The name of this restaurant is ironic because that was pretty much my impression of it. This surprised me since there was a wait for lunch ie it was hopping. When we sat down at our table we had to call someone over to have it cleaned as there were crumbs and wet spots from the previous guests. If it's possible to mess up eggs Benedict Snooze accomplished that. I got the Benny Duo, it was bland and unimpressive. The service was slow and it took 15 minutes to get our check after the dishes had been cleared. Maybe the restaurant was having a bad day but I don't plan to return for another visit. read more

The crab cake was seasoned well, and the poached egg was awesome. To top it off, the dish was beautifully presented. Whereas the pineapple upside down pancake wasn't up to my expectation. The pineapples tasted like canned pineapples. The pancake was swimming in the caramel vanilla cream. The cinnamon butter had melted on the pancake. The presentation was not good. I ordered Juan's breakfast tacos and it came out great. All the flavors were in there, and they offer us a green sauce on the side that goes with it. The sauce was delicious with a small spicy kick to it. Really goes along with the meal all together. I also ordered a Blackberry Mint Limeade Mock-tail, which was sweet and refreshing! I have been trying to eat here for a while but each time i go it was an 1-1.5 hour wait. Finally the other day the waiting time was less and through Yelp i could prejoin the waiting list thus making the wait time less. Once i got to the restaurant and checked in, it was about 5-10 mins and then our table was ready the customer service was quick - they were quick to greet and quick to see if we needed anything. Everything is digital including the menus and paying the bill - more efficient and sanitary.
