Very popular location, and this one is perfectly situated between my Daughter's place and My Casa in Arcadia, so we meet early on occasion for a brew, and it's becoming that "special place" for us. Because of that fact, I'll overlook the old, run down furniture (could use a décor upgrade), but overall, the people working here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is not a big selection of gifts, trinkets and stuff, which doesn't bother me in the least, but it's nice to have a few things, just in case I have an impulse to buy something for someone who needs a big mug, or a large bag o' coffee beans! The drive through lane seems to be the biggest down side to this particular location, for it winds out into the parking aisle of the lot that serves Sprouts Market and a dozen other small businesses. This usually doesn't seem to bother the Starbucks customers, because we have one thing on the brain...COFFEE!! However, for others using the parking lot, it can be a snarl. The window service has always been fast, in my experience, so cars move quickly, and I assume that the drivers using the drive-through lane have it figured out as to what they want, and are just as efficient in ordering as the coffee attendees are at taking orders and filling them. read more

Obviously this wasn't built a Starbucks. It's more spacious than your average 'bucks, and has a cool little game room tucked away with a table to seat 8 or so. A few gents were playing chess while we were there. Lots and lots of seating is available, although lots of it is taken by people working away on their computers. The customer service is excellent. I had my first Fizzio (root beer). It was unexpectedly really good! Has a tinge of ginger in it, and with whipped cream on top it has a creamy aftertaste. I'm not a huge fan of cold coffee, so this might become my go-to cold drink. read more

Most of the employees here need to learn to have a sense of urgency. Assuming customers just want to get their coffee and get out and start their day... Wait times here are ridiculous whether it be the drive-thru, mobile order, or in store. They seem lost...maybe a lack of leadership? Who knows but something needs to change. Drinks are okay, no real complaint there. Service is meh though. There is this one person at the drive-thru, he always sounds like he does not want to be there and comes off quite rude. This location maybe gets my drink order correct half the time. This morning I am SO annoyed. I asked for a hot almond milk latte with NO FOAM. When I get to the office what do I get? Foam of course in my coffee. And the coffe for a grande isn't even filled. Like "foam" takes an inch and a half of space in a grande hot coffee....so annoyed. The ambiance is classic Starbucks. I personally like this Starbucks because of the outdoor patio and small study room. I don't have much time throughout my day to stay and observe the atmosphere of the place. But I do see a lot of people studying and meeting with others as I'm walking in to get my order. I've learned to use mobile order for places like Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts simply because I hate waiting. I've had so many items on the menu, it's insane! My fav is a Iced Latte with one pump of Vanilla, Soy Milk and Sugar Packet. Great service every single time. Even during their rush hour they still provide fast service. No matter what do the drive thru. By far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. It can take 20 minutes plus on a mobile order. They have one person making drinks for walk ins and mobile orders. Meanwhile they have 6 people helping the drive thru. You would think during COVID times they wouldn't want 15 people waiting inside for drinks that are taking 20 minutes. Slow. It would be faster to buy a coffee machine and make your own. The barista at this Starbucks can only make one drink at a time, which means even when it's slow it can take anywhere from 10+ minutes to get a drink. If the coffee was better for it being slow, that might have made a difference but it's low quality Starbucks compared to other stores. They also don't consistently have people at the cashier, so you may as well go through the drive through, which is sad for the environment and the quality of service. read more

Closest Starbucks to my house so I'm always there, sometimes the line gets long but they're always very sweet and apologetic (even tho it's not their fault I don't understand why people on here are complaining, I suggest they fulfill their caffeine needs somewhere else, very Karen energy of y'all to blame the staff for STARBUCKS being popular) I've also gotten my drink for free multiple times when it's too busy so thank y'all for that I appreciate it. read more

Literally the slowest Starbucks in the entire valley... there is no reason to sit in drive thru for over 10 minutes. Go to literally any other location if you are in any kind of a time schedule... they move at a snails pace and most of the times I've made an order, it has been incorrect the first time and I have to reiterate what I ordered. I will say they are at least nice when you finally make it to the window. read more

The staff at this location while friendly always seems lost and overwhelmed. Never once have I had an order that's been correct. And every time I go to pick up a mobile order, I have to regularly remind them that there's other parts of the order they didn't give me. read more

Terrible service! Closed early at 5 and made people in line back up through drive through because they closed at 5 even though we were in line before 5. And they placed cones behind the last car in line and so they had to come remove the cones so we could back out. Lady was very rude about not taking the last people in line. read more

