Don't come here as often as I used to but very pleasantly surprised at the new upscaled look of this location. However I was the only person in line and was kind of ignored by the three people behind the counter, it wasn't busy, the cashier just was oblivious that I was there or didn't really care. The barista noticed finally and asked what I wanted. Also the $6 grande mocha is ridiculously too much.

This Starbucks location was very clean and very organized. They had a variety selection of mugs and coffees to choose from. I ordered my drink online and it was ready within five or so minutes. So I didn't have to wait for a long time. My drink was good no complaints.

Man oh man do I hate starting my morning off with someone who gives me attitude. I'm someone who struggles with anxiety and It makes me feel even worse when I have someone who is super rude. That was my morning with Vivian. They were so rude, I ended up crying in my car after I got my drink. When I walked in, I went straight to the mobile pick up counter and they had just put 2 drinks down. I saw right away that the drinks they had put down were not mine so I waited patiently for Vivian to notice me. When they did, they immediately with a rude tone and looked me up and down and was like "YES?" And it took me so aback and I told them I was picking up my mobile order and they asked what my name was and then they didn't even bother checking, they immediately told me that they don't have that order. So then another barista came over and asked what I had ordered and I told her and she said it would be a few minutes and I replied with "no problem at all." Vivian rushed my order and handed it to me all messily (see pic) and when I asked if there were any straws, they gave me the most annoyed look and grabbed a straw and gave it to me. This was early in the morning and I just didn't appreciate interacting with someone so rude. The way they looked at me, the way their tone was towards me, all of it was so unpleasant and that's not how I wanted to start my morning off.

** Dog friendly inside & outside ** ** on leash ** This is a new location for us and I'm not a Starbucks expert customer so I called first to verify a few items. Even though it was a Sunday at 10:30am and sounded super busy the team member I spoke to was super nice. I verified that they are Dog friendly inside for us just for order/ pick up, we usually just go outside once we have our order. I ordered in store instead of on app as my app wasn't working at the time. We received our order pretty quickly for a busy weekend morning, (under 5 min). The team member who made my drinks super nice as well. Both ladies wished us a happy weekend. Beverages were spot on delicious. We sat outside on the patio at side door adjacent to Sharkey's. FYI the music from Sharkey's was pretty loud but no louder than the traffic on Victory. They even played a Gloria Estefan song. But if you want to work it may be too much noise. All of the tables all have No Smoking signs on them. Most of the tables have umbrellas too. Located across from Game Stop and Dave's Hot Chicken next to Victory Place cross of Estrella Way in the Empire Centre. Plenty of parking closer to Dave's Hot Chicken if you are okay with walking for 30 seconds. If you have to park in front of Starbucks it was mostly full at 11am. A lot of the fellow customers seemed to be Dog Friendly. There were number of Dogs out & about with their parents around this area of shopping Centre.

This is a Pretty chill Starbucks to come do work, they are always fast and clean location. Only thing is the parking is always a hit or miss

It was a busy Sunday morning but my drink still came out in a decent amount of time. There was a line for the bathroom. The barista taking orders was also still very friendly even though the line was long. There was ample space to wait for the order to be ready and the napkins were fully stocked. I can recommend this Starbucks location.

I don't come to this location too often, only really if we're grabbing food from Hook Burger right across or just happen to be in the area. The few times I've been, I haven't had any issues and drinks are always perfectly made. This was actually the first place I tried the Iced Shaken Espresso when it first came out and it's one of my go-to's lately when the holidays are over! Otherwise I go for the iced cinnamon dolce latte. They also have this nice mural on the wall which is great for photos! IG: @ammysalamii

If there was a way to send this picture to corporate I would have sent it directly to them. When the consumer is spending the amount they are for coffee, we at least expect a full cup. I know Starbucks claims the foam goes down BUT when no one has even taken a sip and the cups are half full? This is how my cup has been the last 3 times and I decided I needed to say something before I completely stop going here and only go to local coffee houses. Something needs to be changed either on Starbucks end or mine

