TBH, I have lived in the area for over ten years. You know the drill, with the season, the weather, the changes of day to day conditions, those pesky critters come a running! I'm talking ants, widows (black and brown), some possums, mice... and the great thing is that with one phone call or text, SOURCE IS THERE! I love this service! Just sign up for quarterly service and you can get them to come out for "touch ups" whenever you spot a "situation" or "flare-up" of sorts and they will be there within a day or two. Today, we had DAVID come out. This guy was top notch. He dusted for webs, he was all over the yard like it was his first time at our place! He laid out the bait traps and granules and everything! My man, I treasure you taking your job to heart and putting the time and effort in to make sure there aren't spiders (EEK!) out there to bite us in the backyard. We just moved to Temecula and noticed Ants hanging out in our home. Doing a quick search for a pest control company pointed us to Source Pest Control due to their very high reviews, we decided to reach out to them. I had a great first initial contact via yelp to get the appointment all setup and a technician was dispatched. Mark was assigned to our site and had the task of breaking up the Ants super spreader event they were holding in our kitchen, outside the home and bathroom. He was very communicative and explained the process to us thoroughly on what he planned to do. what to expect and future treatments. I was appreciative of what was going to be done, the Ants not so much. Mark from Source Pest Control has been servicing our home for the past 4 months. We've had issues with spiders and rodents before we started using Source Pest Control. Mark makes him monthly rounds checking the rodent traps they set from day 1, wiping away spider webs around the house as well as spraying our grass, and around the house to make sure critters stay outside of our home. When the summer heat started, the ants found their way into our kitchen. A simple phone call to Source Pest Control and they were out the next day treating our kitchen windows and any entry point the ants may have used to get in with some magic potion to stop the invasion. I hired Source pest control when I moved to Lake Elsinore. The little critters where taking over. I have been offered other companies, but I'm truly happy with them. They are a small company that is reliable and responsive. If I see a spider I always freak out, and I'm able to communicate with them to spray inside. Woke up to a rat in my kitchen yesterday morning! My husband and I tried to get it out but because we weren't equipped to handle it we panicked and immediately started calling every local pest control under the sun. Im not kidding when I say we called over 10 different companies and they were all completely useless! We were desperate for someone to help us!
