Once I was alerted to return I was quickly seated in their ample patio. I ordered a scramble with my three amigos; bacon, sausage, and ham. Service was impeccable and the Spicy Margaritas were exceptional. Had a great brunch time which I finished off with a pumpkin pecan pancake that was out of this world. Loved this place! We ate outside with our dog and they treated us warmly and very professional! I ate the sweet potato hash and it was filling! The sweet and savory played well with the two eggs! My wife had the eggs Benedict and she enjoyed it. Not enough hollandaise sauce for her though. The coffee was soooooo good! No cream just black was perfect! Every Sunday we go out for breakfast in and around Fullerton, Ca. Today was the first time we tried Snooze and honestly, it won't be the last. We arrived at 8:35 am and were seated with no wait time. The restaurant is clean, inviting and even the silverware and dishes are great quality! A little on the loud side, but normal for restaurants these days. The food was artfully prepared, and you could actually taste the quality of the ingredients. The hollandaise sauce was spot on and French toast was delicious. The soggy sausage reminded me of my ex. I went to snooze close to closing time and ordered myself a scramble and it seemed as if the workers were over their jobs. The waitress never checked on us or brought us hot sauce once the food came out. The sausage seemed uncooked and the scramble seemed like a 5 year old had made it. I got 3egg scrambled with bacon and shrimp (came with hash brown and toast). I'm the type who puts salt on everything but I didn't even touch the salt shaker here. Everything tasted so good and I left satisfied. They were not shy of the shrimp and the hashbrown was circular which as weird at first but was still really good. Our waitress was really nice and sweet and three people checked up on us. The interior is really bright and colorful with nice radio music that brights up your morning. Love snooze! Good is delicious. Environment is positive, and service is always great. As someone with a host of allergies, I love that all of the ingredients are on the menus. Dennis was our server last month, and he was very pleasant. Quick service and had a great energy. I also want to thank Greg. I needed an itemized receipt reprinted, and he was very helpful in getting that to me. I know it can be a headache trying to find one specific transaction that's over a month old, but he never had me feel like I was being a burden. Snooze is my favorite breakfast spot. We've been here twice for breakfast and love it! The outdoor dinning during covid is great! We love the Benedict's. We especially love the Smashed Avocado Benny and Habanero Pork Belly Benny. They are amazing!!!! My Husband tried the Irish coffee which was great too! I typically don't go out to eat for breakfast because I can make eggs and bacon at home but this place is amazing and such good food I can't make at home so love coming here!!!! My son & his family wanted to go for his birthday last month. Drizzly day and 130 minute wait, yes 1& half hrs. We put our names in & shopped a few antique stores while we waited, kept checking the time they said to return , it never updated. Finally got a text and hurried back ( a full 20 min before the time they asked us to be back) when we arrived 3 min later they had already given away our table for 8. They claimed that we needed to be back within 5min but we never were told & had returned by 3 min after text was received. Went in today for the first time. I work around the corner and we have been so excited for the addition to the neighborhood. Old Town Orange is our regular hang out area as well. It's my boyfriends 30th birthday today so I let our sever Jodie know and she was very accommodating. They had a very lovely gentleman deliver a birthday pancake and he sang Happy Birthday and included his name which was a special touch. Both of our meals were very tasty. there was a little snafu with my eggs for my avocado toast, but it was quickly resolved. He had the breakfast burrito and really enjoyed it. Absolutely what I was expecting as far as service and food quality. We will absolutely be back another day when I don't have to come back to work and have a cocktail or 2. Since they are so new at this location, they seem to be doing an exceptional job and I'm sure it will even get better. The wait was pretty long so we opted to sit on the patio which had heaters for a chilly morning. Everyone was attentive. The manager came out to see if we were warm enough. My wife had the French toast of which she only let me have a bite because I wanted more. My dad had the huevos rancheros and he's as picky eater As they come, he loved them. My boys had pancakes from the kids menu, and not a speck of food was left on their plate. The staff was excellent even as we had 2 different waiters due to a lunch break. So we've heard about this place before and could never bring ourselves to wait for over an hour at the Tustin one, so when we heard it was coming locally we knew we had to try it. It did not disappoint!!! We tried the pancake flight (3 different pancakes) and the traditional eggs with a meat (chicken sausage). The pancakes weren't soggy but had a nice crunchy outside. The pancake is the Day was an amazing banana pancake and my favorite. We also tried the blueberry danish pancake and pineapple upside down pancake which were both excellent! Their chicken sausage was so good. I was skeptical but it was amazing. And yes, get the jam. It's homemade goodness was so yummy. We also had the dirty chai which you can get sweet or spicy. I am pretty disappointed with the service we lost our server after he took our order. There are things on the menu they don't even have anymore. It took over 40 mins for our food I ordered simple regular pancakes and bacon the pancakes were cold went to send them back the server walked away not towards the kitchen and the came back with my pancakes and said it would take 8 mins for new ones. This was our second time here. I love the decor! The food is so good. I ordered the Sweet Potato Hash and loved it. It is so flavorful. My husband ordered the Huevos Rancheros and although they are a little different than traditional very good, great flavor. Service was point on. My only complaint is the music. It was quiet when we first got in but increased in volume. I don't want to have to shout to the person across from me at breakfast for them to hear me. It's not a nightclub!
