It sucks. Worst sonic I've ever seen. Food was food but not satisfying at all. Fries seemed old or something. Just not fresh. Everything in the outside seating was dirty. Had a baby with us and the baby seats were moldy af. Not something a parent would put a kid in. Might have been a better experience eating in thw car but just didn't seem like it was worth half what we paid. McDonald's does a better job. read more

It was a first time at a sonic. we went our of our way to get there. we wanted the old fashioned experience. We pull up to the order screen and look it over. push the button and start to order. The person on the other end of the speaker could not hear. i was leaning out the window yelling my order. we ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and it came without bacon. the food looked messy so we decided to eat at one of the outdoor tables instead of in the car. all the tables were dirty. and on top of that, the food isnt very good. go anywhere else for your meal. read more

Best thing at Sonic. (IMHO) The honey BBQ boneless chicken wings. They are perfectly fried, crispy, sweet and tangy... and they ROCK. My eldest daughter, who is NOT a fast-food fan, has me making weekly trips to our local sonic for this delicious deep-fried treat. Try these, you won't be dissapointed. Called before leaving the house, inquired if they had Butterfinger blast and if it was part of the half price drink specials. Was greeted by a delightful person over the phone, she said "yes and yes" super I said, my wife is on her way to pick up shakes for the family. (Sonic is 15 minutes from our house). Anyways get this...my wife arrives.....they started cleaning the ice cream machine and would not be serving any ice cream products for the rest of the night! Really????? Pretty dumb that to give your kid a "healthy option" in an applesauce pouch you have to pay extra (it's only 30 cents but the menu doesn't say that). Had to run around the building to realize there is no way to go "inside" to tell the teenagers working that they forgot the toy. Tots are overpriced, not warm, and a large is not very big at all. When my wife and I eat fast food which is rarely ever, we eat either at Sonic, Wendys, or Subway. We come here for 3 things. Hotdogs, Tots, and their Ocean Waters. Always good, always affordable, and we always get filled up. We love the drive in style way of things. Drive In movie theaters, drive in restaurants, etc. It's an Americana way of life that is sadly disappearing. read more

Sonic has gone wayyyy downhill. The family and I used to eat breakfast at Sonic regularly. We decided to go there today and were GREATLY DISAPPOINTED!!! The breakfast burritos were 3 inches long and were mostly just tortilla. They were never very big before, but they sure weren't micro tiny either. I will never go back to this sonic again. read more

I like the food here enough but I seriously just wish they would actually listen to your order. Our order isn't usually complicated but they always end up getting something wrong and whenever we have asked them to correct it we get some sort of sassiness or irritation back. read more

Typically I would say that I like Sonic, I enjoy their shakes and beverages. My husband and I dont eat their food very much but today we were running around town and stopped for a drink but decided to eat lunch. We pulled into a spot and pressed the button to order this is when things went sour. I placed my husbands order an the girl on the other end asked me several times to repeat myself telling me she couldnt hear me, each time I got louder and louder basically yelling into the box when all of a sudden an irritated male voice came on asking me to again repeat my order. I started to order again and when i finished he said ill just put into a combo it will be cheaper because you're going to order a drink right? And then told me that the fries and drink i ordered. So then i asked why would i do that since my husbands order was a combo! He got irritated and said it would make it cheaper for me. I decided we didnt need to eat here and left. What got me was that their inter com wasnt working and i was yelling into the machine and they acted like it was my fault and instead had to get an agro man on the intercom to put me in my place. I felt like wow. Lets get loud on here and see if that makes things better. Instead it made it worse.. if someone would have just said.. you know what i think the machine isnt working let us go out there to take your order than things would have been fine. This was my first time at Sonic but I understand its fast food so my expectations were not that high. I picked two things off of their overpriced menu, one of them being a chicken sandwich which I order crispy and even corrected the teller when he read it back as grilled. I pull up and get my whopping two items, begin to grub and wtf do you know the chicken is grilled, its freakin grilled! I was willing to let that go because its not that big a deal and would be less calories, better for you, blah blah, but it also taste like warm cardboard! It had know flavor whatsoever and cost nearly five bucks! I could keep bitching but I think you get the point. Face it. It's fast food. Don't expect much more. What do I like about Sonic? The experience. My daughter loves the fact that you order in the car, they roll out on skates and deliver your food, and then we get to bounce around the Suburban eating and being kids with the kids. The burgers are OK (no they're not awesome but again, it's fast food) they have tots, which is always a plus, and they have a fruit option for the kids meals. Could you go through a drive thru at any fast food place and do the same thing? Perhaps to some extent yes, but you'd miss the rollerskating servers heh. As for the bad? Breakfast. Tried it once, won't do it again. Based on the major fast food places I've eaten breakfast I'd rank them in order of McD's, BK, and then Sonic. Bland and greasy is the best I can say so stick to lunch/dinner. If you're looking for healthy you shouldn't be looking at fast food places so move on and go get your tofu fix elsewhere. read more