Wow, this is a roomier Starbucks compared to many others in the Valley. They have plenty of power outlets and even a few one-person seats built-in for extra privacy/security. Only downside is the parking can be crazy on the weekends. read more

CJ is literally the best Starbucks employee I've ever come across. He's fast, efficient, and not only does he always have a smile on his face but he's fun and witty and genuinely seems to try and make your day better. I work in the service industry and I understand how hard It is when customers can be rude and difficult to please so to see someone working who is that cheerful all the time blows my mind. If anyone deserves a raise it's that guy! read more

it is a great location. In the mornings it's great to drive hear and pick up coffee quickly. Honestly it's kind of a hassle when schools let out between 2:30-3:30 then lines are pretty long. If they were on top of there mobile orders then it would be my favorite starbucks to go to. The staff is pretty great though :) read more

I'm not the biggest Starbucks fan in the world.. I prefer Coffee Bean coffee, and I usually just get something other than straight coffee when I come here.. like a nice iced frap. ;) However, I particularly like this Starbucks for a couple of reasons. It's super convenient location (it's in Empire Center, a place we often frequent) is a plus. I also LOVE the ample seating. There are lotsss of seats inside (it's a big Starbucks, I think), plus lotttttssss of seats outside.. big tables, small tables, tile benches, etc. You could go with a bit of a larger group and probably still find a convenient spot. Love that. Unfortunately, the view isn't super great.. just the crummy street, and the other stores. Oh, well. I've never had a problem with customer service here. Also like that it's not ever been full of snooty people.. just a nice variety of folks from young to not so young. ;) I think they also close a bit later than the one nearest my house on Glenoaks (in Burbank). The only downer is the parking.. nearly impossible during the busy days! read more

Let me just say that besides being a clean store, the staff was exceptional. There are only two people here and I think their names are Cinthia and Tank and they're knocking it out. There's a line of people and are swamped, yet maintained a great attitude. Excellent job! read more

My recent visit at this Starbucks was horrible! The cashiers name was CJ I believe. He is very rude! He spoke to me and my friend as if we were stupid! This is not the first time we have been there and have had him take our order and hes been rude before! I will never go back there AGAIN! read more

I went into this location on 8/16/15 and all I have to say is the staff and manager go above and beyond for their customers. After I messed up on how I ordered my drink, the manager on duty, without hesitation and being so sweet, made my drink exactly the way I wanted it again even though it was my bad. This branch is friendly and efficient. 5 stars to the staff for being so awesome! read more

This is legitimately my favorite Starbucks. Everyone is super friendly and awesome, especially CJ. He seems to know everyone, what they drink, what they're up to. It's quite lovely. He's always smiling and happy and friendly. Love is a strong word but, like, I love CJ :) I also get a drink that's easy to mess up even though it's not complicated. I LOVE the caramel frappuccinos. I get them with extra caramel drizzle. This location always does it perfectly! Drizzle on the sides just how I like it and just enough that I'm not sucking straight caramel through my straw.... Mmmm.... So amazing :) read more

Where do I begin? I walked in and ordered and the 6 ppl after me got their drinks before I did, not only that but the barista making my drink gave me an attitude when I told her my drink was wrong like wtf? Your supposed to make my drink how I ordered it and when I ordered a venti frappe and get a grande I'm thinking y'all should be happy to fix your mistake but instead I'm greeted with inhospitality at this Starbucks location for their mistake on my order. Not cool Starbucks let alone the blonde working at this location. read more

I like this Starbucks because it's bigger than most and it's at the back of a major shopping area. It's about what you'd expect from any Starbucks otherwise. The patio is really nice to sit and lounge -- and also use the free wi-fi. read more

We always order online on the way to work. I'm usually in a hurry so that's why I always order 15 minutes before I head to SB. I always have my coffee ready and waiting for me. I'm glad these guys have done an amazing job for me. read more

