According to the new owner, they're not associated with the last one in any way. Chapter 25 has its own theme that I love which is "kindness". If the place offers matcha drinks or desserts, I'd have to try it. From all the pictures on Yelp, their strawberry matcha seems like the most popular item, so of course I had to try it my first time here. The matcha is ceremonial quality, whisked and made as ordered, then pair with fresh strawberry puree pieces and milk. I have tried matcha drinks/latte from pretty much every coffee shops around that offer them, Chapter 25 is hands down the best one! Glad Chapter 25 is here. I just have to control myself and not come here more than a couple times a week lol.
