Finally gave this place a try, ordered the 8 pcs wings half & half to go. Not cheap at $19.50 before tax. But the fried chicken here is probably the best I've had in the states, reminding me of some of the better fried chicken I've had in SE Asia. The chicken was freshly fried came piping hot in a paper box. I couldn't wait and took the first bite in my car and it was darn delicioso. The wings were marinated, fried to perfection, batter was crispy light, meat was juicy and super flavorful. The little thing was a masterpiece. The original is just as good as the spicy, the spicy has a little kick but not overly spicy. I found them both tasty in their own rights and would continue to get the half&half since I couldn't decide which I like better. They were so good I could've easily downed the whole box in a matter of minutes but felt guilty doing that at 7pm in the evening, so I saved a couple for next day. I got lazy and ended up microwaving them rather than reheating in the oven, while the skin was no longer crispy, the wings are still super flavorful. Wonder what goes into the marinade of these wings, they beat out most other chicken places I've tried in this country. I'd rate the fried chicken here 5 star if the price can come down a lil bit. For best "bang of the buck" fried chicken in Seattle, Jollibee is hard to beat. But for an occasional splurge, so tasty is indeed very tasty. read more

My friend and I tried this place yesterday. The place was nice and clean. Lots of parking. Their combos come with a tea or a plum juice. Their fried chicken thighs and drumsticks were so good, juicy and tender, not too spicy. Similar too Popeyes chicken level of spiciness. But temperature-wise was piping hot because they were made fresh. Their waffle fries were fresh and delicious. Their pork belly combo came with steamed rice and sautéed garlic kale, which was super yummy (tasted similar to sautéed garlic pea vines). This place is such a hidden gem! I recently discovered this restaurant about two weeks ago and their food is incredibly delicious. I tried their fried chicken combo, their soup pot, and their creme brûlée oreo milk tea. Their fried chicken was so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside. The fries that came with the fried chicken combo were extremely flavorful and went well with the ketchup! Beef briskets were only a few small pieces, but the mala broth is tasty and 3*spicy enough to warm you on a cool day. The soup is good for 2 to share. The waffle fries came out with a delicious and satisfyingly crunchy burnt orange exterior. The insides of the fries went very well with the ketchup, and the fries stayed crunchy after being dipped. The chicken had a delicious layer of crunch covering a fantastic and juicy interior. As a person born and raised in the South, I was thoroughly impressed. I couldn't resist the urge to pick my plate and bones clean. I will give two small recommendations, neither of which are about the quality of the food. Firstly, I would include just a tiny bit more ketchup, as I ran out on the last couple of fries (though they still taste really good without ketchup). I was not disappointed! I ordered the Fried Chicken Fillet Combo 炸雞排套餐 and 4x Whole Wings 炸全雞翅. The chicken fillet was so tender and juicy, reminded me of the Tokyo golden pork fillet 東京黃金炸豬排！ The chicken wings were super fresh and of good sizes, flavored and deep fried to perfection. The lunch combo also came with rice, sautéed kale with garlic, braised soy egg, and plum drink。- 米飯，羽衣甘藍，滷蛋，酸梅湯。It's such a good deal. For dessert, I strongly recommend their in-house made from scratch black sesame soup 黑芝麻糊。I like it hot! The restaurant was nice, clean, and spacious. The staff was attentive and friendly. Came here after watching Mike Chen's YouTube and love a good fried chicken. Service was 5/5 but food was inconsistent. Egg tarts - pretty good, but not as fragrant as the ones I make myself. Golden fried buns - nothing special, wished the condensed milk came on a dipping dish instead of being drizzled on top. Pickled vege soup pot with added braised beef - Soup was good, braised beef was delicious but the ingredients that came with the soup doesn't add substance and pretty cheap. Cabbage, Napa cabbage, corn, potato slices, spam, beef balls, crab meat, tofu, tofu skin. Fried chicken - we ordered while wings, drumstick, and thighs. Thighs were the most flavorful as it has been marinated. Sad to say the wings were not marinated at all, neither are the drum sticks. I think I will stick with KFC (Korean Fried Chicken). I came in to do a walk in bubble tea, wings & Chinese donut order and said I would be back to pick it up. I came back in about 15 minutes and my drinks were still not ready despite the store being pretty empty as it was mid afternoon. The girls who had taken my order apparently both went on break without informing the kitchen of the drink or dessert part of my order. The lady from the kitchen found one of my 2 drinks that had been sitting out on the counter half complete with no lid. She then took over and continued without even washing her hands, despite handling the cell phone of a food delivery driver who just came out of the bathroom. I requested she wash her hands so she gave them a 2 second rinse without soap. This is unacceptable and even more so during a pandemic. The drink I received had no fruit added despite the photo that showed several different kinds. When I questioned her she added one kind and said they didn't have the others. I left quite disappointed by this interaction and was already some distance away when I realized they did not include the Chinese donuts I ordered so I had to go back. She felt bad and gave me an additional free dessert item which was nice, but overall this was a bad experience. The bubble tea was hard to enjoy given the hand washing issue so I ended up throwing it away. The fried chicken was incredibly greasy, like bite into it and have grease drip out type greasy.
