I ordered grande ultimate caramel frap but she gave me regular caramel frap :-/ they did not give me a honest.

We've been going here since it opened and have never had any issues with customer service. Then again we usually come around 7:30-8:30am and items are almost always still in stock. My daughter is in love with Starbucks double smoked bacon sandwich, our go to breakfast on the go. I'm not a coffee drinker but their refresher are always up to standard (taste the same as all other Starbucks). I like Starbucks because of their consistent standards. I prefer genuine greetings versus forced politeness which seem so artificial to me. People here at this location aren't artificially friendly nor are they rude, they simply do their jobs and make good sandwiches and tea (I hear their coffee is awesome too). Once in a while they do greet us and lady at counter remembers our order and even commented on my haircut. So yes, this place isn't full of artificial how do you do, but they do provide excellent beverages and food. Service is fast and efficient. If you do happen to be given a compliment or greeting it feels genuine not just some facade with trained statements drilled in by corporate. Real people work here - with good and bad days - mostly good. read more

I've been to this location a few times, way busy in the morning but great place to meet up in the afternoon. Service has been good, orders correct. Last time I was there I managed to lose my car keys and eventually wondered if I might have tossed them in the trash with my cup. Barista Amy (ok, pretty sure that was her name, only female working early afternoon on Oct. 8th) pulled out the bags, dug to the bottom and found my keys. Gotta give that a five. read more

I have been coming here consistently since they opened and have ordered in the cafe, but mostly do mobile ordering early in the morning. I have had continually excellent service from this location and want to especially recognize Tiff for always making my mornings when I come in. The staff has changed quite a bit in the last few months, but the newer crew still takes care of business, even though they haven't learned who some of us regulars are yet. There was 3 workers and only one person in front of me. It took forever to get 2 coffee's made for some reason. Only one of the workers was working. The manager was bossing around one of the employee's which was unprofessional. Then an online order came in and it took even longer. Would not go back here. read more

They make good coffee but staff is rude half the time. Especially the tall ethnic guy. He is the worst. Always seems pissed off that he even has to acknowledge anyone. They need to stop hiding mobile orders behind the glass! They take forever to even give it to you! Isn't the purpose of doing a mobile order so that you don't have to wait in line & you can just come in and snag your coffee?! No other Starbucks does this! read more

The staff here always work extremely hard to provide fast and friendly service. I'm amazed that they always remember my name, even though I don't make it in as often as I like (because I split time between here and another city nowadays). Absolutely horrible service. I tried to order 3 different sandwiches and they were out of everything. 2 customers after me were also told the items they wanted were not in stock. It was 10AM so that means they will be telling every customer that they are out items all day. I even recommended they remove the items in the display case they are out of and their manager just rolled her eyes at me. Won't be visiting this location again. read more

During the week the service here is pretty good. Though understaffed they seem to be aware of the line and try to keep things moving. But on the weekend mornings, when I typically go it is the opposite. The Barristas like to chat with the regulars and friends from the gym. This morning I saw only one customer at the counter and thought I could get a quick cup to go. I finally left after we waited a while, finally got a "be with you in a moment guys" as the line grew to 4 people and she went back to making her friends drink. Slowest Starbucks ever! Ordered a latte and what I thought was a chicken sausage biscuit. Took so long for the latte that the biscuit was cold. That was okay because it morphed into a chicken sausage, bacon and gravy biscuit. It was horrid!! Really Starbucks? It's okay, but I have been to better Starbucks'. The food and drinks here are pretty good, and the service is ok. Employees there make the food pretty fast. What I don't like about is that it doesn't open 24 hours each day. Every Starbucks' I've been to opens 24 hours each day. It used to be open at 6:30 or later. Recently, I had gone here and decided to get something, but I noticed that the door was locked and it was closed. What if someone needed some food after 6:30? Desperately needing food, I came here but I was shocked because it said that they were closed. read more

I come to this location only because it is close to my work. Otherwise I would not. The service is not as friendly as usual Starbucks would. When I mobile order, they don't even acknowledge you. I go to Starbucks frequently. I live in San Diego was visiting Pleasanton. This particular Starbucks was not a place I would recommend . I always mobile order my coffee. This Starbucks puts mobile orders out of reach and asks customers to ask for them. Understandable I guess never seen it before but I am sure they have their reasons . They ignore you when they get a few people in line. Truly ignore you. Your coffee or food is sitting there out of your reach it's absurd behavior . I have been to truly busy drive thru Starbucks that handle their customers more efficiently. McDonalds is across the street they serve good coffee cheaper and faster. For the rest of my stay I am going there. The people who work at this Starbucks just come unglued when they are busy. read more

I'd like to give this location a better rating but I've struggled with even giving it 3 stars-- I almost gave it 2 stars. The good - Location is super convenient. We love walking there. - It's a newer Starbucks (opened about 1 yr ago) and usually seems pretty clean - A few (not all) the employees are friendly. The kid with lavender hair is really nice and does a great job! The Bad - The store doesn't seem well managed - This location frequently runs out of ingredients for seasonal drinks well before the seasonal promotions end AND they do not restock. I have to drive to the next closest Starbucks if I want the seasonal drink a week or two before the promotion ends. It is irritating. - Some staff members are not friendly and sometimes off-putting. - Trainees / newer employees seem to be left on their own and get overwhelmed and careless when there are just a few people waiting (not even a big rush). Just today I had a terrible experience with an employee I've never seen before. He forgot to top my my coffee with whipped cream. When he handed it to me, I politely told him he forgot it. He made a scrunchy face (like he had just tasted something bad), put his hand out to take my cup back, inspected the mobile order label on the cup (recipe there included "add whip"), took the lid off and added the tiniest nickel sized spot of whipped cream to the top of my drink. There was no apology and the tiny spot of whipped cream he added while I watched felt like an insult. I was annoyed and didn't want to deal with his bad attitude so I took the cup and left. When I started drinking the coffee (on the walk back home) it was clear he had made my drink wrong. : ( As an aside I also watched the same guy hesitate and then pick up one of the cups they use to steam milk that was labeled "Non-Dairy" in large letters on the side, pour milk from a gallon milk jug into it, and steam the milk. Hopefully he washed it after the milk and before using it for a non-dairy order. I love the convenience of this location and want to love visiting it and to feel confident I'm going to get exactly what I ordered. I fervently hope the management here takes the feedback in, corrects the problems and makes this the best Starbucks one can visit. When that happens it will be my pleasure to give this Starbucks a five star review! read more

I am disappointed that yelp removed my previous updated review. I am a Starbucks shareholder and a regular customer of this branch. The purpose of these reviews are to share experiences and help other customers. Any service oriented business should be reviewed on their customer service as well as their products. So I have downgraded my previous 4 star rating to three stars due to Tiffany's unfriendly attitude. For some reason Tiffany gives me attitude when I visit. I am not sure if it is racial discrimination or what her problem with me is. She is very unfriendly and has major attitude towards me. As a manager she needs to set an example for her employees. I believe in constructive criticism and recommend that Tiffany improves her attitude and will be friendlier to customers in the future. Luckily I have received friendly, professional service from the other baristas and they haven't shown me any attitude. On a separate note, I have tried the steak and eggs wrap with the avocado spread. The steak is very bland. The avocado spread is pretty bland as well. The chicken artichoke wrap is pretty good but I love artichokes and melted cheese. I hope this review helps other customers that visit this branch. read more
