Only reason why I am giving a one star is due to a specific barista that makes you feel uncomfortable with his horrible attitude. He makes you feel like you're an inconvenience to even order from him. He does not greet you at all and just a "what can I get for you" and taps his screen super loud, making it known that he's bothered. I understand sometimes people have bad days and may not be in the best mood but I don't think its fair that he's always given me the same exact attitude when I order from him. I think this is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in my life. I stopped here and purchased 2 caramel frappuccino because me and my family were about to take a road trip and I needed the caffeine. When I tasted my coffee drink, it was so nasty and sour. Couldn't taste the coffee or the caramel and was totally aweful. My aunt tried hers and her drink was also horrible. I am not sure what they did but they definitely didn't do it right. This spot is convenient because it's a 2 min drive from my house but I'd rather make the drive for polite service and decent coffee. My bf usually picks up my coffee for me, nearly every morning, and orders it exactly how I like it. Light ice with a splash of soy milk.. it's not a ridiculous request. She makes my coffee with a good amount of ice and soy milk so I ask if they can remake it (a first for me) and the girl was visibly pissed. What I ended up getting was light ice, a splash of soy milk, WATER, and a splash of coffee. I was uncomfortable enough asking them to remake it and for her to go out of her way to act snotty and make it wrong again is just petty. Sometimes you just need a good cup of coffee without the attitude! Not a good way to start the day. read more

You need to separate your driver borders and your in house orders and have someone working on in house orders only. Horrible. It took the girl about 5 minutes just to take my order. In the middle of her taking my Ofer she would look at her coworkers on the side and talk about something else and laugh about videos. She would then look back at me and ask me what I wanted again... back and forth just totally not paying attention and on their phones. Then they made my drink and it was wrong... they fixed my drink. It took about 10 minutes to order and get one drink and there were no customers. I just wouldn't recommend. They take forever and it isn't Starbucks service. It's a different experience when you go to Starbucks in a store. I'd rather drive down to the Starbucks on Charleston and lamb. read more

It was pretty busy and he managed alone to get the drinks and orders out on time with such great energy. Definitely coming back to this location. The service here was lousy! This location is inside an Albertson's supermarket, so maybe you can't expect too much, but I was still disappointed. There aren't a lot of Starbucks locations on this side of town, so I can't really avoid this place, but something should be said about the service. I've come here twice now. The first time we came was earlier in the day after my cousin and brother got home from school - at about 4 in the daytime. The lady turned us away and said they were closed. Weird, but fine. I then came again yesterday and the same lady was there. We ordered 3 drinks. My cousin had 3 Starbucks Rewards she wanted to use for us, so we hesitantly (because it's just a kiosk, not an actual store) asked about using them there, which thankfully they did accept, however the lady seemed to be a little annoyed with the process of scanning the cards and printing receipts. Whatever, I let it slide. So I proceeded to order my drink. They don't offer Trenta cups here. I got an iced green tea latte, venti. My cousin got a green tea Frap, venti. She also helped my brother order a "secret menu" item, the "pink starburst". The lady serving us wasn't too happy and just had a bad attitude while my cousin listed the ingredients. There honestly weren't even that many ingredients, but the lady kept asking "is that all?" in a rather chipper-lacking tone after every ingredient my cousin listed. Truthfully, our drinks came out fine. I always love my Starbucks. Her attitude is just unacceptable though. It's not like the place was really busy anyway. It was just us three and then two girls behind us. Maybe she just wasn't having a good day, but Starbucks employees are usually a lot more friendly and personable than she was. read more

I absolutely love this location! After having a baby and becoming a stay at home mom getting coffee was my way of getting out of the house and interacting with people. ALL of the baristas here are so friendly and i feel like they have gone above and beyond to develop a relationship with me even interacting with my baby. Mariah has the magic touch and makes my drink absolutely perfect every time. I would just walk in and they would already have it ready for me before i was even done paying. It is super convent to have in the grocery store so i can do my shopping and get my coffee all in one trip! read more

Sometimes I wonder how this place stays open but then again it's a Starbucks. I luckily forget it's here most of the time and choose the one at Nellis and Sahara. The other one is most likely always packed because this one is last resort. Usually one person who asks you your order at least twice and gets it wrong anyways. If you are the only person there sometimes it can go well. When it first opened it was the cool thing to hang there and they had a wide selection of food. Not any more. I'm not a die hard Starbucks person but I do enjoy a nice fancy schmancy coffee every so often to take with me on the way to work. This location is down the street from me inside an Albertsons and and the lines are never long. The problem I have with this particular Starbucks is the staff. They are friendly I give them that, but..they rarely pay attention, never get my order right, and I've been overcharged multiple times. I'm a pretty mellow person but when I've been waiting at the counter for a good amount of time before I'm acknowledge I get annoyed. Conversations and giggling among them takes precedence over customers. So, when they are finally done chatting they come over and give you a big smile and then take the order. I always order the same thing a hot white chocolate mocha with soy milk. Nothing crazy and no special directions but somehow it doesn't come out right. They put it over ice, they give me regular milk instead of soy(I'm allergic to milk and stress this), and once they gave me the syrup in a separate cup. I never did understand that last one. Another issue is on multiple occasion I've been charged for double espresso shots when I never ask for it. The girl even got annoyed with me when I asked for my money back. I gave it 2 stars because when it's made right I do like it. But if you have any milk allergies really make sure they give you soy and not forget. Also check your receipt and make sure there are no extra charges on there. read more

Small selection of food and nothing to toast your bagels or anything else. There is only one person working here so she has to balance making the drink and ringing people up. I thought it was a little rude that she had 3 customers waiting on drinks and she decided to make a call. I didn't sound urgent or very important. When I got my drink it was all sticky from the caramel on the cup and the cup holder. I had to wipe it off. Ugh. The coffee was decent but I can't say I wasn't a little grossed out. Small and limited I like getting there sandwiches and they do not have it at albertsons which sucks.
