I went here with some friends on a Wednesday evening around 6:00 PM and it was completely empty so we got to choose where we wanted to sit and it was fairly quiet the entire time (only a couple of other parties came in while we were there). There was plenty of seating, and parking was easy to find outside. They let us know they only took cash, Venmo, or Zelle, so be prepared. The waitstaff were friendly and accommodating to requests. I really love the name- so much that I was compelled to eat here because of it. Cash only! Street parking and local streets to park around. I really enjoyed the deep fried catfish that I tried. I haven't seen that on any other Vietnamese restaurants in SF. I would come back to try their other seafood dishes like the Viet mussels and clams look yummy from the pictures. The chicken pho and beef tomato stew noodles were both a bit too salty for our taste, since we didn't taste any tomato in the soup and didn't see any tomatoes either. The servers are more or less the same and still has the same setup as before. I think it is not as popular as before. The menu is now geared towards Vietnamese cuisine.
