious. My husband's charburger tasted great, but was a tad disappointed as the burger patty was much thinner than other visits. It was almost $34 for lunch and we almost feel like we didn't get our money's worth. Overall, our visit was nice (loved the "habit" radio station...great music!), most of the food was great and the service was super friendly.
