Wait in drive thru like for 30 minutes to only find out they don't have what you want. I tried to never come to this Starbucks, but every once in a great while I build up the hope that maybe things have turned around. Yet again I am left with poor service, wondering why I didn't just go out of my way to go to the collection or one of the locations deeper into Oxnard where I am heading next. Something as simple as placing a mobile order... They went out of their way to put it on the bar since it was for pickup, and I was here before 8:00 when they close, but both doors were already locked. After banging on the glass, they just waved at me to get in my car and go towards the drive-thru. Common customer service and human decency would say that my move when I used to work at Starbucks would be to consider the customer and spend a few seconds taking the order to them. It really wouldn't have been that difficult, but they went out of their way to make me wait in this drive-thru line for a drink that is already placed on the inside bar. Absolute trash. Today I was waiting for my order at this location and as I walked in I let the baristas finish making there drinks before asking if my drink was ready, Trying to be polite. As the barista walked by I spoke "hi I'm hear for a pick up" and was completely ignored by your Barista Juliana. I know she heard me because he fellow barista worker on a break looked up and noticed she ignored me! (She made a side eye and realized her co worker was there and tries to lie and say "oh did you say something I will be right with you." This review is for the barista Jeremiah , I was watching him make my drink without notice and he knows how to blend and mix the drinks. I usually go to other Starbucks to order my favorite pink drink but they either skimp on the açaí or leave the coconut milk looking grainy as if they don't shake it right. Firstly let me say, I have been to hundreds of Starbucks and not one of them were as courteous, kind, and prompt with my order the way this one was. Especially during these trying times we are all faced with, everyone here had a positive attitude and was working very hard! They didn't double cup my hot tea so it spilled on me and burned me.

This has always been a good store to come to but they are always out of something. I understand the high demand for certain ingredients but for example, I ordered a Pink Drink today and they did not have the fruit pieces that the drink contains. Though it isn't a big problem, it is getting annoying that every time I come and order this drink or another one that contains fruit pieces, they don't have any and we still have to pay full price for a drink that isn't given to us with all the ingredients we are paying for. If they fix that problem, this store would get 5 stars. The service has always been great but this issue is starting to be an irritating issue that continues to happen almost daily. read more

WAS FORGOTTEN! Saw a long line at the drive thru decided to go in. I walked in and I was the only one there.I placed my order and went over where you wait. One of the employee asked what my order was at first then ten minutes passed and they asked again what my order was and only then did they start making my order. She calls my name for one of two drinks I have to remind her there's a second drink left and she hands me the second drink with no straw and no apology. read more

It never fails to mess up such an easy drink. "Iced Shaken espresso" and yet it's not shaken? Syrup is stuck on the bottom of the cup like it was put in the cup first and how was it even possible that when I went to drink it, it was warm? Needed something to drink and decided to make a quick stop at Starbucks. The drive thru line for this place was unbelievably long and went out of the parking lot. I parked instead and went inside as I know from home the drive thru can take 40 minutes and I was in and out before the 3rd car reached the window. Very clean and smelled good through my mask. Only 2 girls waiting for their drinks so I would highly encourage you to go inside and skip the drive thru, also good exercise. The barista I ordered from helped me pick a drink as I found out I can't consume caffeine anymore. her recommendation was delicious as it was a tea with peach and raspberry in it. Very grateful to them for their help. 1 star off for the difficult to navigate parking lot with the drive thru cars all over it. read more

This starbucks is by far the worst starbucks location I've ever been to. The employee Britt was extremely rude and impatient. After ordering my drinks, I had to ask her to repeat them and she made a face and rolled her eyes back. To top it off, it took me 30 minutes, yes 30 minutes for my drinks to be ready & there was other people who were waiting too. They also forgot to add Java Chips to my 3 drinks which was so upsetting. Awful customer service!! The barista that I had the displeasure of speaking to was awful! Very rude! From what I read in other reviews, the baristas mess up your own drink and have the audacity to get mad and give attitude when you ask for it to be remade. That is what happened to me as well. Whatever this location is doing they have it together. When I pulled up the line was super long. I had already ordered my drink through the app to pick up my order at the drive thru. By the line it looked like I would be waiting at least 20 mins. I don't think I waited longer than 5 mins for my order. The person at the window was very friendly and polite.
