I Spoke to someone in their and they were very understanding and helpful and said they'd call me back the following day. I received a call and asked more questions about my insurance. I called back and had more questions and this other person said she was the manager and informed me they don't do snap on dentures went on, I asked if I could explain why I was questioning what she was telling me because I was told a while different story by the lady I spoke to the night before office. She didn't want to hear anymore and said there's nothing more I can do for you and hung up. read more

I often always felt very uncomfortable going to the dentist, because in the past other dentists often performed procedures that made in more pain or wouldn't thoroughly explain what they were doing which made me stressed as a patient. But I can full-heartedly say that Dr. John and his staff quickly changed that narrative for me. For the first time, I'm not scared of going to the dentist!! I've moved around a lot since college, and I admit that finding a dentist in the area is not on the top of my list. I hate going to dentist, until the day my wisdom tooth started acting up. I called Star Smile and they able to squeeze me in last minute. I was very nervous at first but Dr. John is a true gentle dentist. He listened to my concerns and worries and responded with calm and collective answers. He performed thoroughly exam and will be straightforward with you about the estimates and his recommendations.
