Came here while visiting family. They got my order wrong and the order for the lady and her daughter in front of us wrong also. The mom got kind of upset at me but my drink had whipped with no drizzle. Her daughter said she didn't want whipped. I felt bad for her daughter who was trying to tell her mom that it was okay. Not to pleased this morning. Every so often I will stop by for a coffee before work. She took my name and order extremely quick. Then I'm waiting for awhile. She wrote a completely wrong name on my coffee and pointed out that's yours. I'm a guy and my names not Jenny. Aside from that it tasted like a rushed coffee. I understand it's a popular coffee shop and they get busy. I get it. But when a guest is spending almost 5 bucks on a coffee I expect it to taste to expectation that Starbucks advertises. read more

This is my new Starbucks. Is it a little out of my way? YES, but it is worth it. I used to go to the store on the corner of North Tustin and Lincoln, but that store has turned into literally the worst I have ever been to. This store has great employees who are amazing with my kids. I have a 3 year old and a 5 year old and every time I bring them with me they are greeted with Big Smiles and my 5 year old always asks for a high five AND GETS MORE THAN ONE. The last time I was in there with my 3 year old he saw there was one last cake pop in the window and the employee heard he say he wanted it. Before we even got to the counter to place the order (we were next in line by the way) she had already pulled it for him. It made his day. It is the simple act of kindness from the staff here along with the quickness that they have received my business and will continue to get my business. As a parent who usually has at least one of my kids with me, I want to thank you. It means a lot especially as kids are not always easy to deal with, but you all help and it makes the stop a whole lot easier. read more

I like Starbucks because I've grown to appreciate their consistency and can always count on their great customer service around the world but not at this location. We were at this location today (Tuesday, 7/8) at 1:17pm and the young brunette barista with the tattoo on her left forearm was extremely curt and rude to the elderly lady ahead of us. She was a bit slow in ordering and paying but she's old and we'll all be old if we're lucky enough! We let it go and on our second purchase later, the same young lady threw the banana bread into a bag before my husband finished ordering so he said he actually wanted it heated up and she rolled her eyes. As my husband caught this, he asked her, "Can you do that?" and she responded with, "Maybe. .." He's thinking..."Great customer service you got there...thank you." On the other hand, the young man with the black headband was very friendly. On his way out to his break, he cleared debris off tables and greeted customers he recognized. The brunette was replaced later by a blonde young lady who was great and very friendly. Patrons even went by to say hi to her when they realized there was a shift change. We made our third purchase through her and welcomed the new smile. We were there from 1:17 to 4:17pm based on my work's tracker so in that time we got to see a lot and we made three separate purchases, one per hour. Two of the three employees were great and one doesn't represent what Starbucks believes in at all. At least the coffee tasted like the usual and the place was clean and well kept, including the restrooms which were fully stocked and maintained. I've been going to this starbucks now for a few months, mostly on weekends and week nights, but randomly in the am hours as well. It is well located in a busy intersection and great for stopping by and getting a drink before weekend grocery shopping at sprouts or tjoes. Although the parking lot is terrible, with the one and only blockbuster next door and a strip of stores across from it, I still brave it and enjoy it. All of the bartistas I have met are friendly and have made my drinks well. The store is always clean, despite the heavy amount of traffic from the campers it seems to attract in the tables and chairs. I swear, people seem to spend the weekend in those tables and chairs with the free wifi. That would really be my only complaint - it is difficult to get a seat and relax. Outside seems to be available more often than not, but I don't really enjoy the traffic of the bus stop and tustin/meats, not to mention the potential for smoking. read more

Starbucks is good in general. This only a review on the restroom. I know weird but if the restroom is dirty at a place where people buy food it makes me wonder. Granted starbucks is always busy and they rather have people on the floor working but this bathroom was worst than a gas station's or those portable potties. I didn't get the chance to tell the baristas there but there was so much trash everywhere, blood, and throw up all over the toilet seat. It totally grossed me out and made me not want to drink my psl. Anytime I go to a place where I buy food and the restrooms are a hot mess I can't eat. Sorry for this review but hopefully it gets cleaned up for the public's safety. read more

The baristas I've interacted with here are courteous and helpful, answering my questions about how to customize my drink. My food and drinks taste good, and I don't have to wait long for my orders. No stars!! Asked for a drink no whip, drink came with whip. Cup said no whip, advised girl at the bar, she scrapped most of it off, then we asked to remake it. The girl got upset (after she made it wrong according to cup instructions) and gave us attitude. Remade drink no whip and no coffee. Ice with caramel. It wasn't our fault you can't read the cup, get mad at yourself and take it out on the customer??!! WORST ATTITUDE AND SERVICE!! read more

