We scheduled the delivery for 9:20 a.m., but by 8:40 a.m. the app showed it had already been delivered. The problem? There was no food at our hotel room. I tried contacting the delivery driver by text, but never received a response. It was incredibly frustrating, especially after leaving a generous tip. We later found out the driver had left the food at the hotel but never told the front desk which room it was for, even though they had all of the delivery information. As a result, our food just sat there until we eventually had to go down and get it ourselves. In the end, I paid for a delivery service that I never actually received. Instead of enjoying the convenience we paid for, we had to track down our own order. Based on this experience, I would not recommend paying for delivery. If you're ordering from this restaurant, save your money and pick it up yourself. I paid for a service, but I did not receive what I paid for. Then to make it worse the breakfast sandwich was just OK. Nothing to write home to mom about. To say the least we will not be ordering her again and would not recommend this restaurant.

This location only has outdoor dining in their parklet, so when you visit, don't expect a sit down experience. The parklet and sidewalk seating is so perfect for reading the newspaper, chatting with neighbors, dog watching, and waving to the passing cable cars. Service is quick and efficient, making it the perfect place to grab a drink on the go. Keep in mind that there is minimum seating area in front of the shop, and a good place to see the SF Cable Car! So, it's fun place to grab-and-go spot. If you're craving a refreshing latte and Matcha with some long wait, this is a great choice.
