Kerry was our waitress and she was awesome. Quick to get our drinks and appetizer. Their drinks were delicious and not regularly available in almost restaurants. Green Tea Shots not sure what's in the drink but I Love It! Side of homemade cornbread to dream about later. My food was so hefty that I had No room for dessert. Smokey Bones is wicked scrump. My One and I went here and were tickled pink. Let's run down some deets: First off, this place is well-themed and designed with a Backwoods/Redneck decor. Quite well done and definitely some big bucks are invested in this fun atmosphere. It is a chain place but that's not a bad thing. Our waitress was wicked nice and very helpful and attentive. I can't remember her name but she had black hair in wispy curls and wore black-framed owl-like round spectacles. Kudos to her -very conscientious and pleasant. We ordered cocktails which were tasty and well made. They were non-ghetto as they had garnishing and served in mindful drinkware. They had many specialty toddies from "Island-Style" Margs and even had Holiday Cocktails like a Grinch Slosh and a Nerd Shooter and many more. These libations are wicked fun and quite juvenile if not downright infantile in their ultracolorful and kute AF presentations. Next time I plan to sample many of these fun toddies -YOLO/FOMO, it's the Holidays! For our main event we got the Brisket Pladders which had yummy Side options and were available with "Premium" Sides for a mere 99-cent upcharge. I had the Loaded Baked which was a Preemie Side. I also had the Baked Beans (non-Preemie) which were very good and that's says a lot coming from a non-bean guy. The pladders come with a Garlic Toast and it was good -not anything game-changing but it took care of business. The meat was yummy AF and I dug how the meat was served straight up and you can add your own "sarces" to your liking. In a word, this brisket was not to be trifled with. It was great tasting and off the hook flavor-wise and texture-wise -very mental stuff here. The sarces were very good although I do like wicked spicey but their "Reaper" sarce was hardly spicey. Maybe they could kick it up a bit for us hot-heads out there. Just sayin'... I must say it was kinda pricey at 26 bucks per pladder but then again brisket doesn't grow on trees after all and don't forget that Sleepy Joe is in office. The meat portion was rather meager but once you wolf down everything on the pladder it was enough gnosh to satisfy. I do recommend Bones to YELPers and nonYELPers out there! I'll be back! Paid $44 for two chicken Cesar salads via Uber Eats for myself and wife. Ignored by host and the shift manager (Sunday 6:20pm). Then they told me another "dasher" took my food (as if that was my problem). Explained I wasn't a dasher. Was told "sorry" and they'd remake my food in 7 minutes. 15 minutes later this came out: two junk salads and 6 strips of chicken in a small cup (not even enough to cover one salad. i've been going to this smoky bone since I was a kid in overall it's a good place to eat, but recently it was OK. I got a burger with pulled pork and fried pickles with a well-done patty. The burger itself was kind of stale and dry, and some of the fried pickles weren't cooked all the way, and the fries as a side weren't fully crispy. First of all the servers were excellent. I ordered a bone in ribeye steak. That's how it was listed on the menu. When the steak came out it was cooked to exactly as I asked. Medium however there was no bone. I ask the server "What happened to the bone?" She didn't know but said she would ask the cook. When she returned she said the cook told her they ran out of bone in ribeyes so they used whatever ribeye they had. I suggested that she tell the cook that the customer should be told if they were going to be served something other than what they ordered. The steak wasn't as tender as I expect a ribeye to be. Service was fine and is not the issue. The food is just not good. I can't remember the last time I been to Smokey bones and it was not at this location. I was driving through and the smell caught my nose while I was outside from shopping. These ribs needs to be cooked better. Not sure how they cook them. I'm not a pit master but this is not cooking slow. It's not even cook them in the oven and then on the grill. They were tuff. I should be able to press my knife like butter into the rib and instead I had to cut it like a saw. Meat flavor and the sauce is good but the overall ribs were not. The food came out superfast. Maybe under a heat lamp for a long time? I won't drop names but I have a place I go for ribs, fall off the bones and a line almost out the door. This place was empty on a Saturday night with the Celtics in the playoffs. That tells you a lot about the food quality here. I won't be back. Nor do I want to. I'll stick to my local BBQ joint that is consistent. read more

