AVOID! Served us cold food that took 20 minutes to arrive to our stall and they gave us the wrong condiments. Burger patties were cold and bone dry. The Texas toast bread on one burger was hard as a rock. Parking lot was clean and the staff is polite but my goodness I could've cooked a burger at home. At least then it would've been warm when I went to eat it. It is no wonder that this location has so few customers. The McDonald's and Whataburger and Chik-fil-a nearby are always busy but do NOT be tempted to slip over to Sonic because you'll be very sorry that you did. Not the staff's fault but the Sonic app glitched and charged my credit card then the app immediately told me there was a problem and said they'd refund my card within 48 hours, we shall see... This same credit card worked just fine on a prior visit. With a different credit card I was able to pay normally. I realize the Sonic app problems are NOT related to this location and they likely have no control over what the app does or does not do. read more

You would think after one terrible experience at this location. After the next, that I would learn my lesson. But oh no, I had to see how bad it was today. If I could give negative stars I would. I pull up and already see a warning sign: They have a printed note on the drive-through saying that it is down. Red flag number one. The note says pull into a stall, and we will serve you there. I should've just left. But I pulled into the stall, pressed the button, and literally sat there for 20 minutes before someone took my order. Once I paid for it, I waited for another 20 minutes, and nobody brought my order, which was nothing more than a medium shake. 40 minutes for a damn shake that I never got, because I simply got tired of waiting. What's even better, is that I press the button again to ask about the status of the order and they literally told me to wait again. Wow! Meanwhile, I'm seeing sonic employees walking off the premises and going home. It's like they literally took my order and just left. Terrible service. I was waiting at the drive thru for over 15 minutes as they attempted to take my order but then all of a sudden the order completely disappeared. First review ever, had to leave one after consistent bad experiences. Aside from a 20 minute wait behind one car in the drive thru last night, had another order come out 25 minutes after my estimated time. When I grabbed the drink the lid was not secured completely so my thumb went right through the styrofoam cup causing the drink to spill all over the center console of my car. A nice reward for the wait and gave me a fun mess to clean up once I got home. An empty concrete lot would serve people better than this Sonic. Customer service is a struggle here. Wait times are excessive. But the reason I'm writing this; I had to send back a milkshake incorrectly made twice and it was still wrong the third time! I'm a creature of habit and have gone to this particular location and they've managed to mess up my order all three times! I ask for a Chili Cheese pie every time, with extra chili. And i come away disappointed every time! The first time they gave me a tater tot with plenty of chili and cheese, only thing is that I don't eat potatoes! I talked with Manager and a couple of days later i go back and this time there was no extra chili or cheese and i was charged for it! The third go around, I asked for the same thing and they brought me a small one. Get this, they take it back and put it into a large container, with same order that they gave me! This location is pretty much a miss as far as service. You can order from the app and check out with your stall number and once you get the "so and so" will be right out with your order expect a good 20-30 min wait at which time they will bring you out cold food that has been sitting out for 30 min. Although, after 20-30 minutes of waiting for an Oreo blast (that I ordered with EXTRA Oreo and yes I paid extra for that) I ended up with an Oreo blast with three crumbles of Oreo on top. Absolutely zero Oreo within the sonic blast. So I paid for vanilla ice cream with 1/4 of an Oreo cookie on top. I ate the three bites with Oreo in it and the rest went in the trash. Ordered 2 shakes & a small mozzarella sticks online using the app only to wait 30 minutes for them to send 2 carhops out (one in training) to let me know the shake machine is down!! I asked for a refund the carhop said the manager requested the receipt back so they could process the refund. They said the refund would be processed immediately. I've waited over 15 minutes multiple times for drinks from this location. Just drinks. It's hard to believe how consistent this place is at being slow/getting orders wrong like other reviews state. I'd recommend going to a different Sonic. It'll be faster to drive a few more miles and get a drink than wait for it at this location. Update: This place has somehow gotten worse. The manager just argued with me that i didn't order cheese sticks and instead I ordered a cheese steak. Instead of simply fixing the issue, she argued with me about it and wouldn't get us cheese sticks. To top it off they gave me the wrong drink too. When I called back to talk with a manager, the same lady picked up and claimed she was the manager and then when she realized I was calling about what just happened she hung up.
