I set my coffee on top of my car while I pulled out my bag to take in to tge office... you know what happened then... yes, my coffee came crashing down and k-plat everywhere! I'm a Starbucks fan. I go to Many of them all over Las Vegas and pretty much the west coast. I decided to start delivering while my service industry is slow due to covid. I was delivering the other day and kept getting sent to this location. The service is amazing as a delivery driver! I could imagine what it would be like as a frequent customer or just a customer. It was clean, quick and the Lady crew was super friendly! They would ask if I needed water and just super welcoming. I wish I lived closer!! Good job ladies! read more

I came here mid-morning to sit down and work on a project for school. I absolutely love this staff! I ordered a cup of hot water (I bring my own tea) and a bagel with cream cheese. They were out of cream cheese at the time, which is fine with me, but they felt so bad for charging me for it anyway that they gave me a gift card to say they were sorry about the inconvenience! Super nice. Every 30 minutes, a super outgoing and approachable guy would come around and ask me how I was doing and would spark a very enjoyable conversation with me, not in an annoying way either. After being there for over an hour, he brought me a full cup of water to my table which was unexpected and very nice of him to do. I ordered 2 pumpkin spice lattes in the morning today, and they were probably the worst coffees I've ever tried. They were venti pumpkin spice lattes, one of them was supposed to have 2 extra shots. When I got home and tried my coffee's they both tasted like water with sugar. So disappointed, if I wanted water with sugar I could of done that at home! I always stop when leaving the airport from terminal 3 it's really convenient because it's on the right hand side. The drive thru us busy a lot and I never have very good luck there so I park and go inside. It's a nice little Starbucks on a busy corner. read more

I'm so disappointed in this location we got in the drive thru line for happy hour and realized when we ordered we were 5 minutes early so we asked the guy if we could put our order in because by the time we would reach the front it would be happy hour. He said sorry no and we asked him since we were sitting in line for 15mins on our lunch break from work at AAA if that would be possible to put our order in he said and proceeded to ask us what we wanted to order with no apologies no cares for not being able to help us. So I ordered a caramel ribbon crunchFrappuccino so it wouldn't be a complete waste of time and when I got it the whole drink was foam and wipe cream. Btw it was happy hour when we got to the front window. So in my opinion I know technically I was early for happy hour but with Starbucks being a billion dollar company they could of helped us out, or at least apologized or better yet cared! This why I would rather give my business to Dutch Bros the coffee is better and more affordable plus the service is always awesome they always show they care, when have you seen a Starbucks order person come outside in over a 100 degree weather to speed up your process? Not to mention I'm a gold member with Starbucks for over 5 years and I still would rather go to Dutch Bros, or Black Rock. This is literally my favourite Starbucks in Las Vegas.. Those baristas in the mornings are FAST! I visit this location every morning through the drive thru. It literally takes 60 seconds to get my husband & I our morning coffees and breakfast. I'm thoroughly impressed every morning with their speed and enthusiasm. My drinks are always made great and sometimes I even get an extra one :) This is the perfect Starbucks to go to in the morning if you're looking to get in and out before work. read more

Eh. Often long drive through wait times. My orders have always been correct, gotta give em that. Just horrible with the worst times in the drive through; some days they're pumping me out quick but more often than not, you're waiting a while for your coffee in the drive through. Biggest downer here, the drive through line location was not thought out all that well, if it's a long line of cars you're blocking usable parking spots or people from being able to leave their spot. I have never had a bad experience at a Starbucks until now... *Shudders* I am on my way to work and I decide to stop at this Starbucks since I know its new instead of my regular location on Desert Inn and Eastern (Big Mistake). I pull through the drive through super excited for my first Pumpkin Spice Frap of the season, until I went to order and my hopes along with my dreams were shattered. I ordered my drink and after a short pause the woman proceeded to ask me if I was a Gold Member?? I've been to Starbucks at least 1,725 times in my short 23 years of life and I have never been asked if I was a Gold Member while trying to buy a drink. So I told her no and she then told me that I couldn't have my Pumpkin Spice Frap because I wasn't a Gold Member... Whaaaat????? Never have I ever felt bad about trying to purchase a drink at Starbucks until that moment. By declining my business today you have definitely lost my business for life. Needless to say I went to my usual Starbucks about a mile up the road and when I ordered my Pumpkin Spice Frap they were happy to take my money and provide me with one without hesitation. I am hoping to come back and update this with a positive review later on. That being said, I stopped here on my way home from work one night, since they have a drive through. The lights were on, there were employees visibly inside and cars in the parking lot, and the lights on the drive thru order board were also lit up. So I pulled up and sat there. And sat there. And sat there. *crickets* At least 5 minutes went by, and nobody ever came on the speaker to take my order or to at least say that they had closed for the night. So I backed out of the drive thru and got my coffee somewhere else. If they were closed for the night, they should turn off the lights on the drive thru board, or at least have the courtesy to not just ignore someone sitting there. read more

This is a no frills Starbucks. It's a drive-thru so that's handy, but the parking lot is so cramped it can get really backed up and cause a problem when they're busy. Service was standard. They are pretty quick and I don't have to wait too long when I'm waiting in my car. read more

Like most locations, this is a great spot to pop in for a quick cup or to just chill. We had a few extra minutes to kill so I brought the wife & kids here for our favorites. The response was quick and accurate. The seats, like most locations, were pretty much consumed by people on tablets or laptops so we sat outside. I do have to say that it is a very clean location and there trash wasn't overflowing like most L.A. spots. read more

Tried to pay with $100 bill while the cashier and the manager just stared at me. And she stood behind the espresso machine shaking her head. Where I can obviously see her. I asked if this was a policy everywhere, where he awkwardly walked away and then someone else comes to the register very unfriendly telling me I can't use it. So then I have to wait for my husband to bring smaller bills. I don't think it would have been an issue if it wasn't so awkward. I go to this Starbucks when it is convenient only. Why? Because this Starbucks doesn't seem to be the customer friendly. The staff tends to talk to each other when a customer comes inside. This Starbucks is never busy inside by the way but you still have a wait, and it isn't just me. Decided to make a study break stop while waiting for my mom to pick her up. I've never been to this location, but it has plenty of room to sit. It wasn't crowded at all when I came (around 7-9). It was also fairly clean and tables were wiped down. Every Starbucks location is pretty uniform with how it looks, taste, etc. but I very much enjoy when the employees are friendly as they were here. It's a Starbucks just like all other Starbucks, only this one is constantly busy. It always seems to be near impossible to find somewhere to sit down and enjoy the cup of coffee you just ordered. With that said the employees always seem to get my drink right and out to me quickly. They are well trained and friendly. The drive thru is difficult to maneuver into, especially if you are in a large vehicle. Also, the shopping center is difficult to get into and get out of especially if you want to make a left turn when leaving. read more