We ordered off their website, received confirmation and time for pick-up, and the money was taken out of our account. Only to be told the order never went through. Me husband was on the phone with the manager for over an hour and the only thing she could say was our money would be back in our account the next morning and we could reorder if we'd like. We reordered, because at this point no one else was open (9:50pm), they didn't honor our five dollar coupon that we used the first time so now we're left paying more for the same meal. I go pick it up & bring it home only to find that an entire entree was missing, we only ordered two entrees. We call and speak to the manager, again. I hear her tell my husband she took 14.99 off, I spoke up because that was the advertised price we obviously paid more given tax. Then she said well I took off the more expensive entree. We both ordered the Bones Big Duo so there wasn't a "more expensive" one. The total was $33 (and some change) so we should have been given back at least 16.50. It is now the next day, money is not back in our account for the first order and she charged us the entire price for the second order as well (missing half the order). I had never been to this restaurant before and I am so glad that I did! We ordered a variety of different appetizers, like the pretzel bones and cornbread. Both were absolutely awesome and delicious! We also tried their half rack rib platter with coleslaw and mac & cheese, and sweet corn along with a beef brisket platter! Meat was so tender and fall off the bone with the ribs and the beef brisket was absolutely flavor to perfection! We then finished off the meal with their signature donuts which are definitely a must have here! So moist buttery and sweet with cinnamon, where you could dip it in chocolate sauce or raspberry! Very reasonably priced our waitress was excellent and attentive! The manager blaze was incredibly sweet and friendly, and we will definitely be making this a regular place to come to from now on! My wife and I enjoyed lunch at Smokey Bones. The barbeque was excellent, a taste treat, and the portions were more than ample. The hostess and the servers were personable and made us feel at home. I left my cap with the inscription, "Be a Good Human," at the restaurant. Guess what? I called for it, and the manager, a very warm guy, happily mailed it to me. I am constantly at the restaurant and bar. The Bartenders are amazing. They're always attentive, quick and do a great job paying attention to all the details. Natalia, Kathy, Hope and Tatiana are all great. Especially Natalia, she is so wonderful and does a great job up sailing products that compliment your beverage needs. They're always concerned and do just enough to bring a smile on your face. The atmosphere here is always great and it is a comfortable place to enjoy friends a laugh and relax with old friends. read more

Honestly had one of the worst services here. Not only were we served with a condescending demeanor from our bartender but she also cut us off after one drink, telling us she would only serve us if we drank a water in front of her. Ok then, weirdo. I genuinely felt like I was not wanted in that bar because of her attitude and demeanor. On top of that we were served the completely wrong order, and when they "rectified" it they served us raw steak. When I asked to speak to the manager and get the steak comped, she said they were remaking it instead because he took a bite out of it. Even though he didn't, because it was raw, they said because it was cut, they would not comp it. When I asked about the rude and prestigious attitude i was given by the bartender, she said that I was being rude when I entered, and kept making excuses about how her actions toward strangers were justified because of her opinions of us. I have never yelled in a restaurant like I did after hearing that. This was a little over a month ago and my friends and I are still laughing about it. Our chicken was still bleeding, the ribs tasted like they had gone bad, the bbq sauce(s) didn't taste right, the beans tasted sour, and the donuts were cooked in old too hot oil and the banana pudding was a mashed up banana from 1902. The service was horrible. No apology for the undercooked chicken, hardly checked in, never offered refills on drinks, and just all around was in the clouds. Never going back. Went there for lunch today. Walked in at 12:00 noon and ordered nachos and 2 adult entrees and 1 child meal. (It was my wife, son and I). Nachos came out fast and were good, my son's meal came out timely and was fine. My wife and I waited almost an hour for our brisket grilled cheese. We ended up having to change to to-go since it had taken so long and we had plans. Waitress was apologetic and blamed it on a kitchen mix up. Now we are stuck with soggy fries and a soggy sandwich since we live over 30 mins away and were hoping to stop in for a quick lunch while in the area. BUT You were not able to take an order over the phone.... VERBALLY? You could only accept takeout orders -- In Person Only--! What did you all forget how to WRITE STUFF DOWN! It's called PEN and PAPER; I know it's an old technology, but it still works! That is totally absurd that just because the online order system wasn't working your employees suddenly got stuck and are not able to communicate back to the kitchen that there's an order of wings and fries so that it'll be ready when the customer gets there!
