There is rarely a line here (strangely, one at breakfast on a Saturday around 6a was the longest) but otherwise, it's fairly quick service and the employees have been nice. Food is reliable, never had any issues, no complaints. I've tried a couple other locations, but this is my mainstay, and I am happy with the way things are here.

ALL of the workers and the manager were very friendly and helpful, I had a small issue with the App (rare these days but a very common occurrence a few years ago) and the manager eliminated my concern immediately. The shakes are always of great quality and the chicken sandwich is always one of my favorites. I'm not in Hollywood often, but I'll continue to highly recommend this location for its high standards of service and fare.

Packed away in a little container but really packed in.... The fries were ok. Could have been hotter, crisper, more seasoned, etc, but they were not bad. The Texas toast was ok. Light and airy, a little buttery. It did not need the toast, but it was nice for a variety of things to be nibbling on. It was a fair price for good food. The burger was good. You could definitely taste the charbroiled meat and the signature sauce added flavor. The onion rings were really good. They had a crispy exterior and the onions were sweet.