Well it's a nice size Starbucks but there's a lot of flys inside which makes me think why? Now aside of that they don't greet you but just look at you like ugh more people. The times I came in I've seen that they are out of stock of some fraps when I ask they say I don't know. I order my drink and they never ask if I want any sweets. Management here is terrible. Today witnessed the manager demand a handicapped lady in a wheelchair (with one leg) to leave the store after she requested use of a wheelchair-friendly table (engraved with a wheelchair symbol). Apparently the location has had problems with this individual in the past. Regardless, I was extremely disturbed by Starbucks behavior and severe act of discrimination, as the dispute escalated and multiple people (including other customers) were involved. All that said, the remaining staff here are so super nice and friendly. read more

I walked into starbucks this morning at about 805 am to get my usual morning drink. I'm an avid coffee drinker and probably stop at different Starbucks throughout Southern California anywhere between 1-3 times per day. This morning I was excited that there was only one person in line in front of me and 4 people working behind the counter which means I would get my drink sooner. The lady in front of me could not decide on the drink she wanted to buy her friend- she wanted caffeine, but not too much caffeine. She doesn't like the taste of coffee. 2 different cashiers/baristas stopped what they were doing to help her. For 10 minutes. No one bothered to ask me what I wanted meanwhile so I just waited. When it was finally my turn, I was happy to order and sit down. But at that very moment 8 mobile drink orders came in and were all in front of my one lonely drink. I asked the cashier, Emerald, if mine could go ahead of the other drinks and she quickly replied "no". I told her that I had waited over 10 minutes and now I would wait longer because of all the mobile orders. She impatiently replied "that's against the rules" and walked away. Apart from being rudely brushed off, ignored while I waited over 10 minutes in line, I think its great to follow rules, and even better business to bend them when in the greater context of things, it will only improve your business. I ordered an ice coffee and i forgot to tell the very kind barista that i wanted milk in it, so i asked the asian manager if she could add milk after i recieved my black coffee and when i got my "coffee" back she had dumped atleast 80% of the coffee out and it tasted like pure milk. This would have been a satisfactory experience if it wasnt for the manager not making my coffee how i would of liked. read more

Today is my birthday and I ordered an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte. I was not particularly a fan of the drink, and the Barista, Hailey, cute curly hair, gave me no hassle with returning the drink for something else. Her costumer server was phenomenal. Definitely will come back! read more

I am not writing this review because of the baristas, coffee, atmosphere. All in all they score average for those aspects. Therefore I have given 3 stars. HOWEVER, I have taken the time to write my first review ever bc of a unique aspect about this particular starbucks. This is the pit stop for homeless and parolees. I am not exaggerating and I am surprised nobody else has written a comment about this. I have gone for studying sessions and spent a few hours at a time here so this is not coming from an observation of an isolated incident. I have seen an average of 6 homeless people come in and use the restroom or ask for water. Many then stay and sit right next to the door and ask people for money or go right up to each patron and ask for money. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. Recently a fellow patron told me he actually stays and watches the place on a regular basis due to these vagrants. The day I spoke to him he nonchalantly stated that he saw one of "them" snatch something out of the food display and that a few days prior police had to come because one of them tried to steal a purse from an old lady he was sitting next to. He also mentioned to me that my internet connection was probably disrupted because they use the outlets to plug in their anklet tracking devices which apparently disrupts the wifi!!! I am scared to come to this location. I have no idea why the workers do not do anything to fix this issue. They are perpetuating a non safe environment, where the wifi is being disrupted, their customers are being solicited in doors and outdoor (btw apparently the "bigger one w the hood" does not accept no when he solicits from time to time and blocks peoples paths!!). read more

Yum!! This is my usual starbucks stop! Rob makes bomb drinks in the evenings but he's hard to find. Morning staff is very warm and friendly. Barista drinks are never disappointing. Some starbucks are hit or miss but I'm always satisfied at this location. read more

Great location. Staff is always friendly and greets every customer with a smile. Drinks are always hot and made fast. Not a lot of waiting for your orders. My only grip here is that I go there 4 times a week and spend alot of $$$ on drinks. And I have seen on more than one occasion the barista Toni give out 6 or more free drinks at once to her HIgh school friends or whoever. Another issue here is that a lot ( Most of) of people come in a use the net for free without buying something. As a business man on the go I count on places like SB and other Wifi hot spot to Send a invoice or other stuff online during the day fast. This can't be done with 10 Non customers inside sitting around using the plugs and slowing the net down to Dial up speed. For the record I always buy something even when just stopping in for a second to send something, Although the staff is friendly and the place is on top of stuff its the lack of rules and management that are a issue here. Think of all the Money SB is losing by this one person giving out 4- 6 free drinks 3 times a week to her buddies. read more

I came the other night to this Starbucks because I was going to the Target right in front of it. I didn't have a pleasant experience the other morning with this same location but I thought I'd give it another try. And let me tell you it was amazing!! The baristas that helped me were Tim and Laura. They're the most genuine and sweet employees I've ever met. They're the type of people you want representing your business.