Waited Almost 30 minutes for my food at 7:30 on a Wednesday night finally just said screw it and left never did get to eat.

Everything was absolutely disgusting!! Cold fries,cold burgers,and drinks taste like plastic!

Sat there for 15 minutes and never got our food eventually left. VERY slow service even when they aren't busy!!

The sole reason I come here is for the convenience because clearly my desire to receive good service isn't ever going to happen. If I order a Butterfinger "Sonic Blast", I want a Butterfinger "Sonic Blast", not vanilla ice cream with Butterfinger sprinkled on top. WOW! This place needs some SERIOUS help! The amazing manager Jerimiah is gone and it definitely shows. I was in the area from WA and we had previous seen the commercials for the new core blast and thought we would try it. After ordering 2 small blast and a dog treat it took 15 mins to get it.....there was 1 other car in the carhops! Once they finally showed up, there was ice cream all over the cups and no napkins were brought and no dog treat like we asked. After again asking for napkins and a dog treat it took about 10 mins to get and I got a small broken piece of a dog biscuit. Beyond frustrating, it doesn't and shouldn't take that long. The ice cream was horribly made. This place just needs to be shut down or have a serious over haul on employees, maybe hire people who have some common sense. Never again would I go back or recommend to anyone. Take a little drive and visit a different location! read more

This place has gone down hill. I live around the corner so I come here a couple times a week for a drink and maybe a dessert once a month. They only ever use one lane for ordering in the drive thru. Totally acceptable but why have two lanes then? The drive thru voice box never works properly, either too quiet or all gargled. The order taker is NEVER ready for your order when they say "what can i get for you". I usually say "one large unsweet iced tea" and 90% of the time they say "sorry, one second... ok, what was that?" I repeat and then I usually get asked "did you say large?" Its highly annoying. When I come for dessert after 8pm, I swear the workers must be stoned. I have never gotten my order right. Basic orders too! If you give them more than one custumization, dont expect to get what you want. It WILL be something else. Just the other day I ordered one reeses cup blast and one cookie dough blast. Simple, right? I did request no whipped cream so I was worried. I thought I actually got what I ordered when I left. Turns out they put reeses toppings on top of the cookie dough blast. And cookie dough on top of the reeses blast. My husband ate half of the reeses topped one before realizing it was actually cookie dough inside. Needless to say, i only got to eat half of mine since thats all that remained. Its just annoying when you are paying $5 each. Just wasted money and time. Last week I ordered one peach iced tea and one raspberry. I got 2 raspberries instead. read more

Two times the food we got was horrible my wife's chicken sandwich was hard as a rock on one side.the last time we went we thought we would give it one more shot and ordered and sat there for 20 minutes just for them to tell us they must of forgot about us and didn't even say apologize or anything. This place use to be good. The last two visits we ended up driving away. Waited in the drive-thru for 5 minutes. No one acknowledged we were there. Other lane experienced the same thing. Saw three cars leave because of the wait. We pulled into one of the canopy spots and still couldn't get help! I can see this happening once, but twice is not good. Appears to be bad management.
