Worst experience ever , was harassed at 8:40 stating I needed to hurry up because last wash was at 8:45 mins you my first time ever there . Lady was very rude , kept rushing me , when I asked for help on system was told it's easy and I can do it my self . Finally got it and she almost didn't let me wash because I had to purchase new card (I didn't know I needed a card to wash ) closing time was 10 I wasn't aware so I was inside my car outside with my timer still had (15 minutes when I approached to get inside) she cussed me out and said closing time is 10 pm "dumbass" it was 10:10 at the time I didn't know 10 was closing time & she said I had to get my things the next day and lucky if I did because she ran the whole thing , then while I was in the parking lot she then harassed me said I couldn't be parked there ( mind you it was 5 minutes after she told me I couldn't get my things at 10:15 or so) incredibly worse experience I ever encountered at a laundromat, which I payed $40 to load on a card and purchased to have the worst customer service possible . I will never be coming here ever in my life as well be notifying all my guest at my hotel / friends & relatives to not come here due to the customer service I encountered. read more

We went here with a few loads of wet laundry when our dryer failed. They wouldn't allow "dry only" and I had to wash and then dry - seemed strange but the attendant said it was company policy. She was very nice and patient and showed me how to load the pay card and even suggested which machines would save us money. We came home with stains on some of the whites and credit on the pay card I'll never use. I was able to treat and rewash those items at home later and the stains came out. Also odd was when we left late on a Sunday night only a few people were washing but the small parking lot was full. It's been 30 years since I've used a laundromat and my experience may be more typical, however I couldn't give more than an overall 1 star rating based on my personal expectations. Decided to try it out so I can do some laundry before work and it's literally spotless in here and they have a bathroom and parking lot too but this place is spacious and has a lot of seating + folding space which is cool. Their machines use a card that you load the money onto and can use that card on vending machines too. I got to admit this is the best laundry mat I have ever used in my life. The manager keeps a very very clean place. Her and her staff are always helpful and courteous. Char is amazing at keeping the facility well =maintained. I am so glad I live next door to such a wonderful place to wash my laundry. Also, periodically they give terrific specials that is an added bonus because the machines are practically all new. I strongly recommend trying out this laundry mat just one time, you will never want to go to another laundry mat again. The hours of operation are amazing and the parking is plentiful. Great place to get your clothing washed. Clean washers wash perfect, friendly staff, but I took one star off cause it's very hot in there no AC. They just need to build walls up to roof from where they end on top of dryer machines. That would trap the heat behind the dryers and it would keep the laundry área cooler. Other than that it's a great place I recommend to all clean and courteous people. read more

Service suck when your trying to get a refund on their vendor machine.Their machine is filled up with expired items.The managers has argued with me about it,when I asked for my money back.She claims the items are still good.But the painted date says guaranteed freshest 15 dec 2020.(also sells expired item)Any grocery store you visit will tell you that it's expired and should not be sold passed that date .The quality of the item is poor. read more

My first visit started out a bit rough, my new card got stuck in the machine, had to purchase another one... but the ladies working were very attentive and tried to help but ended up having to call the manager. She assured me she would transfer the money from the stuck card to the new card on Monday but instead she came in on her day off to do it! This is my first time here and I am impressed. It is very clean and cool. It is very spacious with adequate amount of machines. I'm not fighting for a basket although I feel people should not be allowed to "hold" a basket. If you arent using it at that time, don't leave your things in it. Allow someone else to use and release it. But otherwise, this will be my new spot. Oh yea, parking sucks but where doesn't it. read more

The one thing that would make it better is if it stayed open later Friday and Saturday. Also the faucet is not close enough to the sink which results in the water all over and they put the paper towel dispenser way too low. Would have been better if they put it on the other wall so they could have mounted it higher up. Would have been nice if they had more top load machines as well. I do like the speed queen washers and was also good that for month of May which had passed if you spent $20 you got an extra $20 on your laundry card. read more

A very clean and modern place to wash your laundry at. It is still new, hopefully it stays this clean. There is some parking in the front and some street parking. The prices are fairly competitive, if not cheaper than most places. The downside are the dryers, they have a set price and time, most other places you can keep adding money for about 7-10 minutes of dry time. Sometimes you just won't need the full 33 minutes of dry time. There is also a lot of counter space for you to fold your clothes. read more

the Workerr here is so rude instead of worrying about cleanliness of the building and welcoming people here all she does is walk around and harass people. today i witnessed the worker char supposedly that's the name she gave me , Anywase i whitnessed her Harras a man with dissabilities , you can clearly tell something was wrong with him she was asking him are you doing laundry here hello are you doing laundry here ! and the guy just looked at her obviously if she was doing her job she would have noticed he walked in with a care giver who is currently washing his laundry for him while he waits outside just because his apperance doesn't mean you have to attack you can patiently watch and observe ! After approaching his family to let him know that his person was being attacked she wants to play nice and offer donuts to everyone except them ! Charmaine is the best! (Just to be clear, I used the delivery service!) She was so helpful with my millions of texts about how the pick up/delivery service works! Everything came back clean, fresh, unscented, and FOLDED! All I had to do was take everything out of the bags (I had my own laundry bags and my things were folded so neatly inside plastic bags) and put them away. The towels were folded hotel-style! I had more laundry than I usually have for a week; I had a heavy queen-size comforter, towels, other bedding in addition to clothes. It was not as expensive as I thought it would be and for the convenience, I thought it was totally worth it. I'd certainly use them again. I'm super happy!! read more

A very unique laundry Matt. This place does not use quarters instead it uses a card that you constantly have to recharge with money. As for the washing machines,(used a medium which cost 3.50, a small 2.50 and a large 6.50) they do not wash that well and are a bit overpriced. The dryers do a good job at drying but are a bit expensive(1.25 for 33 minutes). There's plenty of space for folding and surprisingly this place has a bathroom. read more

The place was very neat from my experience. However, there is not enough parking. Management will not accommodate those who need to park closer to unload their car. I definitely felt harassed and embarrassed as I was told to move my car in an aggressive manner. It was humiliating and I don't plan to ever go back. I was a loyal customer to a new local business. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth to be talked to in such a manner even after I was already putting my clothes in the washing machine. The lady made me stop what I was doing in front of everyone and told me to move my car immediately in a loud tone. I wasn't parked long either.