The parking at this location is horrible. Its in a big shopping center, so its always hectic. The Batistas here are always friendly and polite. The pastries are always fresh and they keep the store very clean and well stocked! read more

Bit nicer than most valley Starbucks locations, outside seating, lots of other cool stores nearby. Went when it wasn't crowded got my drink quickly and it was made right. Leo took our order and he was really cool, probably one of my better Starbucks employee experiences. I'd go back. read more

I'm pretty much a Starbucks addict - This is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Consistently good coffee (ie - good baristas here) and the Wi-Fi works well. Good atmosphere and design. -1 star only because the parking in this shopping area is horrendous and it can make or break a trip to this location for me. Otherwise, it's great :) read more

I usually don't spend more than a couple of minutes in a Starbucks, but the atmosphere of this one is very inviting. I was able to work without being bothered, the staff was very energetic and friendly, and there were plenty of seats and outlets available. I will definitely be coming back here again. read more

Bad experience last night, bought coffee with 2 gift cards, sale went fine and was handed a receipt. I still had my 2 used gift cards but I wasn't sure which one still had a balance. I asked the lady at the counter to check the balance on my card and said "it's written on your receipt, I asked her again to scan it but she refused and insists its on my receipt.... Frustrated I said " fine if you don't want to!" How many seconds does it take to scan a card? I know it took me a few seconds to say this lady provided bad customer service! read more

Nice Starbucks. Always pretty busy, and difficult to find a place to sit, but that is nothing against them. They do have a bad habit of closing earlier than their store hours state, which is why they get a 3 out of 5. I just tried to go to the store 15 minutes before closing, and I was turned away. This is not the first time this has happened (and the other times I got there even earlier). I'll stick to the drive-thru Starbucks on San Fernando in Burbank. read more

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. My husband and I (we are gay) are from Whittier, but when we visit my mom in Burbank, we automatically stop at this Starbucks. The staff is very friendly. It is only one of the few Starbucks locations that gives you water without you even asking! read more

STAY AWAY! I walked out empty handed after waiting in a long line. They refused service because I was paying with a 100 bill. They said they didn't have enough money. really!?!? There was more than 10 people ahead of me so I'm pretty sure they had enough change. Please stay as far away from this Starbucks if your paying with cash because they won't serve you. read more

why I only give these three stars is because some of the customers here are so disgusting. When I come in to order ill see customers who have there drink and make a mess when putting sugar into a cup of coffee or even half and half & not be considerate to let the other person who's waiting for it that it's finished. They spill coffee all over the counter and leave the lids when the trash can is right there. They leave a mess when they sit on the tables. The bathrooms are so disgusting that I've walked in and seen poop on the toilet seat and these poor employees have to clean it up. I'll see pee on the toilet seat and biggest pet peeve of mine is when I'm waiting in line and a man comes out he leaves the toilet seat up. I think Starbucks should go back to having men's and women's sign because we all wait what seems to be like forever just to use these restrooms but anyways you customers is this how you treat your home ? Or a guests home ? You should treat a business with respect just because "an employee will clean it it's not your job it's theirs" which I did hear a customer say that. read more

I love the entire theme of the shop, and the inside book vending machine. I do wish they opened a little earlier than 8 am daily as I am an early bird and work starts at 8 am for me. I did see the new summer hours, and will take advantage of that! Street parking is available! Go check this place out! They absolutely know what they are doing here :)