Went to Starbucks to get me a white chocolate mocha. When I got home I noticed, in the medium cup I got, that it was only half full. Paid 5 dollars for a small coffee in a medium cup. Consistently gives me the wrong order both food and drink. Latest occasion was for several drinks, croissant , choc croissant and cookie. Arrive home and found I've rec'd cake pops . Drive back and the barista was completely unapologetic that a 10 minute trip has now take 40 mins of my day. Arrived, explained the wrong order and she simply said drive around, so waited in line again, pulled up and she took my bag back and said here's your croissant. Drinks were incorrectly made, good thing we don't have a dairy allergy because the soy drink was made with milk. This is probably the 10th error in a couple months each time adding to the poor customer experience. Additionally, trying to order without getting bees in your car is another challenge as there must be a nest somewhere near the speaker. Has been happening for a while as well. Avoid this location , poor experience and customer service lacking. read more

Starbucks is across the street from my house and I'm officially a happy camper! So glad to have a business other than title loans on this corner. The remodeling is fantastic, the place is spacious and airy with lots of light. Great seating indoors and outside as well. Drive through is convenient and easy to access. Hours are great - open until 10 pm. We went a few days after the Grand Opening. The place was busy but not overwhelming. The staff were friendly and kept the line moving well. They're still working on getting their product and quantities adjusted to the right amount, but I'm sure it will all come together soon! Arrived this morning at 9 AM and ordered classic coffee cake and a butter croissant. They did not have any more classic coffee cake thought but had some frozen as most of Starbucks food comes in frozen and they thought out and then just reheat it for you. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive-through line and the coffee cake still came out cold. I don't know how these employees are able to work at a Starbucks and can't even get a coffee cake heated up. We have ordered coffee cake that has been frozen before and have never had an issue. It is so disappointing that they can't even get your food items done correctly even after making you wait 10 to 15 minutes in the drive-through line! read more

Haven't I reviewed this location before? Okay, they open early and stay open fairly late (need to cram study for an upcoming exam?) They have AMPLE patio seating (with free wifi) and, they are the only SBs I know with a private 'conference room.' There is plenty of parking available, plus there is a Sprouts nearby along with my decade long favorite public laundromat. Local parents must feel this is a 'safe place' because I have noticed some 'regulars' kids hanging out, as though awaiting their 'swap/pick-up.' (THAT is a good thing.) They are pet friendly (most SBs are) and I have seen some service animals that are regulars. All the staff is great, pleasant and courteous, there are a few who are my favorites. This has got to be the best Starbucks I go to, hands down. I pass this location on my morning commute to work. I have to be at work by 8 am and there have been times where I will pull into the drive-thru, with cars stretched out to the street (close to 10 or more cars), at 7:50 (I know, risk-taker!), and I will still get my coffee and be at work with time to spare! Grant it, my work is only about 5 miles from this Starbucks, but the speed of their service is commendable, every single time. On top of that, they are extremely friendly and accommodating. One morning, they accidentally overcharged my card for the wrong order. When I told them it was wrong, they refunded the amount and comped my actual drink order, so I got a cup of free coffee that day. The whole misunderstanding took all of 2 minutes to correct. No arguing. No confusion. Just great customer service. The employees here are definitely on their A-game every day. They are hella quick, precise, and consistent. I highly recommend this location, especially if you like your service FAST. One thing I might mention is that the parking lot is a tad small and it can be a pain to park when the lot is highly busy. I rarely go inside the store though so it's not a huge problem for me. read more

5 stars just for the awesome muzak station they use! There's so many places to sit and study our work with a laptop. The baristas are way nice and the cold brew is great! I also love the conference room they have set up for study groups. I wouldn't ever be using it, but it's awesome to see how well they cater to students. read more

This Starbucks is AWESOME. I love working here because they're so friendly and they often bring around samples of different types of coffee. Every single employee I've ever encountered at this location is stoked to be there and it shows in the way they treat their customers. I understand they were busy this morning but when i pay for a Trenta Iced coffee, i expect to pay for coffee and not all ice. I placed my order through the mobile app and i had to wait for it. I saw her make my drink and she poured the iced coffee into my cup that was left in the jug then poured all this ice into my cup. The cup was over 85 percent filled with ice and very little coffee. This shop is my favorite one to go to when i visit Phoenix. I may have to choose another location with the service i got this morning. A little advice is that when someone orders a iced drink, don't over use the ice to make it look like the cup is full just to get the drink out. Make it right the first time so we don't have to complain about it. read more
