The ladies in there are rude. I go to Starbucks all the time I was trying to share a community event for a non profit and the lady was really rude. I was not alone and my friend suggested we go to the eastern and Russell location and we got treated better and better service. Even though my drinks are made right they won't be getting my business. Always friendly, hussle, and know my varying beverages. We went there early (6:30 am or so) on a Tuesday morning. We were staying near Main Street Station, and this was a convenient location that was easier to access than some of the Starbucks in the Fremont area. Staff was friendly and efficient and our drinks were good. Everything including the bathrooms were cleaned and stocked. At that time of day plenty of room to work and reliable wifi. Ordered a pike with a hazel nut and almond milk in my own cup. They gave me the price and when I got to the window the guy gave me another price that was like ten cents less. He said because I had my own cup then he just started annoyingly laughing. He gives me my cup half full, so I asked can I get it filled up. He said with what, And then just says ok more coffee. Horrible. I am a strict vegan. I ordered a latte with soy milk at the drive trying thru and drove off. Halfway to work & 6 sips in I realized something tastes off. I opened the cup to discover whipped cream at the top of my cup. I am enraged! Obviously if someone orders soy they are either vegan or lactose intolerant so adding whipped cream defeats the purpose & makes no sense. I called to complain & the manager offered to make me a new drink (too late, I was already at work for my 7am shift) or I could come back later for a free coffee voucher. No thanks, I dont want your mediocre coffee. Do yourself a favor and drive down the street to Sunrise Coffee on Sunset, east of Eastern. They have an amazing, competent staff, & the quality of their coffee is 100% better than Starbucks burnt coffee. read more

Favorite location they make my coffee perfect every time , which is not very hard since I only order a venti iced coffee with caramel and cream :). The process at this store is really slow and disorganized. No one really looks like they know what they are doing, and the service is extremely slow. The trash was overflowing and the cafe tables were dirty. They did clean them partially once while I was here, but after about 30 min, not the required every 10 min. read more

I stop here almost daily. I always go through the drive thru so I don't have to take my daughter out. 95% of the time the staff is great and it moves along nicely....but things happen and if it takes too long then they always give me my coffee on the house and my coffee is always right! There's only 1 or 2 employees who aren't smiling but I think it's more the stress of making bitchy people coffee all day. If I had to deal with some of the rude people and rude regulars they have to deal with daily, I'd shut off too just to get through the day with my job! Will never come here again. Ordered a Cafe Vanilla Cappuccino at 8:45pm, along with 2 other drinks for some employees at the business where I work at. I came back to the business and realized that this drink was all whipped cream (which has since melted) and barely any drink. I came back to the store around 9:01pm, and asked politely if they would either get me a new drink or refund the money I paid since I know they cant make another one. They basically told me to F-Off, we're closed, come back tomorrow. Avoid this location like the plague. read more

This Starbucks drives me nuts. It always takes me three times to order because they are out of everything! Their soda machine is eternally broken... I don't even ask anymore! You want coconut milk? Out of that too. You want a tea? You can get that, but you'll be lucky if you want to add a syrup for flavor, because they are usually out of that too. I love all of Starbucks but it makes it such a more pleasurable experience when the workers are great with customer service. Their drive through is pretty quick and my orders are always right. I don't get anything too crazy though but it always tastes perfect. My roommate and I have three Starbucks close to us on my way to work, but rather go to this one because of their great customer and upbeat service. Very dissapointed in this location. Ordered two eggnog lattes through the drive through. When I got to work they tasted like nutmeg and milk with coffee. I took the time to drive all the way back and was told the cut their eggnog with milk. Apparently to save money because these drinks had little if any eggnog in them. So I ordered two more with no milk. Same nasty tasting drink. I order these drinks every year from Starbucks all over and this is the only location I have any issues with. Won't be back even though this one is closest to my office. read more

Major attitudes when you order from inside. They act like you have leprosy and seem to enjoy giving you hot drinks without the sleeves. Still a high turn over at the registers so things can get lost - I know now when it is someone new to be VERY PATIENT with them. Tyler offered to make a custom drink, white mocha with 1 pump cinnamon dolce, whip and cinnamon and nutmeg powder on top. It was delicious ! I went back today, as I walked in he said Hi Nicole! No inside service on this particular day as I stayed inside the comfort of my vehicle and pushed through the drive-thru.