The young woman at the window greeted us with a warm smile and took the time to explain all of the delicious food they offer. Then we met the owners, who welcomed us like family and made us feel genuinely appreciated. That kind of heartfelt hospitality is hard to find these days, but it's exactly what sets this place apart. We tried the apple fritter, glazed donut, blueberry scone, cinnamon balls, and three different drinks. Every single item was outstanding. The apple fritter tasted just like an apple pie, the blueberry scone was perfectly baked and full of flavor, and the glazed donut was light, fresh, and absolutely perfect. The cinnamon balls reminded us of fresh churros and were a huge hit. As if the food wasn't enough, one of the owners generously gave us a chocolate cookie made with imported chocolate from France. It was incredible--easily one of the top three cookies I've ever had. We'll definitely be coming back for the amazing food, but even more for the kindness and love we felt from the owners. If this is their take on Vietnamese coffee I think it's worth adding this note on their menu or letting the customers know when they order; because the Vietnamese coffee I ordered was heavily cream-based and I can't taste the coffee at all. Place is a good hangout place but people should be given a heads up that I think their menu for coffee or other drinks are leaning more towards a dessert kind of drink. If you want real coffee, I don't think this is the place for you. Their drinks are more gourmet sweet kind of drink, BUT they do taste good! For any sweet drinks craving I recommend them. Their ballers are also good! This place is overall very sweet from drinks to food items, so you have to have a sweet tooth to go to this place in my opinion. Oh and they can add boba to your drink! The boba is decent and tastes pretty good!

Oh my merch! They have a lot of bits and bobs for you to peruse. Such cute little coffee themed items that would possibly brighten the gloomiest of days. I ended up grabbing a "you can sip with us" crop & I'm excited to wear it. Service was quick and friendly. The barista took the time to engage with me a bit & genuinely seemed to care about my experience. I got the Cinnamon Toast Crunch which is flavorful and not too sweet which is a plus in my book. This is a bustling little cafe with some room to bring a buddy and chat, cozy up with a book, or get some work done (WiFi available!) I hope I'm in the area again so I can visit sometime soon.

Inside is pretty small and limited seating so I would recommend going early to catch a seat. Overall, great spot. Love coming back here.

Inside, there was a trash can right next to the pickup counter that smelled bad and had visible stains all over it. For being so early in the morning, I was surprised that the trash hadn't been emptied or the area cleaned before opening. The salted cold brew cloud was decent, but overall the drinks, food, and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Hoping this was just an off morning, but based on this visit, I wouldn't rush back.

Definitely less expensive than Cold Stone or Ben & Jerry's, and the quality is - dare I say - on par or even better?! Also, if you ever have to go to the urgent care off Pass Avenue, one silver lining is that Handel's is *literally* right next-door to the urgent care! If there's a long wait, take advantage of it, and pop next door for a scoop of ice cream or a banana split! Or if you have a child who needs some bribing or a post-appointment reward, Handel's can handle that for you! Parking is plentiful, but keep in mind that there is a Starbucks and a 24-hour Vons in the same parking lot, so certain times of day will be busier than others, and some people are bad at heeding the one-way arrows down most of the rows. I ordered a HOT SUGAR COOKIE ALMONDMILK LATTE . I waited for 25+ minutes for my drink. I wasn't the only one. A couple of other people were waiting before me for their drinks too. People who were ordering after me were getting their drinks first. I asked the barista, MICHAEL, when was my drink going to be ready in three separate times. When he finally gave me my drink, he gave me a small, cold coffee. I told him this is not what I order and he kept insisting I did. I told them, bro, how are you going to tell me what I order. The "manager" or "shift-lead" stepped in to take care of my order. I decided to get a refund. I was going to get a $6 refund when I payed more than that. I showed my bank transaction, she went on and gave me a $4 gift card after that. This is not the first time it happens, it happens frequently here. Yes, I should go to another Starbucks but work convenience makes me come here. Either they need to hire more people in the morning, there were only 3, or get organize. read more

This place gets a solid four stars. I come here every morning before I head out for work and I can't go a day without getting my Starbucks fix. Only problem is that my drinks are inconsistent. I always get a vanilla iced coffee with soy milk. Sometimes they charge for the soy sometimes they don't. Also, some mornings my drink would be sweeter than the last and it throws me off especially after I get use to it being one way. I love this location because they have a drive through location. However the service can be slow at times. I typically go in the mornings and the line is about 5 to 10 minutes.
