I pulled into Sonic and immediately second guessed myself the line was longer than I expected and I almost turned around. But I'm really glad I didn't. Despite the wait the line moved faster than it looked and the service was surprisingly smooth. I was helped by Isaac who made the whole experience feel a lot more relaxed. He was calm confident and made sure everything was taken care of without missing a beat. You can tell he's someone who knows how to handle pressure it definitely made a difference in how I felt sitting there. Food was hot drinks were perfectly made and the vibe was chill even with the crowd. Honestly, I left in a better mood than I came in and that's not something I usually say after fast food. He had a big smile on his face, quick with my order, and even made sure I had extra ketchup without me asking (if you know me...I'm a pretty saucy gal ). Honestly that's king behavior. We were excited to go try out this new place in town, but we left disappointed. To start off, their menu is straight up above your head at the cashier which makes it almost impossible to see while you're ordering. This is especially an issue if it's your first time and you're not sure what to order. Next, the service was very slow. Not only is the food slow, but it's a problem when you want a drink refill. They don't have self serve machines like 90% of fast food restaurants do, so it's very inconvenient to stand there waiting for a refill. Me and my mother came to this place of business for food wasting our time waiting around for our food, for close to 30 minutes! Once we receive the food this stupid guy named Gabriel comes up to our vehicle with the wrong size drink and then once my mom got irritated this dude began shaking his head like we caused the problem! I come here about once or twice a month and i never have had a problem even during busy hours. The food always comes out fresh and hot and the carhops are always kind and helpful (ANALISE) has been the carhop the last couple times we went and she is so kind, sweet, and always has a smile! This sonic is so good and awesome! Not a lot of fast food places make sure your order is correct and are as friendly, but Natalie made sure everything was perfect. Don't even bother! Nothing on my order was right. Ordered a supersonic bacon double cheeseburger bunless with mayo and mustard and received no sauce at all. One patty only had cheese on half. Ordered an all American hot dog with only mustard and onions and also received ketchup on it. They didn't bring our drinks and were super rude as well. Wish I could give zero stars read more

I really enjoy the Blasts from sonic. The whip cream is so delicious and distinct from any other restaurant. My experience is always quick and efficient. Alyssa was great and offered superb service. This is a great sonic. I love the diet cherry limeade, and the happy hour prices are good for a Route 44. Mariana has great customer service as a carhop.
