I recently moved and was looking for a moving company on yelp. I ended up going to yelp and this company had the fastest reply with the best ratings. They were on top of the scheduling and everything. Moving day came and they were punctual. The staff were two friendly guys (Ali and some other young man i didn't happen to catch his name.) They took everything apart, wrapped it up and loaded it up on the truck. They were unable to disassemble a playground slide i had initially asked to be moved but it's ok it was already dark and my back lights didn't work so I don't blame them. One of my fridge doors was making noises so they came back a different day and picked it. I appreciate them coming back and their dedication to customer service. They have a minimum of 3 hours and my move took 4 hours and 15 minutes. Rate is $105/hr plus extra if you have items over 150 lbs. The price is the best i found out of 6 companies that contacted me. Ali, Eric, and Nur were fantastic. They showed up around 9am and immediately went to work. They took their time planning how and what to move first. The condo was cleared out of the major items within a couple hours. Everything was well packaged and wrapped in plastic and moving blankets for the larger items - couch, coffee table, king size bed frame, standing desk, and refrigerator. They were very accommodating, did everything we asked and more. Disassembled our dining table and bed frame for us. Were willing to drop off our dining table at our friends place before heading down to our home in OC. We didn't arrive until late afternoon due to weekday traffic. I got them lunch since they've been hard at work all morning and it was well past noon by the time we arrived at the destination. Clock was stopped for break. Then the true work began. All those heavy items had to be moved upstairs and they somehow managed to do it. We asked them to remove their shoes, since the carpet was freshly replaced and they obliged with no issue. The three man team and 26ft truck were perfect for our 2 bedroom condo. Honestly didn't think we'd fill up the truck, but we did. There's no way we could've done this move without them. The splendid moving charged me for 10 hours,their secretary recommended two movers but I hired four,they came late and they didn't wrapped properly,they were so slow and I charged for ten hours!!!! Splendid Moving was by far the best choice my wife and I could've made. We went back and forth for weeks--trying to figure out whether to do it ourselves with a U-Haul, hire separate laborers at both ends, or go with a full-service moving company. Honestly, we were nervous about the cost of the full-service route, and we didn't feel comfortable trusting just anyone with our belongings or the apartment walls. Enter Splendid Moving. From the very beginning, everything just felt right. They dropped off about 30 boxes a few days ahead of time, which helped us pack the majority of our stuff in advance. On moving day, Anvar and Zelim showed up right on time and handled everything like absolute pros. Even though we lived on the 5th floor and had a long walk to the truck, they were lightning fast, wrapping every item carefully, moving everything efficiently--and not a single scratch on the walls. We were shocked at how smooth and fast it went (just about 3 hours total), especially considering we had a 1-bed plus loft unit. The next day, after our drive from LA to Las Vegas, Nick and Sergey showed up for the unloading--and they were just as incredible. Keep in mind, it was ~100°F outside in the Vegas heat, but they powered through without a single complaint. I even offered to help, but Nick insisted I just sit back and relax. They moved everything into the new place with the same level of care and speed, and when a few screws were missing from our table, Sergey just went ahead and fixed it without being asked. Honestly, this was the best moving experience we've ever had. After being burned twice before by other movers, we were extremely skeptical--but Splendid earned our trust in full. They told us their prices for everything straight up and answered all questions I had. They made my move so stress free and smooth. I was able to sit back and relax while they did their thing. They were super communicative and were able to help me very last minute. The only thing to keep in mind though is they don't provide tv moving boxes but it's super easy to go buy at U-Haul, Lowe's, etc real quick. Unless you have a small car so in my case the box didn't fit so I instacarted it but I didn't mind at all. Stefan, Nik, and Sergi were so great. I reached out to about 10 moving companies as we were moving from OC to San Diego. I've never done a long move within CA and wanted to make sure I found a company that would be trustworthy and efficient. Their previous reviews sold me. They are a newer company but they operated very smoothly. The owner was responsive via Yelp messages as well. They arrived about 10 min after their window, but notified me before with their ETA that they would be a little late. Stefan was very clear about the clock. It was very helpful to understand how they operate. They wrapped everything really well and had moving pads for various items. Within 2 hours they had all of our boxes and furniture in our 2bd/2ba in the truck. Way faster than I thought it would take! Since it was a longer move, Stefan was very detailed about the drive and when they would take lunch. I also double checked that they would be able to protect the floors in the new apartment because it is all carpet. They were very respectful and made sure moving pads were placed throughout the apt. It was a total of 7 hours (including the double drive time). If you pay with card, you'll speak to the owner on the phone for payment. I was so worried about this move and Splendid Moving made it so easy. If you're in the OC/LA area, hire them! Also 3 movers was key. I've only hired 2 in the past and with 3 this time, it was incredibly efficient. read more

Quickly assessed needs and worked fast and efficiently and went above and beyond getting all my items out as I stated before they started not to worry about small unpacked items they still got everything for me without creating any delay. Once we got to the new place they were super accommodating with my extra needs to remove their shoes going upstairs and they even thought to put plastic over the wheels on their dolly and switch from outside dolly to inside dolly. Very impressed with the quality and care of their work. The value is great as well, other companies offering the same or higher prices for only a two man crew but splendid provided three which makes a huge difference in hours it takes to complete. My mom hired this company to help her with her move that involved getting my parents' 3 bedroom house worth of stuff out of my 2 bedroom, 2 story condo and split into a storage unit and her new apartment (because they had so much). In all honesty, she probably understated how much needed to be moved and especially packed, because the movers were working from 9am and didn't finish until 1am the next day, but they did as much as they possibly could. Pretty insane. This review is especially for Jake and Norman, who, per my mom, are two diligent guys who did what probably should've been a 3 to 4 man job in 16 hours allegedly without complaint. (I really admire that they stuck to the job as long as they could, because I would've been super annoyed if I were them!) But my mom had a really great experience with them throughout the move, and from what I could see they did a good job getting everything out of my condo without damaging anything, so I wanted to leave this review to thank them for putting up with that nightmare job and also I may use this company for future needs due to the great reputation and great experience they left with my parents. HONEST REVIEW I chose this moving service for affordability. I had to move a refrigerator, large couch, and queen bed, with a flight of stairs and a few steps involved. The booking was easy, and the movers arrived on time. They moved quickly, but there was a lot of laughing and some lagging. Unfortunately, they scratched my door, dented my wall, damaged the door frame, and left floor scratches in both apartments. When I mentioned the damage, the main mover initially denied it but then admitted fault, blaming the size of the refrigerator. They only offered a 5% discount, which seemed alright at the time, but seeing all the damage later was disappointing. I still tipped them 18%. If you're just moving boxes, this service is fine. However, for large items, be cautious as they aren't very careful with bigger furniture and appliances. read more
