100% the best starbucks in town!! i've tried almost every other starbucks here and no one else is as good as this location! they make their drinks well as i've never had a bad drink (they know how to make refreshers right, most places don't!) they are always kind and talkative and welcoming but also very quick as i don't have to wait long and the lines go by fast!! very clean as well when i go in so honestly 10/10 location!! also only one time that they gave me the wrong drink they were super apologetic and kind to me to remake it so quickly especially in the middle of the rush!! read more

My family and I have been going to this location since I was 12 years old (I'm now 29) and I think it says something that all of family stopped going to this location and actually drove further away so they don't have to deal with them anymore. I was the last one (out of 8 kids) who would still go here and stick up for this location. I have experienced so much terrible customer service, but because only a handful of employees are a problem I would still go there. Well now I'm done supporting this store. There is a specific shift lead that has a weird problem with me it started out because I asked them to remake my drink because it wasn't made right (I drink this drink everyday sometimes 2 or 3 times a day). He had an attitude defending how they made it that they made it right so I had to argue with him about it. Finally I left to a different store to get it remade. Another time I got chocolate covered almonds for my mom then ran errands when I came home she said they gave her raisins. So I drove back. This same employee had an issue exchanging them out because it had been over an hour. I explained I dropped them off to my mom went and ran errands and she called me and told me they were wrong and I told her I would take them back. He then told me that he will do it this time but next time I better bring them back faster or he won't do it. There has been even more issues with him. He has even done things to my sister before she stopped going there and I'm finally sick of it. Today they made my drink it had a splash of 2% and it gets more than that. I went back through the drive thru and asked if they could give me some 2% on the side to add the girl said yeah then he came on the speaker and said "ill just remake it" I said no I don't want you to remake it the sweetener and everything is fine the problem is it just needs some more milk so I will just add some. He then said "you can give me your drink back and I'll add it or I'm remaking it I'm not giving you a side of milk" I said I don't want a side just enough to top of my drink like it should have been from the beginning. He then said "no so do you want it remade with light ice" and finally I just said sure because I was exhausted and I already knew who was arguing with me. Not to mention they never clean the inside of the cafe. He is the shift lead that worked at 5 on January 16 he is bald wears a beanie. So anyways I'm not coming back here and just I alone spent $7,000 at Starbucks last year so at least I'll save some money. I visit this location at least twice a week. In some occasions it's 4:45am and they would serve me my morning fix. Lately in the 3 occasions that I've stopped by this is what I get in return. #1 At 5:24am the expresso machine is down this was two weeks ago. #2 at 5:07am the system is just waking up and I can't ring up anything. This was the beginning of this week. #3 at 5:17 am no answer in the drive-tru and as I pulled up to the window I see two employees. As I take off one waved at me. This was on Sunday morning. Not sure if the hours of operation have changed, but most definitely the sense of urgency has. This was the only Starbucks I would visit since it's conveniently 2 minute away from home. This Starbucks is pretty solid. The Drive thru is pretty quick, and the staff has done most of my orders correctly. I ordered a cookie dough cake pop during a drive thru order; however, they didn't tell me that they ran out. Instead, they decided to replace it with a chocolate one without my knowledge. It's just a cake pop though, so it wasn't that big of a deal. I just wish I was made aware of the change. The staff has always been really kind, and they usually smile and are enthusiastic. A couple of weeks ago, we visited this Starbucks location and never came back. Why? Because they got our order wrong twice, once through the drive thru and when we went into the store to correct the order, they still gave us something different. I normally don't have any issues at this location and I will normally stop by this location On my way to work. I preface with that to say that what happened today normally does not happen. Today I placed my mobile order as I normally do but instead of getting out with my husband, I just sent him in to go pick up the order. The order was ready will be before we got there, that is not an issue here. The issue is that my husband walked in to retrieve the order and was not even read, or acknowledged in the slightest. Well, I do understand that my husband has a certain "look "to him, I've never had staff at a Starbucks, especially one that I frequent on a normal basis, ignore him.. He is very patient. Kind of just did say anything in hopes that someone would acknowledge him. He doesn't like to feel like he is a burden to people especially when they're working but when both employees finished the tax they were doing and looked at him as they walked by and still didn't say anything to him, I think that is a little ridiculous. This is my go to Starbucks for studying when I need a quiet place. They seem to be very busy in the drive-through but this is a Starbucks that is kind of quiet on the inside usually during the week. That's most likely because it's not too close to the college but is easier for people that are on the go. Probably going to work in the morning. I also like the layout of the inside of the Starbucks. The long table is by the window so it helps me with my creativity and looking out the window when I have a brain freeze in my writing on my schoolwork. The people that work here are very friendly but they are pushy and invasive. I get A variety of different drinks from here and I have always been happy with the way they have made them. And after a while, they gave me the wrong order assuming I couldn't tell the difference like I'm some uninformed consumer. I deducted 2 stars because when I finally came to the window, the barista handed me the wrong order and charged me for a completely different order. I ordered a grande no whip mocha frap, but I got some kind of tall hot drink and I was charged for a venti black iced tea and another venti drink. When I asked the barista, they refunded my card and gave me a venti mocha frap... with whip cream. Went here this morning around 9:30am on my way to work. Drive thru was three cars deep when I arrived and it took me 5 minutes just to get up to the order prompt. I ordered a venti iced americano and a turkey panini. When I finally got to the window after another long wait, my panini was ready, but my iced drink wasn't. The sandwich was toasted (which I had neither asked for nor wanted) and I could see them making my drink inside. The barista had put too much water in and not enough ice so instead of remaking it, he simply POURED OUT some of the drink and added more ice. It was the most watery, sorry excuse for an americano that I've ever had. It tasted like it had been sitting in the sun, melting into something unrecognizable. This is the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. Some reason I keep trying it cause there's 2 occasions I'm going to tell you about. 1. When my friend and I were going out of town, we needed some drinks. This was near the time when they had Pumpkin Spiced Lattes. I had tried one at another location for the first time and it was delicious. So I decided to get that and an Iced Tea with sweet n low. My friend also ordered a Tea. We went through the drive thru and we were the only car. Took five minutes to order at the intercom and 15 more once we got to the window. First of all that is way too long to get drinks and second, the pumpkin SL tasted like crap. It almost ruined them for me. Then the iced tea was made with Splenda and I hate it with a passion. 2. My friend went to get us coffee one day and I warned him not to go through the drive through. He went inside to get the drinks. Still, without being busy, it took 25 minutes.
