I think her name is Amy she's a shift manager. She should not be in customer service and definitely not in management. Her attitude towards employees and customers is uncalled for. She was so rude to one of the guys working it made me uncomfortable for him and eberressed for her. She's way to young to be so angry. Makes not want to go in. I'd rather go when the "A" crew is working during the weekday mornings. But after how rude she was I might not go at all. If you thought Starbucks was busy before now with the mobile app the wait time is quadrupled. Went in today to get a coffee. There was 1 person in front of me in the store but 20 mobile orders. 20 minutes later I still don't have my coffee or egg bites and still 3 more drinks before they can get to mine. And the Barista has the nerve to say she would teach me to use the mobile app like I was some kind of idiot who didn't know how to use an iPhone! If I had used the mobile app there would still have been 20 orders ahead of me. The mobile app is not cutting down on wait time, it is increasing it! And heaven forbid you just want to walk in and get a cup of coffee - no you have to compete with everyone still in their beds or cars or offices or wherever but not in the store. read more

Typical busy Starbucks. Not a lot of seating and tends to be loud. They are usually out of various items and their oven breaks a lot, so inventory management must be lacking. Also, I've gotten very ill from after ordering from here before. I'd be interested to see how they store their food in the back. Overall, meh.. Don't waste your time going here. I understand that it may suck to work on Christmas and I am thankful that Starbucks was open but the workers there were unbelievably unpleasant. We were not greeted when we walked in. The girl at the register didn't smile, not even once, didn't ask me how I was doing or anything. Not to mention how slow she was moving. Everyone had a unhappy look on their face. When our drinks were ready, Kayla did not call them out even though my name was on it. Actually no ones orders were being called out everyone had to go up and check every drink for their name. One of them, not sure who because I didn't see, just put my drink on the mobile order stand so I didn't even notice it was ready. They made my drink wrong, i ordered a Starbucks double shot and they didn't shake it, it was basically just a cup packed full of ice. I don't usually go to this location but it was on my way today so I order over the app and picked it up in the store. When I first got there it wasn't even ready and it was after the specified time. Secondly, I asked the barista about how long it would be, as I had somewhere to b,e and she rudely answered me then proceeded to move slower. When she finally put my latte on the counter it was overflowing with foam. It was covering the lid and dripping down the side of the cup and she made no effort to help or even apologize. I got 2 muffins and I had asked for them warmed up and both were cold on the inside. In conclusion I will never be going back to this location. read more

I am really impressed by the Atmosphere of this Starbucks. Based upon several coffee runs to other Starbucks locations I personally enjoy the diversity of customers at this specific location. It's great and impressive to know that people who are entrusted to handle important tasks such as coffee making remember constant coffee goers by their first names . All of the Starbucks barista have their own personality which is evident and vividly present upon the Starbucks experience. Live within walking distance of this Starbucks. When it first opened I loved it. However as time passes and new people come and go quickly the quality of service is below average. I don't blame the young folks working there. It's just who ever owns this place needs more help at peak hours and times. Those poor employees are rushing around and trying but when the line curls through the building and sometimes out the other door/ whew!!!! The people in charge should hire just two more people and it would be a pleasant experience! I won't be going to this Buck again!!! There's a drive thru one up on San Fernando road. They kick butt!! Good morning to all. I have to say that these group of people that work here are so in sync with each other. I think a lot of it is because of there leader, Susan . She has everyone working as a team . Service is excellent. They walk out with your sandwich, rather than yelling out your name, an extra touch, makes a huge difference. Gena is amazing, she will welcome everyone with there first name . I want what she drinks lol she looks over every order. Makes sure her customers are good.
